Today I went to the outlet and, like always, I had lunch at FudSud. I had a first course with arugula pesto and tuna, which was truly exceptional. My girlfriend had a slice of salmon with basmati rice. It was good, but honestly, given the price, they could have made the portion a little larger. Overall, it was an excellent lunch.
We've been to this self-service restaurant several times, but since I'm celiac, I had table service and chose gnocchi with tuna and cherry tomatoes. It was excellent, simple yet full of flavor.
My compliments for the quality of your dishes and the kindness of those who welcomed us. For us, you'll always be a culinary must-visit during our shopping trips to the Sicilia Outlet Village. Well done!
We stopped at FudSud for lunch. It works by getting a placemat and tray, and then bringing your cutlery first. You grab your food and drinks and go to your table: great! The place is well-maintained and the service is excellent. We'll be back.
