09/06/2026: We ate at this restaurant a few nights ago and were amazed by the deliciousness of the first courses. The appetizers are also delicious. I recommend reserving a table outside, as it gets very hot inside in the summer.

23/07/2026: Good food, terrible service. Staff untrained and poorly organized. Watch out for the cockroaches spotted both in the bathroom and at the entrance... I imagine they're everywhere at night... the kitchen doesn't look too clean 😥

03/05/2026: We especially enjoyed the octopus potato starter, but the pastas were also excellent! The restaurant is beautifully decorated with maritime artefacts and has a cozy rustic vibe. Staff were friendly and attentive.

19/07/2026: Visited with friends and family on a busy Sunday evening. Service was ok, but not forthcoming with explanations. Food was good enough but expected a bit more. Eg chips were clearly the regular frozen potato chips rather than homemade ones.

30/06/2026: We were served quite quickly despite the crowd. The staff were overwhelmed, but that didn't stop them from being pleasant, helpful, and smiling. The little alleyway is really pretty with its strings of lights. For those lucky enough to get a seat, there are some with a breathtaking view of the fields and the sea in the distance. The place was really lovely. I had the sea bream fillet; it was delicious, the fish was fresh and melted in your mouth—it was perfect.

07/06/2026: A fantastic culinary experience in a traditional yet modern restaurant. I ate the freshest fish, but not only that. Among the appetizers, don't miss the meat-based ones! Mimmo was super in the dining room; he welcomed us perfectly, and the lunch was no exception. I'll be back.

27/07/2026: To start, a group of Italians walked past us. We didn't say anything… The waitress told us about a dish that wasn't the type of pasta on the menu, but that it was also very good. I asked three times if it was the same, and she replied, almost as if I had trouble understanding, that it was. We waited 30 minutes to be served; they were serving people who had arrived after us, and the plates trickled onto each table. We thought we'd make up for it with the food: it was filling but very, very salty, and the pasta, which was supposed to be identical, turned out to be with vegetables—needless to say, my husband didn't eat much. Our last evening in Mesagne, and their service/food, didn't reflect the wonderful experiences we had in other restaurants (flexibility, service, etc.). There are plenty of other options in Mesagne; if you're a tourist like us, go somewhere else!
