31/01/2026: Everything was Special. Fresh, made to order and tastefull. Service impeccable. Good quality of food. Nice ambiance. I loved when the cook (owner) scream « Calamari Ciak » when its ready. La scarpetta makes it more delicious. I recommand this restaurant when in Monterrosso.❣️❣️

28/02/2026: The restaurant looks very shabby from the outside. I'd even say it's shabby. Immediately upon entering, you can feel the cool atmosphere; it's clean and quite nice. I ordered the mussel tasting menu. Delicious. The mussel pasta in a velvety sauce with tomatoes and zucchini ribbons blew my taste buds away. Perfection. And the baked mussels with fish liver in tomato sauce for dessert are a masterpiece. I absolutely recommend it. The service was perfect; the owner asked me and the other guests if I liked it. A brilliant restaurant.

14/02/2026: One of the few places open for lunch this time of year (February 26). The cuisine is simple and good, mainly piadinas, sandwiches, and bruschetta, but they also offer a few first courses (such as spaghetti allo scoglio and trofie al pesto). The fried anchovies are excellent. The staff is friendly and the place is cozy. Prices are reasonable.

30/12/2025: Italy, just as you imagine it! A local bar with lots of locals, great drinks, and even better snacks. The pizzas aren't recommended, as they're frozen. Everything else is good, and the atmosphere makes up for it 😉 Would gladly come back anytime!

08/10/2025: We went here our first night after a very stressful day of travel.The food was just Okay. My husband who is not fussy thought it was kinda a tourist trap. Maybe my least favorite meal In Monterosso. There are so many options available so don’t bother.

29/10/2025: we absolutely loved this meal!!! learn some basic italian to order your food and enjoy the freshest pasta + sauce combo of your choice. the woman working in the restaurant was kind and warm to us, and watching her prepare our food was super cool. the pasta was the best we had in CT - you don’t need to sit down at a fancy place to enjoy bomb pasta and incredible pesto!! the serving sizes were generous and i loved that you could customize your combo. give them a try, you won’t be disappointed 😊

06/03/2026: We ate there twice. I'm celiac and I read that they had gluten-free pizza. The first time, they told me they had run out of gluten-free pizzas and I had to eat meat. I gave them a second chance and they clarified that they no longer make gluten-free pizzas. So I went back to eating meat. The food was good, but under the stars because they don't have a gluten-free option. Just grilled meat.

12/07/2025: Gran selección de pizzas, contamos 68 en el menú. Servicio amable y decoración sin pretensiones. Menos costoso que muchos otros lugares en Levanto, ya que está justo fuera del centro histórico. Popular entre los lugareños y la comida es buena.

11/06/2025: Après avoir crapahuté dans les montagnes, ça fait du bien d'aller manger ici. Lieu simple et rassurant, on s'y sent à l'aise, tout le monde est gentil et les pizzas sont très bonnes, pour un tarif contenu.

18/12/2025: Excellent restaurant in Portovenere's main square. Dishes are well-prepared, both in quality and quantity. It's lovely in the summer with outdoor seating, though service is a little slow. But I think that when you sit down to eat, you also enjoy the company of your companions.

08/11/2025: And we did it again....we tried to return after previous negative experiences because the place and the food are not bad at all, in terms of quality we have always eaten well but I think you have to be able to interact with people. The last few times we've always waited hours to eat, with endless waits. Tonight we booked early and they told us that "we had to be quick because they had a large table at 9 pm." My response was, "It's fine for us, as long as you guys are quick." We arrived at 7:20 pm. The place was half empty, there were 3 of us (2 adults and a child). We ordered a children's menu and 2 pizzas. My pizza arrived 30 minutes later. After 2 requests to the waiter, my son's pasta arrived. After another 20 minutes, my husband's pizza arrived. We complained to the waiters, the owner arrived and didn't apologize. Instead, she told us that we shouldn't get angry and that the cook had simply thrown away the order. ABSURD. It won't change the owners' lives, but one thing is certain: we'll never go back.

28/05/2025: Ristorante sul lungo mare, perfetto per mangiare mentre fai una passeggiata in tranquillità. Qualità del cibo ottima, tartare di tonno freschissima e i primi si ha l’imbarazzo della scelta, tutti molto buoni. Da non perdere anche i dolci soprattutto il tiramisù. Personale molto cordiale e ospitale. In conclusione, consiglio vivamente questo ristorante

25/05/2025: Locale molto carino. Prenotato qualche giorno prima tavolo esterno poi serata freddina passati all’interno senza nessun problema. Piatti di alta qualità. Qualche piccola sbavatura ma nel complesso consigliatissimo.

06/03/2026: Very nice place. The food is tasty, but the prices are a bit out of line (it's okay to be a tourist and therefore aware of being ripped off, though...).

26/12/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was completely below expectations, if not unsatisfactory. The dishes were good (not exceptional), but the portions were decidedly small. Several dishes on the menu were unavailable, and by 9:45 PM the kitchen was already closed, making it impossible to order anything else. Overall, a very disappointing value for money. We don't plan on returning.
