Angelo is the best in the place, he makes you feel at home, excellent service, excellent quality of raw materials, pleasant atmosphere, I highly recommend it. Every time I go to Milan it has become a regular stop, I must try it because it's really worth it 👏🏻

I understand that it's an area where the clientele, both middle-class and tourists, must be terrible, but there's no need to be that way with everyone, especially at any time. Actually, the guys are more polite, but the women are really really upset. When Tadzio was there, things were better.

29/05/2026: I chose the restaurant because I knew it served morel-based dishes. I tried the fettuccine with morels and I have to admit, they were truly delicious. I was intrigued by the fried brains, which I also loved. My companions tried the spaghetti alla chitarra with sausage and wine, and the eggplant and porcini mushroom rolls. We enjoyed everything, but I think the portions could be more generous. The restaurant owner recommended that I let them know a few days in advance if you're going there for the morels.

09/02/2026: Unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to expectations. Despite several free tables, an employee initially invited us to sit at the counter. Only later, thanks to the courtesy and helpfulness of a colleague, were we assigned a table. The same person, who had already been rather cold toward us, then brought the bill without us asking, a gesture that seemed like an implicit invitation to leave. I must admit, I was genuinely disappointed by this incident.

Terrible, all you can taste is oil. - Inedible potatoes. It was garlic Burnt, not potato.

03/07/2026: Mediocre food, poor service. Expensive price point makes no sense. The bread basket was horribly stale and cold. It was brought out as soon as I sat, and clearly baked hours ago, without any effort to make it taste any better Shrimp carpaccio was good, although bland, which means the problem is not the ingredient. The spaghetti with clam and bottarga that I ordered was bland, with bottarga nowhere to be found (why put it in if it doesn't change the taste?). There was sand in the clams, about which I told the server about, to which he said it's 'natural'. I have had vogole pasta without sand. Sand aside, the pasta just tasted bad. I wasn't full at all but didn't want to eat more of the bland bowl of flour so I got up. There was no apology about the sand, or any further questions about if I didn't like the food. There was a large group of about 10 guests dining, so maybe the server and the kitchen were distracted. It was the worst dining experience in Milan for me. Spending 67 euros on this makes me feel bad.

06/06/2026: I rode my bike past the restaurant and was verbally assaulted by someone, presumably the cook, while he was smoking outside. He accused me of giving him a dirty look, which is completely inconsistent with what happened, and began addressing me in an aggressive and rude manner. I found this behavior highly unpleasant and unprofessional.

13/03/2026: €120 for two appetizers and a shared sea bass, without wine. The food was also truly unremarkable. There are plenty of better options in Milan. Service was average (little attention paid to the water). In short, avoid in my opinion. It's close to a star.

The first course arrived after about an hour and a half, with the explanation being an order issue. Unexpected events can happen, but the situation was handled horribly: no clear communication and uncontrolled timing, with only two waiters for the entire room. While we were still eating our first course, we were served our second courses, as if they were just trying to save time. When it came to the bill, jokingly pointing out that they seemed to have forgotten about us, the owner replied, "A little bit of everything," with no real apology and no commercial gesture despite the poor service. It's a shame because the food was good, but the service ruined what should have been a special evening.

15/02/2026: Good morning, I wanted to tell you that last night (Valentine's Day 2026) was a beautiful evening, both in terms of atmosphere and music with a live guitarist, but... An hour and a half to receive a first course, a second course, and a side dish seems excessive and unacceptable! The food was delicious, but between the appetizer, cheese, and jam, and the first course, second course, and side dish, far too much time passed. It was almost embarrassing for the staff; everyone at the table complained! The staff was also very inattentive; they didn't clear the wine glasses for those of us who don't drink wine. They cleared the dirty dishes from the table after 20-30 minutes... Honestly, it wasn't the evening I imagined. Furthermore, they didn't leave the book I had requested and already paid for on the table; in fact, I had to ask for it at the cashier! Let's just say you have a lot of room for improvement, especially given the restaurant's prices, these inattentiveness and delays are unacceptable. At the cashier's desk, they apologized for the delay, but there was no financial return. Frankly, I was somewhat disappointed with the evening. I also wrote to you to encourage you to improve.

07/08/2026: Really nice experience! Beautiful place. Workers were very nice and fast. Although a little bit cold at some points, it might just be a cultural difference. Food was nice, but I don’t recommend getting the carbonara during summer as it’s very heavy.
