04/08/2024: "Le Terrazze", a name that evoked promises of an evening full of taste and relaxation, instead turned out to be an amusement park for those who love unpleasant surprises. The initial welcome was pleasant: a beautiful view, a menu with pleasant proposals and a nice atmosphere. I decide to order a bottle of wine for €25. At the time of the bill, however, the bottle of wine, which was listed at €25 on the digital menu, magically appeared at €30 on the receipt. An error? A simple misunderstanding? Not at all. When I pointed out the discrepancy, the restaurant manager, a wizard of irony and sarcasm, brought out a paper menu that had never been shown to me, stating that they had updated the prices and that the digital menu had not been corrected. . Obviously, instead of apologizing and refunding the difference, the manager thought it best to thank me with a "Thank you for reporting", which sounded more like "Thank you for falling into our variable pricing trap". A customer service worthy of a comedy of errors, which left me with the clear feeling of having been taken for a ride. In conclusion, if you are looking for a place to pay more than expected and be treated with sarcasm, "Le Terrazze" is the perfect restaurant for you. Naturally, what has been written has already been reported to those directly involved via the appropriate channels and I am awaiting a response.

04/08/2024: 🌟 One star for the “Digital Menu: Reloaded” experience! 🌟 I entered "Le Terrazze" with the enthusiasm of a child on Christmas Eve. The view of the Duomo was so breathtaking that I risked love at first sight with the Madonnina. But then the bill arrived, and I realized I was in the “Matrix” sequel: Digital Menu: Reloaded. 🍷 The mystery of chameleon wine 🍷 I ordered a bottle of wine and the digital menu promised me a reasonable price of 25 euros. But when I saw the bill, I had déjà vu from “Inception”: the price of the wine had risen to 30 euros! I looked up Leonardo DiCaprio to see if I was still in the dream or in reality. 🤖 The cashier: secret agent or bug in the system? 🤖 When I pointed out the anomaly to the cashier, he smiled like an android trying to imitate human empathy. “Error in digital menu,” he said. "Thanks for the tip." Who knows, maybe the menu is programmed by Skynet. Maybe the cashier is a T-800 hiding behind the counter. In summary, if you want an enigmatic experience and an account that changes faster than a trading algorithm, Le Terrazze is the right place. But if you prefer stable prices and less suspense, perhaps you should look elsewhere. 🕵️‍♂️💸

04/09/2024: The restaurant/pizzeria for all occasions: informal or business with an environment in which light, space and music are the key words. Very helpful staff. Always high quality food. Very digestible, thin and crunchy pizzas. A great place to enjoy great food. Highly recommended.

26/08/2024: Excellent pizza, thin, soft, light and fragrant on the edges, impeccable service. There are also special Kamut Khorason and Gluten Free doughs

29/08/2024: Near the Duomo, very nice and with exquisite and very large pizzas at a very affordable price. They serve you very quickly and all the waiters are very attentive. There is a daily menu that is quite convenient and has very good presentation, flavor and quantity.

31/08/2024: A stone's throw from the Duomo, we chose this restaurant because you can eat osso bucco alla Milanese there. We were greeted by a great waiter, who took great care of our dog and ourselves! The osso bucco was super good, the tiramisu enormous! In short, we recommend this address!!!

06/08/2024: The worst brioches I have ever eaten. Dry, stringy and luckily it was small. Very nice location, 50s/60s style, waiters with uniforms..... No air conditioning with 35 degrees outside. I won't go back and I don't recommend it for the price either

03/08/2024: After the initial good experience with lunch, we decided to return to the place. While for lunch we paid roughly €12 for food and we also ordered a drink and coffee, so the whole lunch cost us roughly €35 including the tip, for dinner the prices seem to have risen by 50% and a fee of €10 was automatically charged, i.e. tip approximately 30% of the price of the meal. I don't know if it is common in Italy for prices to rise from lunch to evening or if it is just because we had Italian menus for lunch and then in English in the evening. Anyway, I left the restaurant very disappointed.

08/07/2024: Ieri sera io e mia moglie siamo tornati dopo circa due anni alla Mongolfiera, un ristorante che amiamo. Qualità altissima: mia moglie una tagliata con rucola e parmigiano in scaglie, io una noce di vitello accorpata da un ricco piatto di verdure varie arrosto. Ambiente cordiale e servizio ottimo. Last but not least, I bagni sono i più lindi che visto in ristoranti negli 10 anni, o giù di lì. Ottimo prezzo-qualità. 👏👏

23/06/2024: Ambiente familiar e de amigos. Boa refeição e atendimento muito simpático. Localização ótima junto à estação Susa de metro. Recomendo.

21/08/2024: We came here for avocado toast for the kid.. but there was chili oil on it and was too spicy for a child. Atmosphere was good, but the service was not the best. There are only few options on the menu so if you do not like eggs there is really not much to eat here we asked for a croissant and they were out of them at 11 in the morning. Attitude of the servers was a little rude.

Let's ignore the fact that eating on the porch at a certain point was filled with mosquitoes, we ate in a hurry because we couldn't stay and when it was time to pay they made the joke "yeah, it's mosquito time"; but some zampirone no? Cutlet greasy more than ever, some requests to the staff a little annoyed in responding; value for money also no; even the tables next door complained about everything

31/07/2024: I went on Sunday 28/07 for lunch with the family of 4 people, ordered inedible rib meat, nervous and hard, fried fish that was white and soft! The other 2 dishes were just enough! Raw bread we asked to toast!!! bottle of Gewurztraminer wine €28 hot with tin cap opening.. negative experience never again this restaurant!

30/07/2024: We went on Saturday evening, we ate without air conditioning, we couldn't stay, I won't go back

14/07/2024: July, 30 degrees, I'm starting to feel dizzy due to the heat, I ask the bartender for a glass who looks at me with an annoyed look and tells me that he's making an exception but that it's the last glass he intends to pour of the evening. He then proceeds to pour me tap water into the smallest glass they have. Furthermore, the glass is only half filled. Rated 1 star, I won't return.

16/07/2023: Family atmosphere with pleasantly retro furnishings, very kind and helpful staff but above all very good cuisine with genuine flavours. We ate two fish-based first courses and a fish-based second course and a homemade dessert. All very good, what's more at a very favorable price. Recommended for a quiet evening if you don't want to make mistakes.

03/08/2024: Very nice two-seater place on Corso Sempione. The aperitifs are good enough to improve the variety of the accompanying food.

19/06/2024: Small, old-fashioned restaurant, only fish. Friendly and helpful staff, extremely good dishes (we chose hot mixed starters, some slightly less exceptional raw dishes, and two second courses in stew). Also suitable for children (we were with a one and a half year old).

19/06/2024: Piccolo ristorantino e vecchio stile, solo di pesce. Personale gentile e disponibile, portate estremamente buone (noi abbiamo scelto antipasti misti caldi, qualche crudo un poco meno eccezionale, e due secondi in guazzetto). Adatto anche per bambini (noi eravamo con uno di un anno e mezzo).
