We tried to have dinner 3 times, but everything was busy and only after making a reservation we were able to visit this restaurant. 01/03/2024: Cracking restaurant, and all the staff are super friendly, and helpful with translating the menu to English! Cannot recommend the steaks enough, and the pizzas are just as good.

24/03/2024: To celebrate the first Sunday of spring after weeks of rain, and finding ourselves in Somma Lombardo, we decide to try our luck at this restaurant. But it was a better decision! 🏠 LOCAL | a classic restaurant with warm interiors that recalls the legendary Lombard trattorias of the past. Simple, direct but welcoming. 🚶‍♂ PERSONAL | the staff is all female and both the owner and the waitress did not skimp on smiles or advice. We also found an incredible speed in serving. We weren't in a hurry, but it's always nice not to wait in vain. 👨‍🍳 COOKING | incredible Lombard cuisine with some experimentation here and there. We threw ourselves on the carbonara with truffle (one of the best things I've ever tasted), an elephant's ear, a tiramisu and the classic glasses of wine. We really liked everything and promised ourselves we would try the rest too! 💶 ACCOUNT | 2 of us paid just over 25 euros each, a super honest bill for the quality of the food brought. on the table.

I went for lunch on Sunday to once again have a sublime experience (last year my girlfriend and I came for dinner to celebrate our third anniversary and it was unforgettable!). Everything perfect, the taste, the elegance, the atmosphere... not least the kindness of the staff. Therefore highly recommended, both for lunch and dinner (the candles in the evening really give a magical touch). We will be back soon. P.S. even their liqueur is something extraordinary 😍

25/02/2024: Dopo svariati tentativi chiamo sempre troppo tardi) ieri abbiamo trovato il tavolo per cenare in questo ristorante di ottimo livello. Molto curato nei dettagli, l’atmosfera è serena e l’accoglienza è gioviale. La Signora Valentina ti fa sentire veramente a tuo agio consigliando i piatti del giorno e assistendoti nella scelta dalla carta. Il menù è essenziale con pochi piatti ma ben selezionati, facili da individuare a seconda dei propri gusti. Tra gli altri ottime le tagliatelle con sugo di aragosta e il guanciale brasato: una vera specialità. La scelta dei vini è di facile consultazione e i prezzi sono veramente corretti. Il conto è giusto corrispondente s ad quanto mi aspettassi. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!!

Coffee is served with a small selection of treats in the form of sweets. We visited 2 times with an interval of 1 day - we don’t regret even 1 euro spent there!

The pasta and the pork fillet were good, but the lamb was unfortunately quite tough and no longer a young lamb either. The toppings for the lamb, very few small potatoes and not so good spinach. Unfortunately the dish was only lukewarm. The dessert, tiramisu and creme Catalan were very tasty. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the restaurant was also very cold and a bit drafty. The oven didn't manage to warm the very large room. Overall 3+ stars for me
