18/05/2025: Tonight I had the pleasure of trying this place with my girlfriend, the staff was very kind and helpful, always attentive to everything. The waiting times were a little longer than usual, but it was worth it: the dishes were delicious and you can see that they use fresh and quality ingredients. The price is right, especially considering the location and quality. The cleanliness was also impeccable, everything very tidy and well-kept. Definitely a place I would recommend

12/07/2025: Always pay attention to your receipt. They added a can of beer to our order that we never ordered or consumed. Reading the reviews, it's not the first time they've made this "unwanted" mistake, according to them. As for the food, the mussels were very good, while the pizzas definitely need updating: for some, the bottom was burnt, and for others, like mine, the burrata was pretty poor and not very creamy (after all, a sausage and burrata for €9 should have already made me question the quality of the ingredients). As for the service, the staff was friendly but inattentive; our pizzas arrived just as we were finishing the mussels.

03/07/2025: It was a pleasant discovery to dine at Trattoria Piemontese. I found a welcoming environment, with a rustic atmosphere and details that recall the history of Turin, such as the black and white photos on the walls. The structure offers a large internal space, characterized by well-arranged tables, and an outdoor terrace, ideal for milder evenings. The staff is young, friendly and attentive, despite there being a bit of disorganization that, however, did not significantly affect my experience. I really appreciated their enthusiasm, especially during the Inter-Juventus match broadcast in the room, an extra touch for football lovers. The menu focuses on Piedmontese specialties, pizzas and gnocchi, offering a simple but genuine culinary experience. The gnocchi were really good, a well-prepared dish that reflects the essence of traditional cuisine. The structure of the toilet is modern and functional, although it would deserve greater attention in cleaning. Correct quality-price ratio. Positive experience. I recommend this place to those looking for an informal place to enjoy traditional dishes. A stop that is worth a visit.

26/06/2025: Seeing a place open at night so clean and quiet was surprising, even more to find smiling, kind and very helpful staff even more. Although it can be considered only a "food area" it turned out to be better than many other places.

02/06/2025: I had a dinner for my daughter's communion... great price, great menu, great food, great quality of products... very helpful and friendly people ready to satisfy every need (I had a celiac at the table who was lactose intolerant)... Great welcome... and GREAT PIZZA... (the charcoal one is TOP) I will go back often...

18/05/2025: A family restaurant where everyone pitches in, even the grandfather!!! There are many dishes on the menu, each one as delicious as the next, but we made a very simple choice: appetizers and pizzas... excellent!! And the price is more than reasonable!! The terrace is also very pleasant.

28/05/2025: Un angolo autentico di Piemonte da riscoprire Ieri sera io e la mia compagna abbiamo cenato al ristorante Il 14 di Carmagnola, nel cuore del centro storico, a due passi da piazze suggestive e porticati che raccontano la storia di un paese tanto bello quanto sottovalutato, ai confini delle Langhe. Nonostante fosse un tranquillo martedì sera, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla quiete del centro: un luogo che meriterebbe decisamente più vita e attenzione. Il locale ha un arredamento un po' datato, ma coerente con il contesto del borgo, che contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera familiare e autentica. A fare la vera differenza, però, è stata l’accoglienza: le signore in sala sono state gentilissime, attente e sempre sorridenti. Abbiamo iniziato con un ottimo antipasto da condividere, composto da vitello tonnato e salsiccia di Carmagnola, due classici del territorio eseguiti con gusto e semplicità. A seguire, io ho gustato una tagliata con patate al forno — carne tenera e cotta come desideravo, porzione generosa — tanto da chiedere un altro piattino di quelle deliziose patate! La mia compagna ha scelto un secondo più creativo: Gratin di patate & provola con hummus di ceci, ben equilibrato nei sapori. Per chiudere in dolcezza, ci siamo concessi due fette di torta artigianale, davvero meritevoli. Abbiamo accompagnato il tutto con una mezza bottiglia di Nebbiolo, una bottiglia d’acqua, un caffè e un limoncello. Alla fine, con soli 70 euro, abbiamo vissuto una serata perfetta: piatti abbondanti, qualità, cortesia e un’atmosfera che ti fa sentire a casa. Consigliatissimo per chi ama la cucina della tradizione piemontese, con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Un posto dove sicuramente torneremo.

09/04/2025: La entrada está escondida al final de una galería pero, una vez dentro, es un mundo diferente. El comedor del primer piso tiene vistas a la iglesia y las montañas y se puede ver la puesta de sol. El personal es servicial, acogedor y atento. No teníamos una reserva, pero nos dieron una mesa preciosa junto a la ventana. El servicio fue rápido, a pesar de que acogieron a 40 - niños extraños en el piso inferior en un viaje de esquí. La comida era fabulosa, desde pizzas de estilo napolitano hasta una enorme tabla de salumi / charcutería (sirve más de uno) y el sarro hecho de sabrosa carne de res criada regionalmente. Y excelente relación calidad-precio en comparación con otros restaurantes locales (como Pinky). Entre mi esposa, mi hija y yo, hemos estado viniendo a Sestriere durante años, pero esta es la primera vez que hemos estado en Il Centro en años. Muy recomendable.

14/07/2025: It's been years since I've been to this pizzeria. At lunchtime, we were served a menu with no ingredients. I ordered an escarole pizza, but it arrived with anchovies, which weren't listed in the product description. The manager outside seemed annoyed, and the young waiters, perhaps misdirected, made the wrong deliveries to the tables. Let's just say I had a better memory.

10/06/2025: I had a pizza for dinner. It's good and the ingredients are fresh but in my opinion it's too loaded especially with mozzarella which has released too much water making the dough hard to digest and soft. Attentive and kind staff

04/06/2025: How to turn your evening around! Stop giving your money to overrated pizza chains with an exaggerated quality-price ratio. Instead, give visibility to places like these that will not disappoint you. I have personally tried Nerano pizza in several places and this is at the top of the list for now: endless toppings, a REAL cream of zucchini and not frozen, excellent bacon too, the cooking could have been slightly better but I will not take away a star for this little thing. I congratulate all the staff, today you have earned a new customer! Good luck and keep up the good work, do not conform to others!

19/05/2025: Good restaurant in the adjacent hotel where you can taste traditional Piedmontese food and more... excellent service, good prices too, which are in line with the quality presented.

28/06/2025: More than starred restaurants!!! We had lunch with the family and we really appreciated the quality of the fish first of all, very fresh and cooked to perfection: the seafood salad was very tasty and very light, with octopus with potatoes and marinated anchovies on bruschetta bread. The first courses were sublime, both spaghetti and gnocchi with clams, perfectly risottoed (and perfectly cooked), whose aroma spread throughout the restaurant. The desserts we took were delicious and very tasty, tart with ricotta and chocolate chips and crème caramel, all prepared by chef Antonio, a kind and very helpful person. The owner and the assistant in the dining room were also very kind and helpful. Professional and punctual service. Adequate prices in the quality/price ratio. It will certainly be a constant point of reference for our lunches/dinners also in the future. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL! ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

28/06/2025: Good restaurant, although - in my humble personal opinion - with some "discrepancies". Introduction. I started going to Pollastrini, although not assiduously, since the 90s. That said, discovering that from a place with a purely Piedmontese vocation, the restaurant has "transformed" (it changed management, so I was told, about 18 months ago), into a seafood trattoria, raised some doubts in me. Leaving aside this necessary introduction, I enjoyed an excellent veal tartare and excellent agnolotti with butter and sage. The wine and spirits list is equally well-curated and varied. I would have liked to taste a local grappa, but the person who looked after me during lunch, correctly - warned me that I did not have one. In this regard, with regard to the person who looked after me throughout the meal, I would like to underline his competence, kindness and professionalism, as well as his courtesy. I certainly can't say the same thing about another individual (I don't know if he was a partner, the owner or something else) who, in addition to walking away from my table while I was still talking to him, was careful not to say goodbye when I left the restaurant. What can I say... even if I went to Pollastrini to enjoy a good lunch and not to attend a course in etiquette, I think that a little education never hurts.
