I had the pleasure of dining at La Mimosa in Gallarate, and I can say with absolute certainty that it was a truly special experience. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and meticulously crafted, making you feel instantly at ease. The owners are delightful, kind, and highly professional, always attentive to their guests' needs with a care that is increasingly rare these days. The cuisine is simply excellent: the appetizers are truly exceptional, rich in flavor and prepared with great care. The risotto I had the pleasure of tasting was simply stunning, perfectly creamed, and unforgettable. Sincere compliments to the chef for the quality and passion he conveys in his dishes. The wine selection is also excellent: the glass of Nero I tried was truly top-notch and paired perfectly with the meal. All this is accompanied by an absolutely fair price for the level of service and cuisine offered. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and a family atmosphere: La Mimosa is a true guarantee. I will definitely be back!

Fixed menu: pizza (any), water, coffee €15. The à la carte cover charge is almost four euros, a glass of wine €3.50... I recommend reviewing the à la carte menu. There are many deletions and writing in italics.

A very welcoming place, far from the chaos of Gallarate. It offers exquisitely prepared dishes, complemented by beautiful visuals. The ingredients are well-prepared and the staff is very helpful. I spent a wonderful evening with friends without ever feeling like I was in a small, intimate setting.
