07/08/2026: I've been several times for the Wednesday summer aperitivo. I've found the atmosphere to be great, the music perhaps a little too loud for conversation, the food was good, and the wine list is good. There were six of us, and we booked a table. A bottle of their vintage wine was €10 per person, and if you want food as well, it's €10 per "course" (a portion isn't a traditional dish, but a sampling). Examples: crouton or pineapple chicken, or tempura shrimp, or a roast beef sandwich. Remember, you have to go to the cashier, pay, and then pick up your chosen dish because they don't offer table service except for serving bottles. Not your typical aperitivo. It all ends at 11:30 PM. Overall, I recommend it.

27/07/2026: Very nice atmosphere, delicious food, pasta with lobster is sooo delicious. French toast was a bit disappointing, because the portion is very small, but delicious. We waited a long time, but we were in no hurry

10/06/2026: Monkfish with caviar. Tarte tatin. Ice cream made in-house. La Gallina at Villa Sparina earned every one of its stars tonight – and then some. What a gem ✨✨

18/08/2026: Excellent food and wine, welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind staff, very pleasant atmosphere. Even though I'm celiac, I can assure you that I had a wonderful dinner and that the desserts were unique and exquisite. 🥇🥇🥇

08/08/2026: Everything was good, authentic, but the wait was very long—an hour between the first and second courses. We invited some friends over, and it didn't make a good impression.

26/07/2026: Beautiful location in the Gavi hills. Dining under the pergola was very pleasant. The staff was very kind and helpful. The mixed antipasto was very good; the panissa was delicious. The Barbera ravioli and the Nebbioli di Magro were both excellent. Modern prices.
