27/07/2026: I stayed here for the past two weeks after arriving from India, and it has been a wonderful experience. Paulo's management is exceptional—he is always helpful, professional, and ensures that every guest feels comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing, and the hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. One of the best parts of this place is the breathtaking mountain view and the peaceful environment, which made my stay even more memorable. I truly felt at home here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay. Thank you, Paulo, for making my first two weeks so special!

07/04/2026: Very quiet location, full breakfast with good local products, very welcoming host. We stayed there because it was close to the Skydream Centre, a place we will definitely return to.

10/05/2026: Hello, it's (admittedly) not a gourmet restaurant. Nevertheless, it's OUR go-to place when we're in Turin! Good... Welcoming... The owner even gave us advice on making his pizza dough: type of flour, kneading, etc. Of course, geographically, we can't compete with him. But try other restaurants... And for the "picky" ones who criticize... You'll have to tell me what they eat at home... 😉 You get the picture: I LOVE IT! BUT THAT WAS 3 YEARS AGO... Yesterday, May 9th, 2026, the pizza chef retired, the waiter became a pizza chef, and there was a new waitress... The result: over an hour's wait, a downgraded menu, and undercooked mussels. It was our sixth time here; if the first time had been like that, we would never have come back. I don't know if I'll give it another chance... In any case, not by inviting family or friends... We'll see...

06/07/2026: worst service possible. u sit and sit and no one comes. a manager runs around hot and sweaty as the others ignore u. I'd avoid it. go to another restaurant on the piazza. no one really cares. why waste ur time and money.

03/07/2026: I returned after years, but I suspect it's changed management. At lunchtime, there was a very long wait, even though it was early and there were only three tables occupied. The beer had become warm and undrinkable by then. I remembered the farinata and pan pizza as much crispier and tastier... but maybe my memory is deceiving me...

01/12/2025: Neapolitan pizzeria in the heart of San Salvario. We came in late at night, almost closing time, but they happily welcomed us for two quick pizzas. I'm sorry I was in a bit of a rush, but at least it'll be an excuse to come back later. 😅 The pizza is worth it, one of the best doughs I've ever tried! Thin, airy, and perfectly crispy. The pizza and prices are reasonable, with good, simple ingredients. The place, despite being basic, is well-kept.

19/11/2025: The pizza dough, tomatoes, and cheese were delicious. I recommend the burrata cheese pizza. The portions were also large. Reservations are available for dinner. We were lucky to find an empty table, and there was no line. There's also a service charge. It offers a delicious pizza for those looking for a tasty treat.

21/05/2026: I had a plate of pasta with pesto: it was definitely leftover pasta that had been reheated on the spot. Terrible. I was sick all afternoon. Even the cleanliness of the placemats and tables left a lot to be desired. I definitely won't set foot in there again.

20/03/2026: Great coffee, Great food. Everything is fresh and for bonus they offer high quality of vegan options. The best thing about this place though are the people. Thank you Federica for always greeting me with kindness.

17/05/2026: Horrible food. A second course called Splendido, which was a sandwich with a hard-boiled egg and lettuce leaves and a microscopic shrimp. It tasted disgusting. An appetizer of shaken chickpeas and crackers tasted like vomiting. The bill for two people was €50. I've been an Eataly customer for a long time. Now I'm throwing away my membership card. I consider this behavior fraudulent.

Beyond offering a variety of food products, this establishment embodies that uniquely Italian ability to transform a meal into a complete cultural experience. It's no coincidence that this franchise has a presence in cities like London, New York, Paris, and Bologna: they have cleverly exported a modern, attractive, and expertly executed image of Italian cuisine to the world. Initiatives like this should serve as inspiration to other countries, especially Spain, which boasts an extraordinary gastronomic heritage but is still underrepresented internationally by such solid and recognizable global chains or concepts.

14/06/2026: The lack of cleanliness is a real shame. The historic location, with frescoes and a beautiful chandelier, is full of dust and cobwebs right above the counter. The Frappato is €6 (a frothed coffee). Given the location and price, the service should have included a quality napkin and maybe a glass of water. A beautiful location isn't enough to make a restaurant stand out if cleanliness isn't a priority.

11/05/2026: I had to treat my parents to a Michelin-starred lunch... I was literally treated like dirt! No "good morning/good evening," no arrogant/pretentious responses, and when I pointed this out to Mr. Umberto, he even got touchy. Politeness is definitely something else...

01/05/2026: Quiet and spacious atmosphere The staff were friendly but a bit "unripe" in their customer service. The pizzas were beautifully plated, with an easy-to-digest dough and quality ingredients...but The burrata and sausage had too much oil in the tomato sauce and was too acidic and "dry." The mortadella and burrata had too much oil...the result was greasy. Both pizzas were lukewarm...and lukewarm pizza isn't the best. What stands out is the €6.50 for a medium blonde pizza...and €5 for a bottle of Coke...no...that's not right...perhaps it's to offset the The F o r K discount?
