08/02/2025: una bella sorpresa, a parte al funzione sociale del servizio che oltre ad essere professionale è fatto con allegria e grande simpatia, cucina abbastanza buona, consiglio il menù degustazione si apprezza meglio al cucina dello chef

01/11/2024: Ristorante scoperto per caso, piatti ottimi curati con attenzione e prodotti di qualità. L’antipasto con i porcini crudi meritava tantissimo come pure l’uovo. Primi di buon livello, mentre i secondi piatti li assaggeremo la prossima volta. Ambiente familiare con servizio molto curato e puntuale. Davvero una bella scoperta da ripetere appena possibile.

29/03/2025: We arrived directly from the airport, and even though it was past 11pm (out of season) they welcomed us with extreme kindness. Incredible food, precise and friendly service, we felt at home. Thanks to the atmosphere, it was immediately like being among friends. Anyway, from the appetizers to the first courses, and the apple dessert accompanied by grappa and limoncello - well-deserved compliments. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

25/03/2025: Nice atmosphere, food was okay and they really try to make something special, but it was just not clicking with me. Given we are in italy and great food can be found anywhere, I was surprised how popular this place is. Service started great but went down once the restaurant filled up.

08/04/2025: What a wonderful surprise! On the way between Ostuni and Monopoli, we stop for lunch at Taverna Da Maurizio. The boss Maurizio welcomed us there with elegance and human warmth. The restaurant room is friendly, bright and comfortable. Note that the tables are set with cloth tablecloths and napkins. The menu is rich in Italian specialties cooked to perfection. The service is efficient, attentive and discreet. Maurizio speaks perfect French, which will be appreciated by French speakers. All the ingredients come together to recommend this address. So, enjoy!

07/04/2025: We are a five-a-side football team that ate lunch and dinner at Maurizio's for three days. Despite our particular menus for the type of restaurant, everything was truly excellent, the food felt like it was truly of high quality and expressive. The service has always been excellent and super fast. Absolutely highly recommended restaurant, a stop here is a must, you're on the safe side!!!

08/04/2025: After years the quality is super the same! A reliable place on the Savelletri marina port that offers fabulous sea and land dishes, homemade sweets and bitters. An icon for those who want to eat fresh fish without spending too much.

Tavoli distanziati di circa 20 cm per massimizzare il riempimento della sala, i nostri vicini avevano un cane che poveretto scodinzolava sulla mia gamba stando strettissimo, sul bordo del nostro tavolo ovviamente i suoi peli, che schifo. Coperto però a 3 euro...non commisurato direi agli spazi che offrono

27/10/2024: We went to this beautiful place, my partner and I and we had a great time! We took a mix of fried foods, consisting of meatballs, aubergine meatballs flavored with mint, potato croquettes with pecorino and potato chips (all prepared by them, not frozen), roasted octopus on a bed of ash potato cream and pepper cream for her, scottona steak on a bed of ash potatoes and fig sauce for me. We then finished dinner with an excellent tiramisu, also prepared by them, in a dark chocolate shell: everything was excellent, from the food to the service. Highly recommended!

02/01/2025: We enjoyed a lovely Christmas holiday at Masseria Il Frantoio. We stayed four nights and everything was truly wonderful. The property, our room, services, breakfast and the two holiday meals we experienced were all fabulous. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, which we appreciated after our visits to the surrounding areas. We will return. Thank you to all the exceptional staff who made us feel at home.

Normal food, the same as other trattorias in Ceglie, perhaps they should use less stock cube in the dishes also because if the product is of quality, they do not need to add all that stock cube to give flavor. The prices do not correspond to those indicated on the site and are high for a trattoria. I can conclude by saying that in Ceglie I ate better spending less. I would also like to add, after reading your answers that you gave to other customers, that a little humility and kindness would not hurt you, your ways are decidedly arrogant and rude, this is not how you respond to a customer even if they have not fully appreciated your cuisine. Ps. I am curious to read your answer....

Ceglie, like the Itria Valley, is renowned for its trattorias, hospitality and the quality of its offerings. At Giuseppe "gallina" you can find local cuisine at honest prices It would be an excellent judgment if he managed to revisit some proposals in a more modern way.
