31/08/2025: Had a wonderful meal last night. My Italian isn't great, but with the extremely friendly service, I had a wonderful evening. The wine and food were fantastic. A lovely, cozy place that's definitely worth a visit.

04/05/2025: Beppe Gallina è ormai da anni una certezza per torinesi e turisti. In entrambi i locali situati a Porta Palazzo e a San Salvario si mangia pesce fresco con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. I piatti sono casalinghi, le porzioni abbondanti e il servizio semplice ma curato. La formula all inclusive (un piatto a scelta, un bicchiere di vino, acqua e focaccia) a 17 euro è geniale. Consigliatissimo.

25/04/2025: Sono stato per una cena con la famiglia in visita a Torino. Locale molto accogliente, cucina ottima preparata in maniera espressa proprio davanti a te. Sapori sopraffini, raffinati, sembrava di avere il mare in bocca. Complimenti per la gentilezza, la cortesia e la squisitezza dei piatti serviti. Consiglierò assolutamente e tornerò senza dubbio

27/07/2025: Excellent experience. Dinner entirely based on seafood, truly delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. Everything was excellent, from the raw fish on up. 09/06/2025: J’étais déjà venue au Pastificio Defilippis et j’en avais gardé un excellent souvenir. Cette fois encore, l’expérience a été très agréable : les serveurs sont vraiment gentils et ont réussi à nous trouver une table alors qu’on n’avait pas réservé. Le cadre est charmant, bien décoré, on s’y sent bien. La cuisine est toujours aussi bonne. La première fois, j’avais mangé des pâtes à l’arrabbiata que j’avais adorées, et j’étais venue exprès pour les reprendre — mais ici la carte change souvent, donc il faut savoir qu’on ne retrouve pas forcément les plats d’une fois sur l’autre. Ce n’est pas un restaurant de « classiques » comme la carbonara, le pesto ou le ragù : ici, on trouve plutôt des recettes originales comme des pâtes aux courgettes ou aux fruits de mer. C’est une cuisine qui sort de l’ordinaire, raffinée, bien travaillée. En revanche, les prix sont un peu élevés (comptez facilement 17-18 € le plat), et les portions sont assez petites — on a encore un peu faim en sortant. Donc le rapport qualité-prix peut paraître un peu juste. Mais les desserts sont très bons aussi, et l’ensemble reste une belle adresse si vous cherchez un resto de pâtes un peu différent à Turin.

11/07/2025: Very good, authentic restaurant. Unfortunately, the "Fruti di Mare" consisted only of mussels. After complaining, they gave us an extra portion of mussels (sic!). Hence only 4.5 points.

30/08/2025: I returned to Padellino after a few years, and the excellent comments I remembered were all confirmed. Excellent pizza, prompt service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Good value for money.

30/08/2025: The pizza is good, but the concept of politeness needs to be reconsidered. Delivery was two hours late because of the restaurant, and the response was "Hey, it's crowded, what do you want?" I'll pay the same as the person at the restaurant; it's not like you're giving it to me for free. Just to say...

26/06/2025: Seeing a place open at night so clean and quiet was surprising, even more to find smiling, kind and very helpful staff even more. Although it can be considered only a "food area" it turned out to be better than many other places.

14/08/2025: Very disappointed, the food was served like a cafeteria! The meat was swimming in sauce. The tables were way too close together. We dealt with two different waitresses and had to ask for a bottle of water. Very expensive for the quality offered. Restaurant for tourists!!!

28/07/2025: The food is fantastic. The wine cellar is well-stocked. The staff, all female, is very kind and elegant. French is spoken fluently. The bathrooms are spotless and smell great. Prices during the week, on weekdays, are very low.

28/05/2025: Un angolo autentico di Piemonte da riscoprire Ieri sera io e la mia compagna abbiamo cenato al ristorante Il 14 di Carmagnola, nel cuore del centro storico, a due passi da piazze suggestive e porticati che raccontano la storia di un paese tanto bello quanto sottovalutato, ai confini delle Langhe. Nonostante fosse un tranquillo martedì sera, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla quiete del centro: un luogo che meriterebbe decisamente più vita e attenzione. Il locale ha un arredamento un po' datato, ma coerente con il contesto del borgo, che contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera familiare e autentica. A fare la vera differenza, però, è stata l’accoglienza: le signore in sala sono state gentilissime, attente e sempre sorridenti. Abbiamo iniziato con un ottimo antipasto da condividere, composto da vitello tonnato e salsiccia di Carmagnola, due classici del territorio eseguiti con gusto e semplicità. A seguire, io ho gustato una tagliata con patate al forno — carne tenera e cotta come desideravo, porzione generosa — tanto da chiedere un altro piattino di quelle deliziose patate! La mia compagna ha scelto un secondo più creativo: Gratin di patate & provola con hummus di ceci, ben equilibrato nei sapori. Per chiudere in dolcezza, ci siamo concessi due fette di torta artigianale, davvero meritevoli. Abbiamo accompagnato il tutto con una mezza bottiglia di Nebbiolo, una bottiglia d’acqua, un caffè e un limoncello. Alla fine, con soli 70 euro, abbiamo vissuto una serata perfetta: piatti abbondanti, qualità, cortesia e un’atmosfera che ti fa sentire a casa. Consigliatissimo per chi ama la cucina della tradizione piemontese, con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Un posto dove sicuramente torneremo.

30/07/2025: The place is very nice and the staff is friendly. Excellent value for money. The pizza and seafood are good. There are some small lapses in service that could be improved. Despite this, the staff is helpful and polite.

17/08/2025: I didn't like either the pizza or the farinata, and the farinata was supposed to be shared before the pizzas arrived, but it arrived after the pizzas were delivered!

05/08/2025: Easy to get to, street parking is easy to find. The welcome is excellent upon entry, and the table service could be improved. The place is ordinary, but the restrooms are pleasant and original. The food is good, but the dessert portions (tiramisu) are very small. Prices are reasonable. Overall, worth it.
