14/05/2025: Lunch during working hours: we sit down and I order a single dish, with rice, fish and vegetables. The dish arrives and I find the dish without rice. At which point I point out to the waiter that there should also be rice and he replies that he had informed us of the lack of rice. Which is not true. He tries to make up for it with some cold, greasy and unsalted baked potatoes. Oh well... in the meantime I start to eat the fish: I take two bites and it is full of bones. I point this out, asking at that point to change the dish and I am told that the bones cannot be removed from the fish and that there is nothing wrong with that. In short, I pay €12 for an uneaten and incomplete dish, passing myself off as the one in the wrong. The shameful thing, I think, is that it is not the first time we have received similar treatment (considering that we have gone other times with colleagues). Unpresentable.

11/05/2025: The restaurant is a bar converted for dinner, small but warm and welcoming. The waiters, Italian and South American, are very helpful and the food awesome. I would definitely come back

03/06/2025: The service was nothing special, just order. We ordered a salad and gnocchi, and both were very good. I highly recommend the bread they give you as a starter, and when you ask for the bill, they'll give you a couple of delicious walnut meringues. Being inside the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is simply filling.

02/06/2025: The chicken was very bad. The risotto pizza was good. The prices were exaggerated.

13/05/2025: I had my last risotto at this restaurant before heading straight to the airport. Mamma Oliva has a luggage storage service, so I decided to eat there before leaving. I tried their risotto with pumpkin and blue cheese! Very good and filling. They also served me a plate with spiced bread. The only thing I didn't like was that they added €2 for "coperto" to the bill, which is like automatically adding a €2 tip. This surcharge isn't indicated on the menu, and I don't think it's right to add it without warning. I'd like to decide how much tip I want to give (or if I don't give any at all).

02/03/2025: Piccolo locale ben arredato con un ottimo servizio. Piatti di ottima qualita. Pesce freschissimo! Personale veramente gentile ed attento. Eravamo un gruppo di 11 amici, e siamo stati tutti molto Soddisfatti. Consigliamo sicuramente!

21/02/2025: I had dinner at Charmant the day it opened, many years ago. Since then I have returned dozens of times, and each time I have left more than satisfied. The place is small, with comfortable sofas around the tables, and the menu offers you all the best fish available in the Milanese square. But in addition to the menu, there is also Rocco: he will be able to guide you in the best way, among a hundred different hot and cold appetizers, cooked and raw. Between light and very tasty first courses, where the flavor of the sea always dominates, and between second courses in which the fish offered is always a great fish. It is certainly not a cheap restaurant, but it is worth every euro you will spend for an evening that will always be special.

07/05/2025: The restaurant is closed, when we reserved a table nothing indicated this, we were seated at the bar when we arrived, telling us that the restaurant had been closed for a while, no apology and no proper service at least for the bar, this is unacceptable.

12/05/2025: I don't have much to say, starter not great, 2 wrong dishes. The waiter was kind and apologized several times, but unfortunately the quality remains poor.

20/04/2025: Easter lunch with elderly family members. The limits imposed by age have been largely overcome thanks to the excellent dishes offered on the menu and the more than generous portions. Fish and seafood cooked in various ways were appreciated by diners including those more oriented towards meat consumption. The mixed grill without thorns and the house starter are excellent. Adequate account.

27/04/2025: Invited by friends for dinner and we were very satisfied! Very elegant place with very fine decorations, clean and spacious with a private room also suitable for parties! Perfect service, staff is very friendly and professional! The food is all very fresh, very good. Very fresh raw fish, delicious! We took 3 first courses and they were well balanced, crab and lobster cooked very well. More than excellent value for money! We were all happy and will certainly return very willingly and very often! I absolutely recommend the place to fish lovers.

27/04/2025: Ristorante gestito da cinesi, cucina internazionale, dove il pescato, in particolare il crudo, la fa da padrone. Tavoli distanziati tra loro, con varie salette per incontri d’affari o per festeggiamenti. Menu con illustrazioni fotografiche dei piatti proposti. Personale gentile, molto pulito, conto inferiore rispetto alla media di altri locali milanesi di pari livello. Ci ritornerò, conviene prenotare

13/03/2025: New management, completely different place! We had brunch on Sunday and were super satisfied! I got brioche bread and salmon + Nutella pancakes! Generous portions! Well-kept, renovated place. Advised! Furthermore, we were served by a girl, I think the manager, who was really friendly and very kind!

12/03/2025: But how did it occur to you to destroy the only historic bar left on the square and perhaps on the entire street? Wonderful 70s-80s interiors replaced by the absolute emptiness of a counter on which to place some pretentious croissants and cappuccino (strictly oat milk) sold at the price of a square meter of the place itself. I also try to have mercy, recognizing that behind these wicked choices there are entrepreneurs and employees whose lives depend on the restaurant's income; This is why I don't give a star. But I can't find peace. Every time I pass by it is heartbreaking and I think of the dignity of our city: every day sold off in exchange for a few photos on Instagram of distracted tourists, accustomed to these empty spaces – very fashionable in European capitals – in my opinion a mirror of the minds that traffic in them. At least you could have kept the wonderful logo... Goodbye Bar Gatto!

17/05/2025: È il ristorante principale del Four Seasons di Milano, i cui interni sono stati curati da Patricia Urquiola. L'occasione è un bel pranzo condiviso con amici, una domenica a Milano. Ottimo menù con ogni portata ben presentata e descritta. Anche la carta dei vini è all'altezza. Molto frequentato, ma non caotico. Il personale sa districarsi.

19/03/2025: Había 6 de los suyos que fueron a cenar a Zelo. Tuvimos aperitivos en el bar y el personal y el servicio eran excepcionales! Un hermoso bar con un ambiente muy agradable! La cena en el restaurante fue excepcional, tuvimos platos principales y postres y todos eran hermosos para mirar y sabía aún mejor. De nuevo el personal era muy amable, servicial y nada era demasiado problema. Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en Milán. ¡Una velada fabulosa y bien hecha para el equipo de Four Seasons!
