06/07/2025: I respond to Mr. Santoro's review, we have had children, but we have always avoided allowing them to disturb the moments of relaxing conviviality of others. I honestly can no longer stand that carelessness and bad manners are imposed on me. I conclude by appreciating the behavior of the owner!! I have not been there yet and I had already planned to do so, having heard the very positive experiences of friends and relatives, a very valid reason to do it as soon as possible.

03/07/2025: We went to drink only a very good coffee, a super sweet orange juice and a brioche. Panoramic view of the sea. Compliments to the barista and the boy who helps, two friendly and very nice people

26/05/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us and it did not disappoint. We had some pizzas and the cuttlefish which were all excellent. The quality and value were very good.

12/05/2025: The food was spectacular, fresh, tasty and more than reasonably priced. The starter and pasta portions were very generous, the Tagliata (steak) was very tender and juicy. The pizzas are also delicious.

25/06/2025: There are two restaurants with the best views in Ostuni - Dish and Opera Prima - that are next to each other. In terms of food Dish is excellent, so make sure to check it out when you’re in the old town!

05/05/2025: Simple place, a butcher's counter where you can choose what to eat, a few tables inside and a few outside just outside the historic center. The very courteous manager. We ate assorted Apulian bombette cooked on the stove, livers. Grilled potatoes, excellent tomatoes. Delicious almond biscuits are offered with coffee. Highly recommended.

28/06/2025: The best "fritta" in Brindisi and therefore in Salento. In Bari they call it panzerotto, in Lecce calzone, basically it is the Neapolitan fried pizza with a filling of mozzarella and tomato. This is the best place to eat it, really (said by a Lecce native...). Spartan environment but who cares. Good price. Must try.

25/06/2025: Is it pizza in a doughnut? Or donut flavored pizza? Who cares, try the fritta like everyone else and decide for yourself. We stumbled upon this bustling hole in the wall one evening and returned the next night. No, it’s not the most amazing pizza you’ll ever have. But it’s genuine, unique, and full of energy from the delightful staff to everyone in line, grabbing a bite, or on a date outside. People watching at is finest, in something of a good food desert (sorry, it’s true Brindisi) Romanelli stands out as something legit.

23/07/2025: Locale grazioso e cibo buono anche se senza punti di eccellenza. Note negative il fatto che il cameriere ha ordinato i secondi senza consultarci ed il conto è stato , sia pur di non molto, superiore a quanto sarebbe stato giusto per ciò che abbiamo mangiato.

11/07/2025: Il ristorante Sciaia a Mare deve gran parte del suo successo allo chef Carlo, la cui maestria in cucina si riflette in ogni piatto. La qualità degli ingredienti e l’attenzione ai dettagli rendono ogni portata, sia di pesce che di carne, un’esperienza eccellente. Carlo è un vero artista gastronomico, capace di coniugare tradizione e innovazione con grande equilibrio. Il personale cortese e professionale completa l’esperienza in un locale spazioso, pulito e accogliente. A tutti gli effetti, Carlo può essere considerato l’“Antonino Cannavacciuolo di Brindisi”.

17/07/2025: I went to this restaurant last year and had a decent meal. We decided to return, but since there wasn't enough room for three, they told us to come back in 10 minutes and they'd save a table for us. When we returned, as agreed... the table was already taken! Terrible organization and a truly unfriendly owner!!

11/07/2025: We stopped for lunch before heading to the airport, since it's a 15-minute drive away. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was really good. The prices were reasonable. I highly recommend it.

03/07/2025: Beautifully located in the center, with beautifully set tables. The appetizer mix is ​​recommended; it's enough to fill you up. 12 (if we counted correctly) different small appetizers with fish, cheese, and meat. Reasonable prices. We felt a bit sorry for the waiter, who had to serve all the tables alone and was constantly running around.

17/07/2025: Beautiful restaurant located in the historic center of Ostuni. The food is excellent, traditional Apulian cuisine. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I will definitely be back!

06/07/2025: A restaurant located in an alley of Ostuni, a place cared for in the smallest details, typical characteristics of tradition but furnished in a modern style. Managed by two very attentive and friendly women, the menu is vast, the dishes are tasty and cooked at the moment. I also recommend it for the cleanliness that I noticed in general and also for the quality of the products.

24/07/2025: The food was very good, the two of us shared a starter, a first course, a second course, a side dish and a dessert, a bottle of water and 1/2 litre of wine, coffee was offered to us, we spent €71.00

23/07/2025: Bah 🤷‍♂️ not satisfied… what to say.. the welcome was ok then we right wait 15/20 min to been served the menu on a half empty restaurant.. We ordered 2 dishes to start.. so price was definitely not to aspect portion where small but from a starter I guess is ok … After that the real problem, never take the dish Umberto or what’s its called.. that’s a literally the Resturant taking a piss if you. We wait 30 min for a the smallest dish “as a main “ I ever see in my life … 4 mussels.. 2 clams 3 peace of zucchini and 2 spoons literally 2 spoon of barley…. How can you serve that?? And not even feel sorry for yourself…. After that not a single smile, get the bill and walked away with a single good bye or so… Terrible decision to eat in this place!!! Never again and I will definitely not suggest to anyone in the future!!! Big no for me!!!!’ 😡😡😡
