09/10/2025: We stopped for a soda with our baby to feed her, and since we didn't want to eat the menu at 12 noon, they served us very rudely and even told us we had to get up in 10 minutes even though we were with a baby because we didn't want to eat there. In retaliation, they charged us 2 euros extra for taking a table and having two sodas. A disgrace, especially considering the way we were treated when we were with a baby.

06/12/2025: The food itself was pretty good, except for the fact that it was too salty. But the lady at the counter refused my request, saying we couldn't pay for the dishes we ordered. She charged us by splitting the total between three of us, even though two others had more dishes and also had wine. If we were a group of 10, I'd understand the inconvenience, but it was completely rude, and I don't think I'd go back. Pasta, coffee, and water for 35 euros. There are much better places to eat for that price.

03/12/2025: A historic Milanese restaurant, where you step back in time to the 80s and 90s. Meat is king, and the quality is top-notch. Finally, a restaurant where you can eat slowly, with old-fashioned and courteous service and high-quality wines, from excellent Piedmontese to great Tuscan wines. Highly recommended.

05/06/2025: Eravamo in gruppo, una trentina, di cui metà bambini, ma ciononostante il servizio è stato abbastanza buono. Menù monumentale, un intero volume, con pagine e pagine di proposte, il che mi fa sempre sorgere qualche dubbio. La pizza non era un gran che, bruciacchiata, pomodoro acquoso, ustionante, però disponibile in un'infinità di scelte. Buona la birra.

04/05/2025: Egal, was wir bestellt haben, es war alles super frisch und unglaublich lecker. Der Service sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Schönes Ambiente. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren drei Abenden hintereinander dort und mussten dann leider nach Hause.

It's very elegant and well-decorated, and the staff is friendly and professional (especially the very charming red-haired waiter). We had a delicious risotto alla milanese in a parmesan crust. The cotoletta alla milanese is a must-try, as the meat melted in your mouth. The bill is a bit steep, but the location justifies it. We'll definitely be back.

07/12/2025: The carbonara was decent, but the place clearly lacks the basics: spices and olive oil. We hadn't even had time to dress the salad before the waiter took it away to serve it to another table. In my opinion, this is unusual. The salads themselves weren't bad, but we noticed something strange: we had two Caesar salads, but they were visibly different. One had a lot of cheese, the other almost none. It's really strange to serve such different portions at the same table. Otherwise, everything was more or less acceptable.

24/10/2025: I stopped for breakfast on Wednesday morning. There was only one lady serving and working the cash register. Very good. Excellent cappuccino and brioche.

And then... the crowning glory: the super-mega ham and cheese toastie. A masterpiece. Crispy, stringy, generous, and absolutely irresistible—the best I've ever eaten in my life. 04/07/2025: Good morning, I went there for a midweek business lunch, excellent daily menu with combined dishes, salads and possibly à la carte. The dishes are well prepared and the quality is excellent. Recommended for lunch breaks in a refined environment and at an affordable price.

29/06/2025: Discusión sobre dónde cenar; nos decidimos por Dalla Zia o Il Limone, ambos muy cerca uno del otro, y en el lado oeste de la plaza de la República desde nuestro hotel. Caminamos y es increíble lo rápido que cambia el paisaje. Desde el centro del bulevar, no sabes que todos los nuevos rascacielos están ahí. Pero camina dos cuadras hacia el oeste y estás en medio de ella. Estuvimos allí un poco antes de las 7 pm. Dalla Zia se veía hogareña y anticuada, y había un grupo de niños pequeños alrededor de la entrada a Il Limone, así que parecía que tal vez alguien estaba teniendo una fiesta. Volvimos a Dalla Zia. ¡Estuvo bien! Tomé espaguetis con camarones en una buena salsa de tomate y Marido consiguió su cottoleta milanesa. Lo comió con verduras a la parrilla en lugar de las papas con las que suele venir, y estaba contento con eso. ¡Papas eróticas!
