VITE COLTA ( Enoteca ) In Alliste

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful restaurant in the historic center of Felline, and it was truly a delightful experience. The owners were unbelievably nice and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. They had an impressive selection of wines, all from their own vineyard, which added a personal touch to the evening. The menu was very typical of the region, and the staff provided excellent explanations of the different dishes and wine pairings. I must say, the pasta dish I ordered was one of the best I've ever had, and the blend of Negroamaro and Primitivo wine as a companion was a perfect match. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience. It's a hidden gem in Felline that you shouldn't miss!

We came for a wine tasting and had a tour around the area where the vines grow. It was a nice day with delicious local food and excellent wines. Grazie mille Marta!

Located on the charming Felline square is this lovely restaurant that just the name (La vite colta) inspires you. It offers typical dishes with zero km ingredients and own-produced wine. We ate the vegetable appetizer, very good and with genuine flavours The peppered mussels and the meatballs with sauce. An excellent rosé wine and a white by the glass. The owners are kind, friendly and helpful An environment where you feel at home. Adequate price

What a nice little treat. The owner and his sister are more than happy to explain alot about the good and wines they are offering. All from friends around and they make some wines on their own.

Come here to experience top quality local cuisine in a romantic outdoor setting (you may be serenaded by a local musician or visited by a local cat or dog - this is part of the charm of dining in a small town center in Puglia.). Un’azienda agricola che offre sul menù prodotti del proprio orto e carne locale. Questo era riscontrabile nel sapore genuino dei piatti. Servizio gentile e personale. Sembrava di essere a cena da amici. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Location super bella nel centro del paese, dove è anche facile trovare parcheggio. Il cibo era molto buono e si sentiva che i prodotti erano freschi. Molto interessante la scelta dei vini e il proprietario ti aiuta a trovare quello più adatto alla tua pietanza. Sicuramente da tornare
