10/04/2025: The food is delicious, but the service is so slow that one wonders if it was forgotten. Oh~ I really forgot. The roasted vegetables I ordered were completely forgotten. The main dish was not served until the table was cleared.

06/03/2025: Supplì secco, freddo e fritto giorni prima, servito “riscaldato”. La pizza, immangiabile, sembrava cartone. Abbiamo fatto presente alla proprietaria dell’esperienza negativa in maniera gentile e lei risponde: “è la prima volta che succede”. Non era così, dato che il tavolo affianco diceva queste parole: “A saperlo, saremmo rimasti a casa. Mai più qui.”

16/02/2025: Cosa c'e' di meglio che passare un sabato sera in compagnia di amici? Alla San Marino si va sempre sul sicuro! Pizze e primi piatti romani sempre ottimi, accompagnati dalla buonissima Forst alla spina, birra fantastica! che dire, torneremo come sempre!

13/05/2025: Not worthy of being called a restaurant! The food isn't contractually binding, as shown in the photos and menu description. The only positive aspect is that the servers are friendly and quick, and for good reason; customers might see through the deception and change their minds. Stay away!

07/05/2025: TOTAL SCAM!!! Bunch of pork! I ordered 200 grams of mignon with potatoes and the price for each 100g was 7.90. When I got the bill I almost fell over backwards, they charged me 9.90 and I was charged for 300 grams. The soda was 5 euros, they charged me 7 euros. The total bill was almost 40 euros. Terrible service!! The meat was great.

18/05/2025: Siamo andati per mangiare una frittura di pesce, senza troppe pretese… Abbiamo preso anche uno spaghetto alle vongole, senza infamia né lode Un soute di cozze, buono Delle fritture di calamari e gamberi, niente di particolare, mediocri Frittura di alici, non classificabile Scarola, salata da morire.

22/05/2025: Las porciones de pizza se venden al peso. El ticket no es desglosado, y te cobra lo que quiere. 1 pequeña porción y 1 refresco, 13 euros. Y el jefe tiene muy mal carácter y maleducado

31/03/2025: Fuimos un matrimonio con dos menores, uno de ellos alérgico al huevo. Como las pizzas llevaban huevo o trazas, le preguntamos a un chaval que estaba de camarero que si podíamos comer los dos adultos y uno de los niños en la mesa y, como no tenían nada sin huevo que la menor alérgica consumiera algo de un supermercado de al lado, y el chico, amable, nos respondió que sin problema. Cuando estábamos en la cola para pedir, salió el dueño -el figura de la foto- y con una mala educación terrible nos dijo a gritos que o comíamos los cuatro o nos teníamos que marchar -además, creedme que con lo que hubiéramos pedido los adultos habría compensado con creces que la menor sólo tomara una fanta-. Por cierto, intenta deliberadamente engañar con los precios que tiene en el tablón y que aparenta que las porciones son a 2 euros y pico, porque más abajo explica -como si fuera la letra pequeña de los anuncios- "los precios son por cada 100 gramos de la porción"

01/03/2025: I stopped for a coffee, cappuccino and a piece of pizza, there were 2 of us. I ask if we can be there and they point to some stools, as they are uncomfortable I ask if we can go to the lounge and he says there is no problem and we can go wherever we want. Tight spaces and face to face with your neighbor. We ask for two glasses of water which are generally provided with the coffee..... Waiting for 10 minutes.... Finally my friend tries to go to the counter and attract to bring them to the table. The surprise comes with the bill. Coffee 2.50, cappuccino 3.50 and a strip of pizza (very good) almost 10 euros... Stuff that in a pizzeria we would have gotten a round pizza and we would have been served better. No one had mentioned surcharge at the table. When I had the coffee standing it cost 1.30. No menu displayed, almost all foreign and colorful staff, perhaps placed there on purpose due to the reduced communication capacity with Italians. My idea huh... I do not recommend for the incorrectness, for customer care and for the prices, I recommend for the taste of the products. .... But what can I say, tourists are their main target, customer care doesn't count.

26/04/2025: Locale pulito e proprietari bravissime persone, abbiamo fatto un aperitivo da loro e sono stati molto attenti nel servire.Lo consiglio!

13/04/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera a cena con amici premetto che abbiamo prenotato in largo anticipo la cena che avevamo concordato con il responsabile,arrivati alle 21 il gazebo non era disponibile e ci voleva apparecchiare fuori alle nostre rimostranze ci ha trovato un tavolo coperto e ora passiamo alla cena di quello concordato non hanno portato nulla, panzanella portata in quantità industriali pizza ripiena di verdure non inserita nel menù,birra finita,gas del fungo finito,pasta all'arrabbiata da dimenticare solo aglio e peperoncino con pomodoro sapore di attaccato questa la nostra non cena e sono stato anche buono,concludo con serata da dimenticare state alla larga

13/04/2025: In pieno stile Pigneto, prezzi esegerati per prodotti e servizi di bassa qualità. Piatti a livello mensa aziendale. Uno scandalo le brocche di acqua del rubinetto a 2,5 euro. Siamo andati per trovare degli amici che abitano lì e forse sono abituati a questi standard, ma certo non ci torneremo.

08/06/2025: We have dined twice for dinner in June 2025. Both times the food was really good. Our waiter Lorenzo is most professional and well presented but with a good sense of humour. We have tried a few dishes and all were hot, well seasoned and tasted good. Our wine selection added to the occasion. 26/10/2024: Spendi molto non mangi nullla un misero tagliere per due che era per uno scarso un bicchiere di vino un acqua una mozzarella di bufala fermentata tenuta troppo al caldo oltre 40 euro ridocolo credetemi sembra fatto dai bambini poi alla cassa ti fanno i conti senza scontrino e senza sapere cosa e wuanto costa quello o l'altro sconsiglio ad ariccia ci sono posti dove mangi tanto e spendi molto meno tagliere vero piu pasta per due persone acwua vino 34 euro salvatevi non selvottatevi

18/05/2025: Pizza buona solitamente la consegna arriva puntuale o addirittura in anticipo (purtroppo non oggi), unica pecca troppo spesso dimenticano le aggiunte (pagate); oggi la cipolla, l’ordine precedente il gorgonzola e anche altre volte hanno dimenticato ingredienti richiesti… di certo non è una cosa simpatica. Peccato…

04/06/2025: If I could give zero stars, I would! From the moment I arrived, the lady was very rude and impolite! My friend had her drink because she doesn't take anything other than electrolytes, and she wouldn't let her drink even though we ate and I asked for a drink! But the way she treated us was appalling! We went to the side for ice cream and went back to the bathroom because we had already eaten there! My friend left her ice cream on the table and the lady yelled at me because I was going to dirty her table! She was very rude, so I yelled at her too because it was too much! The man ended up yelling at us and kicking us out of the place because we were talking about the bad service he gave and because we were already angry, so he pushed my friend and while pushing her, he poked my friend's butt twice! It's by far the worst experience of my life! The food isn't even good! Look at the reviews! I don't know why he's still open!

31/05/2025: We wanted to sit down, but since we only wanted to drink, they wouldn't let us. 😄 All of this was communicated very rudely. I don't recommend it. This is not hospitality, and it has nothing to do with the famous Italian hospitality.
