26/04/2025: Mid quality restaurant, definitely not a 4.5. The service was quite slow, although the waiter was very kind and apologized several times for the wait. The food quality was ok, nothing extraordinary but nothing to complain about either. The dessert was good.

20/04/2025: Excellent lunch, all of high quality, served with attention, kindness and willingness to please the customer. From appetizer to dessert, exquisite. The fried fish was really good. Highly recommended! We will return for sure.

15/02/2025: Overall pretty good experience. Interesting dishes, generous portions. Serving anchovies in their tin can seems like a gamble; the first time I've seen them served like this. If there are Cantabrian anchovies on the menu, we trust that they will be on the plate even without their can. Little choice of wines by the glass, e.g. no bubbles. Overall, given the location, it is a place that could do more with some improvements. We will be back.

13/05/2025: 2 of us went for the Territorio menu - nice food but not Michelin star quality. The service was horrendous with a patronising old man who was very unwelcoming, forgot to put the candle on the desert (I rang prior to the night to make sure this would happen) and even charging the Amaro at the end. I overheard him commenting to another table that things aren’t going great at the restaurant and I’m not surprised. This place needs a full revamp and a change of attitude otherwise it will die very soon.

06/05/2025: We went here and had the territory menu. Looking at the pictures it’s exactly the same as a review from 6 months ago. When we got there there was an old man that’s was very cold and not very friendly. All of our water glasses had bugs inside and had to have them changed. They still charged us for the two waters that they threw out with bugs. The food was just very average. The service was very poor. After we finished our meal I went to the restroom and all the lights were off, they didn’t even bother turning them on. Very poor experience especially for a Michelin restaurant. AVOID.

02/02/2025: Una piacevolissima sorpresa. Ci sono finita per caso, invitata da amici, ho bevuto un buonissimo vino Nerello e ho trovato un Menù molto interessante. Ottimi gli spaghettoni con il polpo e le carni. Il locale ha un'atmosfera informale, ma particolare, con opere d'arte contemporanea e oggetti vari appesi alle pareti. Si mangia bene e si sta bene, per una serata tranquilla con amici e buon cibo

26/05/2025: Ho pernottato con mio marito per una notte che eravamo di passaggio. L'accoglienza è stata un po' fredda, ma la stanza era pulita e accogliente. Un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non mi è piaciuta la colazione. Tutto confezionato, dalle tortine ai biscotti. Non c'era nulla di fatto in casa nonostante ci sia il ristorante interno. Un po' una delusione alla fine.

11/05/2025: The waiters are super rude and the food looks good but is average. We waited to be seated and no one came, then when we finally just decided to sit down a waitress came over and rudely told us we couldn't sit at that table. Later on, a waiter threw breadbits from the table at pigeons nearby us and it caused all these pigeons to come near our table... We had to ask for cheese with pasta and were given attitude for asking...

11/05/2025: Our experience of Sfashion café is waiting at least ten minutes to be seated by the photographed sign that says "We'll be right there, it's a promise", and leaving again. No one likes broken promises, and having been repeatedly passed by 4-6 staff members who (for whatever reason) did not for one second engage by eye contact or provide a couple of polite words, we left. The highlight of our thankfully brief experience at this café was watching someone polish cutlery during the ten minutes we were completely ignored (another couple must have enjoyed the same show). Worse was the fact that every member of waiting staff looked 'less than happy' whilst carrying out their ongoing chores or waiting tasks around us - and that's being diplomatic! Sure, it was a Sunday lunchtime etc. but this was not a reasonable attitude, it was the worst we've experienced in Italy to date. We've been working in various Italian cities for most of this year (at least 3 months out of 5), Bologna, Genoa, Milan, Turin and we actually work in Italy every year for months on end - so, we're not just angry tourists or people who don't know how things work here! Ironically, one of their competitors located 50m along the same square (who were just as busy) greeted us and seated us in less than a minute. No sign required. What about Sfashion Café changing their sign to:- "Avoid us when busy - we promise it's the best idea".
