25/05/2025: I really liked the place wedged in the alleys of Oria and with a really particular color of the walls that reminded of the night sky and created a nice contrast with the star vaults. Pleasant evening with friends we consumed a hamburger each and a fried food as an entrée. The service, although appreciable, the effort made by the only waiter present leaves much to be desired as he is clearly a makeshift figure who has some difficulty expressing himself

23/05/2025: Wonderful place in the beautiful historic center of Oria. Refined and welcoming environment. I had the pleasure of tasting one of their hamburgers on the menu and I can only compliment them! Highly recommended place.

03/06/2025: Good food, nice place, good service, excellent combination of food and Turkish bath!! Despite the request to be able to have lunch inside the room (which was also empty), they let us take a free bath and sauna with heat stroke, for having made us have lunch under umbrellas, which in addition to not covering the excessive places for the shade space, significantly burdened the work of the poor waiters who also used the sauna! Having pointed it out several times to one, I think the cashier, we were finally treated as if we were the ones who had handled the situation badly!! Thanks again for the sauna.. sometimes you just have to apologize and above all know how to listen to the customer!

01/05/2025: I booked a fried calamari and prawns (peeled) to take away. Very punctual, fresh fish, slightly golden and dry frying. Very good and highly recommended!

26/05/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us and it did not disappoint. We had some pizzas and the cuttlefish which were all excellent. The quality and value were very good.

12/05/2025: The food was spectacular, fresh, tasty and more than reasonably priced. The starter and pasta portions were very generous, the Tagliata (steak) was very tender and juicy. The pizzas are also delicious.

21/04/2025: Every time I return to Ostuni, having lunch or dinner at Spessite is the greatest of pleasures. The restaurant, in the historic center, is cozy and well-kept and has a small terrace with a view. Once seated, a gastronomic tour begins among the dishes of the true tradition of the area that the lady, always smiling, proposes, telling the story. A treat for guests who rediscover true ancient and healthy flavours, prepared with passion and paired with excellent wines. Prices are correct and low. The atmosphere is one that warms the heart and makes you feel at home, a far cry from speculative places for tourists. I can't recommend it highly enough!

15/05/2025: I went to this place in Fasano with my wife by chance and honestly I felt good from the first moment ... very kind, professional and smiling staff. Before ordering they brought us some special tarallini, crunchy bread and local olives, all offered by the management (very welcome). We ordered two pizzas, one Margherita and one completa (tomato, mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, artichokes, olives, capers and oregano), very thin and crunchy, a real surprise, in one word "excellent" ... to drink water and orange juice at the right temperature. Another positive note is the cleanliness, in short I will return very willingly and will tell all my friends and relatives about it. Lastly there was a background with soft music that allowed us to relax to the maximum. A round of applause to the manager who I don't know and who I would like to meet the next time I go telling him to continue like this because everything is ok, also because if there had been a comma out of place I would never have written a review because I only write five-star reviews and that's it. Also the price was right in the norm, I spent €25.

13/05/2025: Location located in the heart of the historic center of Cisternino, you choose the meat at the counter and you sit in the two available rooms, one a little more casual and one more elegant. Despite being in the center and despite the great tourism that has been created in this splendid country, I really liked the price and the raw material of this place. We spent 25 euros per person with a tasting of cold cuts and cheeses, meat of all kinds, water and a bottle of wine RECOMMENDED

05/05/2025: Simple place, a butcher's counter where you can choose what to eat, a few tables inside and a few outside just outside the historic center. The very courteous manager. We ate assorted Apulian bombette cooked on the stove, livers. Grilled potatoes, excellent tomatoes. Delicious almond biscuits are offered with coffee. Highly recommended.

05/06/2025: A group of 8 of us went there for lunch. One of the most beautiful lunches we have had in puglia . Do yourself a favour . Try the place yourself . I am sure you won’t be disappointed .

18/05/2025: Simple, quality food at great prices, service was top notch! We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children, we visited this restaurant twice as we loved it so much the first time. The pasta with prawns and zucchini was my personal favourite. The diabolika and napoli pizzas were fantastic, too! Parking outside if you're lucky otherwise 2-3 min walk which is lovely of an evening. Would 100% return if I was in this area again. At the time of this review, the overall rating is 4.3. I believe it should be at least 4.6 at the very least. Pasta at the time was €8 and pizza €6.50 - €8

28/05/2025: Posto sul mare, molto bello, pulito, bagni ben tenuti, puliti e profumati. Personale di sala garbato, lista dei vini soddisfacente.Qualche appunto: il vino rosato ordinato era caldo, poi il cameriere ha aggiunto nel cestello del ghiaccio ,sale e aqua per refrigerare, ed è migliorato. I primi erano buoni, ottimo il risotto. I secondi maluccio: i gamberi al sale immangiabili perché il sale non si era compattato in crosta, o perché non è stato usato il bianco d'uovo o è stata usata molta acqua nel composto , per cui c'era una grande quantità di sale sparsa nel piatto. Avevamo ordinato del pesce spada con capperi ed olive e ci è stato portato un altro secondo; alle nostra rimostranza ci è stato sostituito con pesce spada gigliato...la frittura era buona, solo un po' monocorde, costituita da merluzzetti, probabilmente perché pescato fresco . Conto corretto.

Nos hicieron creer que este restaurante solo tenía un menú degustación, pero ciertamente no es el caso. No te puedes perder cerca de la cima de Ostuni
