17/04/2026: Barrel44 offers a magical atmosphere where you almost feel like part of the family, so much so that I decided to organize a birthday party in this place, which I already considered precious. Marcello and his staff were delightful in their attention to every detail, from the welcome to the food and drinks! Everything was amazing! After all, let's not forget that for years it was an undisputed mainstay of Jackass, a meeting place for Palermo's nightlife. Adding to the vibrancy was Marina's charisma, who accompanied the evening with her voice and her charm! Everything was perfect, and my friends were super happy too!

07/02/2026: I called ahead to ask if swordfish was available, and it turned out to be a truly exceptional discovery. The restaurant is located on a quiet street in the center, just outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone): a private and pleasant corner, with an elegant, welcoming atmosphere, meticulously maintained, where you immediately feel at ease. The cuisine was a constant confirmation: the swordfish caponata is simply superb, balanced and refined; the strozzapreti with swordfish is intense and perfectly balanced; the mixed cooked pasta is wow, of great quality and cooked with great care. The wine is also excellent, well-selected and ideal to accompany the dishes. The quality-price ratio is excellent, rare to find at this level. Special mention for the service: impeccable, attentive, and never intrusive. The young woman who welcomed us and looked after us throughout the evening was always smiling, professional, and capable of making the guest feel truly special. A complete experience, one of those that will stay with you forever. Absolutely recommended. Thank you!!! 🙂

11/04/2026: The atmosphere is simply FABULOUS, equipped with the latest technology down to the smallest detail! The food is affordable (we're talking about the restaurant), but there's also a buffet. I had spaghetti with clams, bottarga, and lemon. SIMPLY SPECTACULAR because I could afford to have at least two clams with every bite. My boyfriend, on the other hand, had spaghetti with squid ink, sea urchins, and red shrimp tartare, which was also DELICIOUS! Finally, lemon sorbet to cleanse the palate. We'll definitely be back!!! Congratulations!

09/04/2026: The location is lovely, and the restaurant, with tables on the terrace, overlooks the sea. There's public parking and a private one. All the products, from savory to sweet, are of excellent quality and very carefully presented. The prices are moderately high but in line with the quality offered.

We started with a rich selection of seafood appetizers, all incredibly fresh and prepared with great care. Next, we ordered several first courses: spaghetti with clams, paccheri Supra i mura, spaghetti with squid ink, and spaghetti with sardines. Each dish was delicious, with well-balanced flavors and perfectly cooked. Everyone at the table raved about both the appetizers and the first courses. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, no photos: the urge to try everything was much stronger 😄
