13/10/2025: I had booked Friday 10/10 for Sunday 12/10 for a day in Monterosso. The owner or someone on his behalf told me, "Don't worry, we're in low season and there's no crowds." I'll leave my last name and cell phone number. On Sunday 12/10 we arrived for lunch and, to our disbelief, there was a note on the restaurant door saying they were closed due to a technical problem. It's okay that a problem could arise, but if you have reservations and you know you can't keep them with the contact details, it might be better to call to let them know what happened. Or, it's only the customer's obligation to call if they cancel. I'm sorry, but the problem was finding a place in other restaurants since we're in low season and there's no crowds. If we wanted to have lunch, we settled for a bit of focaccia and ate standing up.

24/09/2025: Very disappointing. Exactly 6 ravioli on the plate; we didn't taste the truffle. Not a bad dish, but €55 for 2 people and leaving on an empty stomach... I absolutely do not recommend it.

19/05/2025: Ebbene sì un posto carino scoperto dopo aver chiesto consiglio a Chat Gbt😁 verissimo abbiamo mangiato bene , le pietanze tipiche di questa tipica osteria, a gestione familiare.quindi una garanzia che si tramanda.complimenti alla signora Antonella 🌈🌈🥂🥂🥂

19/06/2025: Ci era stato consigliato… e purtroppo ci siam fidati! Innanzitutto, ambiente sporco! Pavimenti indecenti e menu unti. Solitamente fotografo tutti i piatti… erano talmente poco invitanti che non ne ho fatta nemmeno una. Frittura mista.. quindi col pesce azzurro “fresco” .. fortunatamente ci siamo accorti che un pesce puzzava di marcio! Il ristorante ci ha detto che può capitare. Arriva il secondo.. calamari alla piastra su un letto di insalata e pomodorini conditi con la cipolla cruda (che non c’entra nulla col pesce!) contorno ovviamente scelto da loro.. i calamari erano amari.. quindi non puliti bene! Ma come si fa???? Dolce.. assaggiano 2 tiramisù.. il pezzo forte della casa! Erano secchi, fatti con la panna, veramente immangiabili. Arriva il momento del conto, nessuna attenzione nonostante il “può capitare”. Queste recensioni così positive sono ingannevoli! Probabilmente trattano bene solo chi dicono loro. Di certo non ci torneremo più.

Appena si entra, si viene accolti da Fiore e Luciano – proprietari attenti e calorosi – che da subito ti mettono a tuo agio con il loro sorriso e disponibilità. Specializzato in pesce fresco, ogni piatto rispecchia tradizione e qualità. Servizio impeccabile: lo staff è gentile e attento ai dettagli, sempre pronto a suggerire piatti e spiegare le peculiarità. Il proprietario si distingue per la sua accoglienza e la capacità di far sentire ogni ospite come a casa. 22/07/2025: Muy buena comida Recomiendo la pasta pesto - sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que el hombre de pie fuera del restaurante con sus gatos tratando de que las mujeres vayan a su lugar diciéndoles que puede cocinar para ellos. Realmente no me sentí el más seguro. . Fue un poco incómodo porque se quedó al lado de la cena al aire libre todo el tiempo.

18/05/2025: Fuimos aquí por el tiramisú senza glutine. Se servía en el recipiente de plástico en el que se compraba. Sabía bien. Mi marido tenía el pastel de limón. Esto era todo lo que teníamos y nos cobraron un cargo de cobertura de 4 € en la parte superior de la factura. Esto fue muy decepcionante.

22/10/2025: Me and my wife got two different dishes, Pasta carbonara and Seafood salad. My carbonara was overcooked and the seafood was frozen, microwaved and just put on the plate. The waiter asked us how the food was and I told her about the pasta, saying that it still had a good taste because I didn't want to be rude. She said that Carbonara is not specific to the region and if we want to eat good Carbonara we should go to Rome. How about you stop making food that you don't know how to make? I should also mention that we ordered this food because the focaccia on display was looking horrible. I wish you the best, close shop or change the whole staff.

02/11/2025: My husband and I went to eat. We entered the restaurant and for 20 minutes no one was seen... at a certain point I went into the kitchen to see if at least the chef was present. We glossed over it... we ordered two grilled dishes... a plate arrived with 1 tiny sausage, a small piece of dry and unchewed chicken and a small piece of invisible meat, a small plate of chips as hard as cod... a small dessert for the beauty of 43 euros per person... to get the bill we had to call them twice because they were in the kitchen chatting. Negative experience.

21/08/2025: Dated hotel. The room we stayed in was quite run-down, with a half-broken French window, a rusty towel warmer, a blind bathroom with a fan that begged for mercy. The parking lot is a pothole. Breakfast has limited choices and all packaged products. It doesn't justify the price. It's a shame because, on the contrary, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the restaurant area is very beautiful.

06/10/2025: We went to the Bistro del Bastione in La Spezia as a group (four adults and four children) and were unfortunately very disappointed. We only ordered pizza and spaghetti and had to wait over an hour for the food. When we asked, we were always told simply that it was "currently being prepared," but without any further information. There was no apology for the long wait. In addition, the dishes were served at staggered times, so some were almost ready while others had nothing on their tables. The service overall also left a lot to be desired: No one asked if the food was tasty or if we wanted anything else (e.g., drinks). We consistently felt like no one was really paying attention to us. Unfortunately, the food didn't impress us either. The spaghetti carbonara was cooked much too hot, which made it taste more like scrambled eggs with pasta than a creamy carbonara. Overall, it lacked flavor and quality. We therefore unfortunately cannot recommend the bistro – neither for families with children nor for guests who are short on time. For us, it was a very time-consuming and, unfortunately, disappointing experience.

27/07/2025: Pedimos alguns pratos como Ravioli e Massa com frutos do mar e estava tudo tão fresco e delicioso ,vale muita a pena a visita !

26/07/2025: Ristorante pizzeria in una via un po fuori dal centro di monterosso con un menù a base di pesce e qualche altro piatto ed è pure pizzeria. Ho mangiato una insalata di polipo eccezionale gustosa e abbondante accompagnata da una vellutata di patate buonissima. Poi trofie con pesto e patate veramente buone. Peccato per le cozze ripiene da cui mi aspettavo di più in quanto si sentiva solo il ripieno molto abbondante e le cozze così sono sparite. Peccato perché avrei dato volentieri il punteggio più alto Servizio puntuale e cordiale. Prezzi nella media per queste località

29/07/2025: Amo "La Lucciola", perché questo piccolo ristorante, anche se di fronte al mare, è un po' distante dalla zona turistica. Uno spazio confinato nella città vecchia, quindi è un buon posto se volete una pizza degna di questo nome. Il gorgonzola hummm! Una calda accoglienza, pulito e con un certo fascino. (L'espresso è a 2 euro!).

21/07/2025: Tolles Restaurant mit sehr gutem regionalen Essen und ausgezeichnetem Wein. Abzüge gibt es nur für die etwas magere Dessert-Karte und den manchmal etwas langsamen Service.

01/10/2025: Competent, fast service, delicious steak. Good house wine. Friendly waiter. And the dessert—lemon cake and tiramisu—was amazing!

29/09/2025: The worst service i ever had. Seems like a family run place. The waiter was ok. However the guy, who appeared to be the owner, while serving others, saw me with a salad and a drink, aggressively addressed me about ordering “just a salad” and in broken english demanded that i leave the place in 20 minutes. In the end the salad cost me more than the price in the menu. I’m sure there are other places with better food and service in the village. The general rating was 2.7, i wish i saw that before i walked in the place.
