24/01/2025: Mandatory step when we go to Gavi. The welcome is warm and very friendly. During our last visit to this place on Sunday evening, speaking no English and very little Italian, the waitress was very patient and knew how to advise us best, the grilled pork tenderloin with black truffles is excellent, the choice is often difficult as the menu is so tempting.

Abbiamo degustato vari piatti in serate diverse, tutto al top, una cucina importante, gusti decisi e perfettamente equilibrati, lo chef Graziano sempre presente, da colazione a cena, gentilissimo, un ristorante che per location, servizio, e cucina dovrebbe già da tempo avere una stella. Gliela diamo noi e tutti gli ospiti che, a giudicare dalle recensioni, la pensano in egual modo. Complimenti!!!! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare

14/01/2025: Capitati per caso, abbiamo poi scoperto che il titolare e' originario di un paese vicino al nostro, e di avere amicizie comuni nell' ambito della ristorazione. L' ambiente e' bellissimo, ricavato da una chiesa sconsacrata, arredato con gusto e classe, il personale ci ha accolto con gentilezza, siamo stati ben consigliati sui piatti ( avevamo voglia di tartufo, e qui e' il posto giusto ), e anche sul vino, Daniele ci ha raccontato il territorio e i vari produttori meritevoli, carta dei vini notevole, per me e' molto importante.... Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente.

12/01/2025: Locale raffinato, ma capace di ospitare con pazienza una compagnia eterogenea come la nostra con 6 bambini. Luca gentile e attento a soddisfare le esigenze di tutti. Ma la forza del Quartino e' Stefano,lo chef,che con amore e passione crea una magia continua in ogni piatto. Dal piu' semplice pane burro e acciughe,alle mezze lune con crema di anduja,passando per il polpo rossicciato,e finendo con la panna cotta al torrone di Canelin.

Coccolate dall’inizio alla fine del pranzo che dire oltre all’ospitalità calorosa dei proprietari e del personale di sala, il cibo è di qualità eccellente prodotti locali fusi tra gourmet e tradizione. Vino consigliato rispetto ai piatti un ruchè e un nebbiolo deliziosi. Torneremo sicuramente

25/11/2024: Domenica sera con i nostri amici Roberto e Roberta abbiamo trascorso una bellissima serata cenando benissimo ottimo menù degustazione accompagnato da un'ottima champagne....che dire tutto eccellente ed il risotto al Gavi con il tartufo bravissimi da Franco e Grazia

11/12/2024: Stopped by on Friday at noon, I had been hoping it would reopen for years, I frequented it around 2010 for work reasons, well I was favorably impressed by the location; The girls who run it are very courteous and professional as well as lovely. Ordered fusilli with tomato, excellent; meat really delicious tuna, it looked like homemade (and it's a great compliment), a side dish of spinach, perfectly boiled and delicious puree. The price is very honest (I do the truck driver and I know some restaurants/taverns...); Congratulations to the Staff, keep it up!

25/01/2025: Passing through one evening, we had an appetizer and 2 second courses which tasted without infamy or praise, 1 bottle of ruchè, not at the top having drunk better. Let's say that for the amount spent, we would have expected better.
