21/09/2025: Great and simple, no unnecessary decoration, just good food. The restaurant looks very authentic, the terrace is nice but simple, too. The atmosphere inside could be a lot cosier if the light would be slightly dimmed. The food is really good and at fair costs.

10/11/2025: Great little bar/restaurant, very friendly waitress, fast service, very reasonable prices for simple but tasty dishes, complimentary appetizer platter, well-balanced cocktails (the alcohol isn't just overpowering) and a great atmosphere. Pizzas, risotto, pasta – we spent all three evenings there and loved everything we tried!

12/11/2025: Osteria in the center of Sarzana. I've been a couple of times and received varying reviews. It's a pleasant place, but the service depends on who's on duty that night. If you happen to be sitting next to a table that's ordering meat, you'll be infested with grilled food. With a few tweaks, it could be a typical place to hang out, but I feel like it's lacking a bit of passion.

30/10/2025: A well-located restaurant with pleasant outdoor seating. The food was a matter of taste, but we didn't particularly like it as it seemed lacking in effort. We had an antipasti starter for €13 consisting of salad, cold Parmesan, and somewhat bland ham (not particularly antipasti for us). It came with dry bread. We had an Aperol Spritz with it. If you want to get drunk, it's the perfect starter, but it was too strong for us. The staff seemed very unmotivated, which you can't blame them for working such late hours; it dampened the mood. Finally, I can praise the fairy lights.

26/10/2025: Tellaro is off the beaten path and this is a gem for a family dinner. Server was good and the food fresh from the sea. Excellent.

29/10/2025: I went on vacation to visit the Cinque Terre and I passed through this shopping center. I ate pasta with sauce which was good, although I expected better, but it was acceptable.

16/07/2025: Questo posto è perfetto per una serata un po’ diversa e per godersi dei panigacci ottimi e non solo. Testaroli e pansotti al sugo di noci davvero ottimi e lo stesso vale per panigacci, affettati e formaggi. Servizi ottimo veloce e accogliente. Ottima esperienza

05/11/2025: My husband and I ate here on our first night in Monterosso on October 27, 2025 and we both agreed that it was the best food we have ever had. We ordered the baked sea bass and it was beyond amazing. It was simple as far as preparation, but the flavors were complex and the fish cooked to perfection. The young man who deboned our fish at table side was so very sweet and quite good at his task. If we ever are lucky enough to return to Italy, Ristorante Ciak will be on our must visit list.

31/10/2025: We stayed in Monterosso twice over the past few years and ate at Ciak every night. The food, service and atmosphere is amazing.

Qui la cucina non si limita a soddisfare il palato: racconta, emoziona, avvolge. Si inizia con gli antipasti, un vero e proprio omaggio alla tradizione Ligure-Toscana. Ogni assaggio è un’eco autentica del territorio, capace di evocare storie di confine, di colline che scendono al mare e di ricette custodite nel tempo. È un inizio che accarezza, preparando il palato con eleganza e calore. Il primo piatto è una vera rivelazione: gli spaghetti ai frutti di mare sono eseguiti con maestria, in un equilibrio perfetto tra la sapidità del mare e la delicatezza della pasta al dente. 27/05/2025: Che dire un ottimo ristorante, ben curato, personale gentile e preparato ad ogni esigenza e pronto a consigliarti. Partendo dall'antipasto al dolce e una goduria per il palato. Piatti curati e ben presentati la qualità del cibo è ottimo e freschi.

08/11/2025: And we did it again....we tried to return after previous negative experiences because the place and the food are not bad at all, in terms of quality we have always eaten well but I think you have to be able to interact with people. The last few times we've always waited hours to eat, with endless waits. Tonight we booked early and they told us that "we had to be quick because they had a large table at 9 pm." My response was, "It's fine for us, as long as you guys are quick." We arrived at 7:20 pm. The place was half empty, there were 3 of us (2 adults and a child). We ordered a children's menu and 2 pizzas. My pizza arrived 30 minutes later. After 2 requests to the waiter, my son's pasta arrived. After another 20 minutes, my husband's pizza arrived. We complained to the waiters, the owner arrived and didn't apologize. Instead, she told us that we shouldn't get angry and that the cook had simply thrown away the order. ABSURD. It won't change the owners' lives, but one thing is certain: we'll never go back.

12/07/2025: Gran selección de pizzas, contamos 68 en el menú. Servicio amable y decoración sin pretensiones. Menos costoso que muchos otros lugares en Levanto, ya que está justo fuera del centro histórico. Popular entre los lugareños y la comida es buena.

11/06/2025: Après avoir crapahuté dans les montagnes, ça fait du bien d'aller manger ici. Lieu simple et rassurant, on s'y sent à l'aise, tout le monde est gentil et les pizzas sont très bonnes, pour un tarif contenu.

08/10/2025: We went here our first night after a very stressful day of travel.The food was just Okay. My husband who is not fussy thought it was kinda a tourist trap. Maybe my least favorite meal In Monterosso. There are so many options available so don’t bother.
