23/05/2025: Consigliati da un persona del luogo siamo saliti a questo locale, un po’ fuori dalla zona centrale, ed abbiamo fatto benissimo! Due antipasti eccezionali! Cozze gratinate… ma soprattutto bruschetta con lardo di calamaro… assolutamente da non perdere… poi delle fantastiche linguine con una carbonare di ricci… meraviglioso piatto condito solo con ricci di mare ma con un “ mondo” da raccontare. Prezzo in linea con la qualità… assolutamente accettabile

29/04/2025: Nel cuore di Otranto, a due passi dall'ingresso del Castello, sorge questo locale raffinato ma dalla atmosfera rilassata grazie allo staff accogliente e preparato. Aprendo il menù si comprende subito che parliamo di un locale con piatti a base di pesce ma non convenzionali. Le preparazioni sono inusuali, gli ingredienti ottimi. Alcune di esse valgono una visita come la carbonara ai ricci di mare (non con le uova ma con le uova di riccio) a dir poco strepitosa e che nessuno riesce ad imitare. Il resto dei piatti sono di uguale livello. Prezzi sopra la media ma in linea con quanto servito.

25/05/2025: Se cerchi un posto in cui vivere un’esperienza unica devi assolutamente venire qui al mezzofanti a cisternino…il ristorante più bello in questo paese pieno di storia. Vivrai un’esperienza magica : dai colori, al verde, ai piatti, ai fiori, al menu, all’accoglienza. Annamaria, la proprietaria ti farà sentire a casa e ti coccolerà…è un’amica di cui non potrai più fare a meno. Non saprei consigliare un piatto del menù perché è tutto buonissimo in un’atmosfera familiare e perfetta. Dovete assolutamente fare quest’esperienza e vi innamorerete!!!

25/05/2025: Mezzofanti è uno di quei ristoranti che sanno coniugare eleganza, accoglienza e una cucina di altissimo livello. L’atmosfera è intima ma raffinata, con luci calde e un arredamento curato nei dettagli, ideale per una cena speciale o semplicemente per godersi un pasto di qualità. Ottimo l’arrosto di manzo al carpaccio 🤤 In sintesi, Mezzofanti non è solo un ristorante, ma un piccolo viaggio nel gusto, da ripetere al più presto. ♥️

10/06/2025: absolut empfehlenswert. sehr guter service und überragende küche, nicht zu vergessen die erlesene weinkarte! reservierung ist empfehlenswert oder einfach früher kommen. im juni ist das für paare noch unkompliziert. der patron hat alles im griff.

05/06/2025: Excelente ubicación... justo en el agua. Delicioso pescado fresco. Pedimos la yegua Crudo. El servicio era amable. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

23/05/2025: Difficult review, because the location is very beautiful and the food was not bad. Some reservations about the prices (definitely higher than average in places of similar quality) and the service. The latter, although courteous and professional, did not put us at ease, with some peaks of "roughness" not exactly pleasant. The main protagonist is the young manager, whose authority is not adequately supported by experience, resulting in being unfriendly and arrogant. The atmosphere, potentially 5-star, was strongly influenced by the fact that we were not allowed to have lunch outside; inside, without air conditioning, the environment was decidedly more "normal", but was strongly altered by the presence of public officials (at least I imagine so, judging by the "blue" cars parked wildly at the entrance complete with regional or state friezes) who, in large numbers, were having lunch at the taxpayers' expense with particularly fine wines. Also because of this presence, the service was slow and rushed. In short: I won't go back, Taranto, if you can't have lunch on the water, has (much) better things.

20/05/2025: A great experience for the palate, very fresh fish and superbly cooked. Not to mention the location that in itself deserves five stars plus. In the city of Taranto there is no more iconic place than this, on the navigable canal, almost under the swing bridge, a stone's throw from the castle.

10/06/2025: Il 25 maggio 2025 abbiamo scelto il ristorante *Malcandrino* per festeggiare un’occasione speciale: la Cresima di nostro figlio. Ci era stato consigliato, e possiamo dire di aver fatto una scelta davvero perfetta. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente, curato nei minimi dettagli, con un servizio professionale e attento. Il cibo è stato ottimo, ricco di sapori autentici e presentato con grande cura. Non possiamo non ringraziare in modo particolare il responsabile, Andrea, che si è dimostrato disponibile e comprensivo: a causa di un imprevisto di viaggio, alcuni ospiti hanno tardato ad arrivare, e nonostante gli impegni serali del locale, ha gestito il tutto con grande eleganza e senza farci sentire in alcun modo sotto pressione. Un posto speciale, che merita davvero di essere conosciuto e apprezzato. Grazie di cuore per aver contribuito a rendere questa giornata indimenticabile!

23/05/2025: The restaurant has a spartan structure even if on the sea but very spartan, the service terrible. The waiter left the can I gave to my dog ​​on the chair next to me for the whole lunch without taking it away after I asked him kindly he continued to leave it there, the linguine with clams is not fresh pasta it costs €18 I would say a lot especially because it was four small forkfuls, the glass of wine five euros was barely the bottom of the glass, as a welcome they brought some black olives and some popcorn chips with a basket of bread with some taralli and honestly I was full with those because I ate very little and badly, the spaghetti was not even worth €18, I complained to the waiter when he asked me how it was and while I was complaining about the fact that there was very little what they had put on my plate he took the olives and the bread and the corn chips from under my hands, I complained and after he had piled them one on top of the other together with those of the other tables on his tray he put them back on the table, pouring them on me rudely, to make up for my complaining about the scarcity of the dish they brought me a small tray with slices of cucumber and carrots quite dry not cleaned at the moment, the whole thing came to € 31 for what I ate it is shameful and above all for how I was served, I will never go there again. I advise anyone against going there the prices are very high keep in mind that the dish I had was the one that cost the least! Some restaurateurs should kiss the ground for what they have and instead they have no desire to work and want to earn three times what they produce and what they offer honestly I was wrong not to go again instead to Torre Caffe where I feel great every time I go, there are haute cuisine dishes and they also cost less the place is much more beautiful and refined with nice jazz music and the service is much more accurate and clean the dishes are more abundant and the fish is very fresh!

22/05/2025: Avevo già adocchiato questa Osteria nel nostro breve soggiorno a Bisceglie il posto è davvero come a casa della nonna con cucina tipica di un tempo ,le braciole con il filo ,orecchiette e una cucina casareccia tutto davvero buono e fatto al momento, pochi piatti ma tutti buoni In due abbiamo speso 50€ circa e ci siamo alzati rotolando ,da ritornarci assolutamente

25/05/2025: Frequento questo posto da anni e non mi sono mai trovato male. Pesce e carni ottime ,pizze buone e ricche, usano prodotti locali e la carta dei vini è varia. Location bella e accogliente. il servizio è curato, il personale molto professionale e rapido, i prezzi sono veramente onesti rispetto al circondario. si nota subito che il posto è gestito con il cuore. Consigliatissimo.

01/04/2025: Arco Olimpio è una garanzia sia per la pizza, fragrante e ben cotta, sia per i piatti del ristorante, preparati con ingredienti di qualità. Servizio cortese, ambiente accogliente e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliata la prenotazione!

18/06/2025: Restaurant in a magical location, with tables overlooking the cliff. The cuisine is refined and at the same time the flavors are simple. Each dish uses a local herb or aroma that pleasantly surprises. The wine pairings are perfect. Excellent service. The chef who introduces himself at the end of the meal would elicit applause, if he did not risk ruining the magical atmosphere of the place.

10/06/2025: I went there for a Wedding. The view is absolutely spectacular. We ate dinner at the restaurant and loved it. The service was very, very great and friendly. The food was also very thought through and delicious. You get great food with great service in a relaxing manner at stunning location. It can get quite stuffy and hot in there.

08/03/2025: Mediocre, la mesa estaba sucia. No se ofreció sopa de miso. Pagué más de 300 kr para mí y mi hijo, ambos quedaron hambrientos. No puedo recomendar.

10/11/2024: Pizza buonissima. Ho preso una pizza con impasto classico, ma con piccola aggiunta si può prendere anche un impasto differente. Ci sono anche le scrocchiarelle, ma ovviamente il prezzo sale un po'.... Dispone di posti all'aperto per serate estive. Peccato che il locale interno non sia molto grande, e siccome sicuramente ci tornerò avrò cura di prenotare per tempo. Piacevole anche aver trovato una cameriera gentilissima! Prezzi nella norma. Consigliato.

28/06/2025: Historic bar/restaurant on the Brindisi seafront with excellent pizzas and typical dishes. It is definitely a tourist place but it offers very good food. Kind, fast and pleasant service. Normal prices.
