04/12/2025: An extremely negative experience: the staff was rude and incompetent, the food was expired, and hygiene was completely lacking. Furthermore, they required advance payment without guaranteeing adequate service, even sending you to the hospital. I strongly advise against this activity and urge maximum caution.

03/01/2026: The Norman cubo, a thin brioche with pistachio cream, is simple and delicious. Coffee is served with a small glass of sparkling water. A little away from the crowds, it's a lovely spot for a snack.

16/12/2025: About 8 months ago a group of us had our monthly meeting at this particular cafe. The ratings are from that visit. In general we found a philosophical disconnect. The service and prices seemed to target high end customers while at least the café offerings (not meals) and the decor were reminiscent of Las Vegas casinos. At the same time, the customers who were there when we visited were few and were all demonstrable working class locals or tourists. --- Coming forward to 15/12/25: We had noted some paper signs on the windows and the fact that this landmark was closed about 2 months ago. In fact it was closed on September 10, 2025. Today, finally one of us had a chance to pass by on foot. The photos are from this visit. It was still closed. According to the sign the café is in police custody. According to local news reports there's an ongoing investigation into fraud, perhaps to the tune of up to 100 million euros. Sometimes businesses come back after this kind of scrutiny and sometimes not.

06/07/2025: Permanently closed. A McDonald's will open in its place. What a shame!

26/06/2025: Seeing a place so clean and quiet open late at night was surprising, and finding such friendly, helpful, and smiling staff was even more surprising. Although it could be considered just a "food court," it turned out to be better than many other places.

13/03/2026: I recommend lunch or dinner at Eataly Turin to everyone. Excellent quality, great professionalism, and the courtesy of the staff make this place a must-visit. It's my go-to place when I'm in Turin (but Eataly Genoa is equally as good). I can't wait to return. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

13/03/2026: Excellent experience, with special mention for Andrea and Sofia who served us, delicious 😊 Attentive and kind, they welcomed us wonderfully and gave us excellent advice! Beautiful atmosphere, excellent food, and I must say the desserts were incredible! Must try... pears in wine and ice cream, bunet, and the slice of colomba served warm with mascarpone cream... EXCELLENT! But there are many others... very satisfied! Congratulations to everyone!

19/12/2025: A warm and tasteful place. Courteous, precise, and friendly service both in the dining room and in the kitchen. A delicious pre-starter of fried pasta with tomato sauce. We ordered: Bra sausage appetizer (not the original recipe, 100% beef), focaccia, and caramelized onions, unforgettable, wonderful. The two first courses were missing something: - tajarin pasta with 24 Piedmont egg yolks and truffle butter, raw Bra sausage (top quality) and hazelnuts, despite the quality of the pasta, were dry as could be. - linguine with artichokes, where the artichokes themselves were bland and completely missing. The salt for the first courses deserves some credit, as it was slightly lacking. - a decent bottle of Prosecco. Two coffees. Worth mentioning is the glass bottle of water included with the menu. Bill €59.

23/03/2026: I celebrated my son's birthday, they were very kind and it was a beautiful evening.

07/02/2026: It was a real find. We went almost by chance for the first time and liked it so much that we've been back, which says it all. The food is excellent, with authentic flavors and beautifully presented dishes. What's more, the atmosphere is pleasant and the service is friendly; even though we didn't speak the language, the staff went out of their way to understand us and make us feel comfortable. Without a doubt, a restaurant to remember and return to.

23/07/2025: I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance with my partner. The restaurant is very, very good, with fresh ingredients. We'll definitely be back.

26/03/2026: Nice place, good aperitif but I expected them to serve some appetizers with the aperitif but instead they simply served drinks.

15/03/2026: I went there for Sunday brunch. The scrambled eggs were good but too spicy (as were the potatoes). The place is very nice, the service was quite fast despite it being busy, but the dining room was a bit too cold.

10/03/2026: Lunch break, very large place with fast service but the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired, I wouldn't go back.

19/01/2026: Today, I stopped in for lunch. The very friendly staff welcomed me, and I chose the set menu, which I found to be excellent. The dishes were hot and arrived quickly, without too much of a wait. The atmosphere was very clean, and the price/quality ratio was excellent.
