18/12/2024: Nomen omen = Small restaurant on the city street. Rustic location and warm welcome, with the owner who suggested the dishes of the day. Among these I chose an excellent bean and turnip soup, while the bruschetta (chosen not as an entrée) with sweet olives and aubergines in oil were more 'ordinary'. Pleasant lunch and final chat, with a bill a little higher than expected. We will return with more time, to also taste the first courses. Advised.

03/05/2025: Hotel not recommended, they sell triple rooms passing them off as quadruple bunk beds but the lower one is sunken and surrounded by an iron structure, there is the risk of hitting your head and drying out, terrible cleanliness, dust everywhere, almost non-existent breakfast, blackened cured meats I think left out of the fridge for days. And if you have a problem like I had, the reception doesn't know what to do, let's see; It's not possible.... In the end, call the owner you have to deal with.

15/04/2025: Extremely uncomfortable rooms, broken shower in the superior room, took the suite but ridiculous attic where you hit your head to open the window, incredible smell that makes your throat and nose hurt, I was told at 11pm I was told to sleep with the window open with 10 degrees outside, air conditioner not working, mignon bathroom without any trace of a 140cm suite, the answer after a sleepless night was yes, sorry Unfortunately caught by the need of proximity to the hospital. 20/05/2025: Good restaurant: excellent sea urchins and raw seafood. Good wine list. We were impressed by the first Tagliolini with red mullet and zucchini and yellow tomato. The owner is the best: friendly, welcoming, cheerful.

25/03/2025: Pas de pizza dans cette pizzeria mais tout était délicieux. Nous avons choisi les déclinaisons d antipasti, linguine aux langoustines et spaghettis aux palourdes . Tout en simplicité, ah oui aussi le gâteau de la grand mère en dessert.

26/04/2025: Questo locale è situato fuori dal centro di Polignano. Abbiamo pranzato insieme a degli amici sia a base di pesce crudo che cotto:tutto eccellente dalla qualità del cibo, al servizio,all'estetica del locale. Lo consiglio vivamente!

26/04/2025: Posto molto bello e personale preparato e cortese. Pesce crudo e cotto come antipasto fantastico e profumato. Tonno alla brace buonissimo, mentre i primi erano soltanto "buoni". Il pesce è davvero buono ma, come ogni cosa, la qualità costa.

14/06/2025: Nonostante la locazione sia interessante per posizione, una piccola scalinata con vista sul porto, la qualità del cibo resta un’incognita. Servizio inizialmente molto amichevole e disponibile ma alle portate nasce il vero problema . Due calici di vino che alla partenza dell’ordine doveva essere un bianco secco…. Il fatto che non ci fosse scelta doveva assolutamente essere un campanello d’allarme!!!! Sono arrivati due calice di un vino non ben identificato sapore (Malvasia?) e di un colore giallo “studio analisi cliniche”. Chiaramente i due calici sono rimasti praticamente intatti e nessuno del personale si è preoccupato di chiedere il perché…Soute di vongole nella norma e insalata di mare che era un’insalata di polpo abbastanza gommoso. Due fritture miste di calamari, moscardini e gamberi. Il fritto onestamente è stato sufficiente e non unto ma la qualità molto ma molto dozzinale. Lo abbiamo anche lasciato metà ma anche in questo caso nessuno si è degnato di farsi una domanda e chiedere il perché. Ci siamo sbrigati a chiedere il conto. Conteggiato tutto, aggiungendo anche il coperto…… pagato ed A MAI PIÙ!

09/06/2025: Soutè di cozze e vongole nella media. Cozze miste, alcune buone altre rinsecchite, probabilmente riciclate da una precedente preparazione. Il peggio è stato con i tagliolini alle vongole, pasta presentata come fresca invece era semplicemente precotta e scotta…il fondo del piatto pieno di liquido di cottura del soutè e acqua di cottura. Pieno di prezzemolo. Pessimo!

Excellent quality/price ratio, excellent dishes, beautiful and super abundant. REALLY EXCELLENT!! Excellent location less than 20 meters from the sea. Air-conditioned room suitable for small receptions. Highly recommended!! We will return at the first available opportunity.

06/04/2025: Locale ben curato e accogliente- personale gentilissimo e attento. Pranzo ottimo : carrellata di antipasti di mare molto varia e ricca, crudo di ottima qualità, i primi degni della fama dello chef, Maurizio Felice si conferma il numero uno in cucina, dovunque lui vada innovazione e gusto li ritrovi in ogni piatto suggerito. Complimenti allo chef Maurizio e a tutto il suo staff. Angolo Blu consigliatissimo.

02/06/2025: These days together with a motorcycle group we had lunch and party in this location. Excellent dishes the fried fish is a fairy tale extraordinary treatment. The owners are simple and big-hearted people. I highly recommend this restaurant. The chef is very good👏👏👏👏👏

21/04/2025: There were 4 of us today, we ordered a trio of seafood as a starter, spaghetti with sea urchin pulp, but we couldn't feel the flavor at all, covered in a very salty cream sauce, we mentioned it to both the service and the owner but they didn't even apologise, the frying was nothing special and the grilled octopus was just as good, I don't think we'll be back.
