Food quality, refined cuisine, impeccable service, and friendly staff are all features you'll find at I Due Buoi. What's more, the restaurant is beautiful, spacious, and quiet, and the prices are absolutely fair for the quality of the food and service offered.
I hope to see this restaurant and its chef get the recognition they deserve soon. π

The staff were extremely courteous, unobtrusive, and helpful.
The menu was adequate and well-presented, with some interesting off-menu dishes.
The food was good and meticulously prepared, both in terms of ingredients and in terms of execution and presentation.
The entire staff was courteous and helpful.
I was satisfied with the dinner.
01/12/2025: This was such an amazing find! We were lucky enough to stumble upon this place, completely unaware of their unique story, location and amazing food.
We loved it so much that we had to go back. And we had gone even a third time in the span of a week, had it been open that day. The food was absolutely delicious every time - we ordered both from the specials menu, the usual menu and the deserts menu. Danielle made our visit even more special, taking the time to tell us their story, show us some pictures and even give us some local tips. We will most definitely go back during our next trips in the area.

The restaurant manager was incredibly polite and understanding, and served us dishes that suited our tastes perfectly. Undoubtedly, it's expensive, but it's worth it β fine dining.

Eight of us had a menu to choose from.
All the dishes were very good.
The pesto-filled gnocchi remain my favorite.
This is the menu we tried:
Fassona Beef Tartare and Veal with Tuna Sauce
Risotto with Robiola di Roccaverano, Gavi reduction
Beef Cheek Braised in Gavi, Local Mashed Potatoes
Creamy Cream Gelato and its Appetizers
Excellent service, very pleasant atmosphere overlooking the vineyards. Extensive wine list, though missing Franciacorta and Trento DOC.
The only complaint is the length of the lunch. Three hours is too long, in my opinion...

I rarely give 5 stars, but I think in this case they're all deserved. Everything was consistent, and yet it continued to amaze me: the location, the decor, the dishes, the food, the service... I could go on, except that lunch was quite short due to my commitments. We'll be back soon. Well done.
06/12/2025: A cozy and welcoming little restaurant just outside the historic center, a stone's throw from the cathedral and the bar famous for its krumiri.
Friendly staff, quick service.
Good breadsticks, delicious agnolotti, and a very pleasant tartare, including the egg yolk sauce, which went very well.
Recommended if you're passing through Casale.
Very fair bill, excellent value.

Only some dishes are a bit overpriced in my opinion, especially the main courses!
22/08/2025: A very nice, authentic restaurant with a large garden and parking. We had eggplant, two pasta dishes, and tiramisu. We absolutely loved it. The service was excellent and very friendly. We ordered spaghetti aglio olio, even though it wasn't on the menu. It was no problem. Highly recommended!

07/11/2025: A stunning place with really delicious meals prepared by the owner. Large room and huge bathroom. A little lacking in outlets and the bed a little small but everything else is great. There is a washing machine for those who need it. The owners are charming and very pleasant and friendly. There are horses on the premises and also the most beautiful cow I have ever seen in my lifeπ
