Discovered recently, it quickly became one of our go-tos: in less than a month, we've already returned twice, and each time it's like entering a familiar place, but with the elegance and care of a restaurant that knows how to serve food "like it used to be." The service is incredibly welcoming, attentive without ever being intrusive, and accompanies you throughout the dinner with a genuine warmth that is increasingly rare these days. The cuisine is extraordinary: ultra-fresh fish, dishes prepared with skill and passion, clean and authentic flavors that reflect a respected and valued tradition. We dined here on Friday evening on the recommendation of friends and were truly impressed. The food is excellent, with a care and quality that far surpasses that of many more polished but less authentic establishments. The owner was the perfect host: courteous, attentive, and present without ever being intrusive. You can sense his genuine passion for what he does and his desire to make everyone at his table feel good. Impeccable service, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch dishes make this place a delightful surprise, one worth exploring and remembering.
