18/08/2024: Given that we ate very well, so the reason for the two stars absolutely does not concern the quality of the dishes, which was truly high, but rather the service and hospitality. When ordering, I candidly asked the person who I believe was the owner if the appetizer I was intending to order was "abundant" enough as a main course. His response - and his tone - were, with the utmost respect speaking, quite rude and rude. Both my group of friends and I were quite disoriented, but we still preferred to ignore it. All the service, except the waiter who served us the bill, was generally quite agitated. It's a shame, because, I repeat, it was all very good.

30/08/2024: Exceptional fish!!! Scampi eaten raw, truly delicious, I dream of them at night. Excellent fried food and mussels. Fair cost for a fishmonger, you can't reserve a table but within half an hour we took a seat. Recommended and we will definitely return

06/08/2024: Greatly disappointed. This restaurant was recommended to me by my airbnb host as a “local favorite”. I have to give my expetience a 1/5 but if I could drop it down to a 0, I would. Unfortunately, the service ruined it for me. Seeing that they had an English version of the menu, I allowed myself to ask questions to my waiter in English. He looked visibly annoyed when I started speaking. When I asked him for recommendations, he let out a heavy sigh. I felt very unwelcome. I had the octopus salad which was decent. The tuna wellington was chewy like rubber. Disappointing. Not tourist-friendly.

04/08/2024: On the beautiful sea of ​​Monopoli, in Lido Bianco. Restaurant inside, lounge bar outside. Very kind staff, super place. We were at the lounge bar where you can also eat without committing too much to the restaurant. Had a great dinner. Very good drinks menu. Cherry on the cake? The prickly pear sorbet (in the photo), nothing short of superlative. Thank you. I will definitely go back

22/08/2024: È stata la prima e unica location che abbiamo visitato. Ce ne siamo innamorati subito perché rispecchiava esattamente quello che volevamo, ossia un luogo che sapesse di Puglia a 360°: I fichi d'india all'ingresso, la serie di trulli che fanno da cornice a grandi prati, il trullo madre protagonista e l'antica quercia che sembra raccontare storie di tempi passati. La cucina strepitosa fatta da piatti che mettono in risalto i gusti del territorio in modo raffinato e delicato. Un grazie immenso va a Domenico e Azzurra, padroni di casa perfetti! Ci hanno seguito in tutta la preparazione, ascoltando le nostre richieste e consigliandoci nel migliore dei modi. I nostri ospiti sono stati soddisfatti e continuano ancora oggi a farci i complimenti per il posto meraviglioso, per il cibo prelibato, per l'organizzazione perfetta e per la cura dei dettagli e l'attenzione a ognuno di loro. Non potevamo sperare di meglio: il servizio, i consigli, la disponibilità di Domenico, il fatto di pensare a tutto... Niente ansietà, solo rilasso ed entusiasmo di organizzare il nostro matrimonio. Aldilà di tutto ciò che speravamo. Il luogo dove Domenico e lo staff fa incontrare i vostri sogni e la realtà. Grazie di cuore.
