31/07/2024: Wundervoll erhaben gelegen auf dem Sacre Monte di Varese. Toller Ausblick. Schönes Zimmer. Design Highlight: sichtbarer Fels hinter einer gusseisernen Wendeltreppe rauf in die Maisonette. Wir hatten eine entspannte und ruhige Zeit. Idealer Rückzugsort, um der brütenden Hitze des Tals zu entfliehen. Da das Restaurant Ruhetag hatte, speisten wir sehr gut im fussläufigen Hotel Colonne. Das Hotel selbst war sehr ruhig, da in einer Sackgasse, die nur zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Danke

23/07/2024: Il locale si trova in una zona tranquilla a pochi km dall’aeroporto. Dispone di giardino e di area esterna di parcheggio. Le sale interne sono ben arredate; l’ambiente è nel complesso molto gradevole. Serve ottimi antipasti; più che discreti i primi; buoni i secondi e contorni. Apparecchiatura curata; mise en place ricercata. Personale molto cortese ed efficiente.

12/07/2024: This place was an absolute save for our group, as we were temporarily in the Malpensa airport area and wanted to look for a good Italian place to eat dinner at. You must show up early or you will end up waiting as this place gets busy very quickly with many other customers in the evening. We ordered the pasta con vongole, pasta carbonara, pizze (diavolo, 4 formaggi, crudo), pasta bolognese, and tiramisu. The bolognese was easily one of the best I’ve had compared to many Italian restaurants back home. The waiters were quite busy but did their best to accomodate for us and one of our dishes took significantly long to get served. 25/08/2024: Cercate un'esperienza culinaria che vi faccia sentire come in una gara di Formula 1? Beh è il posto che fa per voi! Qui, i camerieri sono talmente efficienti da far sembrare Usain Bolt un pigrone della domenica. La specialità della casa? Il gioco "Mangia prima che sparisca"! I piatti vengono levati da sotto il vostro naso con una rapidità tale che potreste trovarvi a masticare l'aria se non state attenti. È come se i piatti fossero equipaggiati con un timer di autodistruzione alla Mission Impossible. Forse stanno addestrando i camerieri per le Olimpiadi della Sparecchiata Veloce? C'è da dire che poi vi lasciano tranquilli al tavolo senza chiedervi di liberarlo, forse dovrebbero semplicemente dotarsi di un maggior numero di piatti. La pizza, devo ammetterlo, è buona. Le altre portate? Nella media, come la vostra possibilità di finire il pasto senza sentirvi in un episodio di "Prendi il piatto e scappa". I prezzi sono nella media. Dopotutto, dove altro potreste allenarvi a mangiare come se foste inseguiti da un predatore affamato? In conclusione, se volete un'esperienza culinaria che metta alla prova i vostri riflessi e la vostra capacità di masticare velocemente, è il posto che fa per voi. Ricordate: al Loroverde, non è il cliente ad essere sempre nel giusto, ma il cameriere ad essere sempre nel posto giusto al momento giusto... per portarvi via il piatto!
