19/11/2024: Nelle mie vacanze a Roma la tappa in questa osteria è d'obbligo. Piatti a cena veramente deliziosi e squisita. Personale di sala cordiale e molto gentile. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e grazie mille per la vostra attenzione che date ai vostri clienti siete veramente un bel Team :)

03/04/2025: AVOID! tourist trap. Awful service, they argued with us and threw a reserved sign to get us to leave. Walk 1 street more and nicer places

14/03/2025: The food is awful - zero effort. "Margherita pizza" was an American cheese pizza. Bad. Panini was stale bread, one piece of ham and one piece of cheese. Sad - no pride their food and not an authentic representation of Italian cuisine. And this was priced the same as GOOD restaurants. This is a tourist trap, plain and simple.

24/03/2025: Comida muy cara y de mala calidad. Si volviera a Roma no volvería a este restaurante aunque fuera el único lugar abierto. Comimos aquí porque los lugares que teníamos en mente tenían una cola masiva. No caigas en esta trampa turística absoluta, fuera y fuera. Como se mencionó anteriormente, solo obtienen sus ventas debido a la ubicación. Es una lástima ser honesto porque si ponen más esfuerzo sería ideal, pero la comida no era genial en absoluto. El servidor era bueno, pero eso es todo. Fuimos a otros lugares en las calles que eran mucho más agradables y baratos.

22/03/2025: Ojalá pudiera darle 5 estrellas. La comida era excelente y la ubicación es impresionante! Pero de nuevo, como mis críticas hasta ahora de los restaurantes de Roma, lo que los está decepcionando es el servicio. La comida es realmente deliciosa y el postre (pastel de chocolate) es increíble! Y realmente recomiendo el chocolate caliente también! Si estás buscando un restaurante para ir, te recomiendo este restaurante, no dejes que las decisiones de la fase de puntuación de 3 estrellas. Sería un 5 fácil si solo el servicio fuera realmente eficiente y profesional.

06/03/2025: Dei veri barboni !!! Ho pagato una cioccolata con panna al banco, in piedi, 5.50 euro , bevo una cioccolata con la panna prevista nel prezzo, che mi sembra già più che sufficiente, ma chiedo un po’ di panna in più . Ringrazio, faccio i complimenti per la cioccolata buona, sto per uscire, ma una cameriera mi urla di pagare il supplemento panna . Rimango basita, e dico che non mi era mai successo, ma lei mi chiede 2 euro di supplemento. Morale: una cioccolata con panna 7.50 euro in piedi. Le ho lasciato sul bancone 8 euro per pena. Sono stata nelle migliori pasticcerie del mondo, e nessuno ha mai chiesto supplementi. La classe e l’eleganza di un locale fanno la differenza. E voi non la fate !!! A mai più .

02/02/2025: Peccato per l’ improvvisazione nell’organizzazione. Una sola persona che prende ordini dentro e fuori. Nessun criterio nel servizio al tavolo. Caffè e cappuccino e dopo 15 minuti i cornetti. Tavolo accanto 20 minuti per servire monoporzioni già pronte al banco. Se entrate dentro l’inferno. Nessuno che vi spieghi come funziona. La cassiera che si alza per illustrare i prodotti in frigo. Sui prodotti non si discute ma per giustificare la posizione nei ranking delle pasticcerie e il costo il servizio deve essere all’altezza. Peccato un’occasione persa per dimostrare che i dettagli fanno la differenza

27/03/2025: No, the menu was completely worn and disgusting to the touch. The tip was added to the bill, which was outrageous. The food was okay. The restroom was okay. €8 for an Aperol is okay. You go in, eat and drink something, then leave again. It's a touristy place, after all.

25/03/2025: You should stop! I entered the restaurant at 16:00. I ordered a cafe latte and an aparole. The total was 11 euros, but the short-haired guy who was in a good mood only asked for a 10 euro tip when I paid the bill. That's almost double... It was the first time I've been asked for such a high tip in Italy, so I was surprised.

20/03/2025: in questo ristorante se così si può chiamare ho mangiato in modo orribile con vista all interno della cucina nella quale gli utensili sono così unti che neanche gli insetti ci si appoggerebbero e il cuoco lavora il cibo senza guanti con le mani sporche i camerieri urlano e si schiamazzano all interno dell locale e trattano i commensali in modo inappropriato i bagni sono sporchi e pieni di polvere i piatti presi ( una amatriciana e una cotoletta erano rancidi e schifosi io personalmente non lo ritengo alla altezza delle recensioni date.

13/04/2025: Nice place with a direct view of the Pantheon. Very friendly service, the food was good and still reasonably priced. Actually surprising for the area and what feels like a million people who pass by here every day...

12/04/2025: Expected to be overpriced based on location but still wanted to sit and have a coffee. Ordered two coffees and then was aggressively asked to leave by waiter

13/04/2025: Horrible. The Lasagna for 20 Euros ia just layers of overcooked pasta sheets with some random bland cheese in between. On top is a mountain of "Bolognese" (its just minced meat with something red. it doesnt taste Like Bolognese. It also doeant taste Like tomato or meat. Maybe "mystery meat"). Spaghetti alle vongole where bland af. Espresso is half an Espresso. Look at the cookie before you eat it, mine was bitten off. Glasswear was dirty, knife was broken. I wouldn't go there a second time.

09/04/2025: I strongly advise against it due to terrible cuisine and service...treated very badly and kicked out of the restaurant for not tipping...not to mention the hygienic conditions of the bathroom...inaccessible...

07/04/2025: We went for lunch on a Sunday to this place we found by chance on the internet. We called to say we would arrive around 2.30pm and they reserved a table for us without any problems. We arrived about 10 minutes late due to traffic and were greeted rudely by the waiters. An unsolicited water is brought to our table and when we ask to order we are denied many of the dishes on the menu. At the end we are brought dishes chosen by the waiter. When we got to the second one we asked how long it would take for the side dishes we had ordered and we were told that they had run out. When paying, the card didn't work and they insinuated that we didn't have any money with us. We paid with cash and left. Terrible service, arrogant and annoyed staff. An experience absolutely not to be repeated!!!!

22/03/2025: They made us pay more than what we ordered. Two pizza platters (small) and two drinks €26 each…they made us pay for one more drink each. Never again

20/03/2025: Pure rip off!!! Please avoid! This place is a total rip off! Unfortunately, we didn't read any reviews because they were chosen spontaneously and 0 stars cannot be awarded. As a tourist, avoid at all costs, even if you try to order in Italian. Not only that a 20% service fee is charged, which is also not responded to when a complaint is made. With service (a fork in paper napkins) and olive oil packed in bags upon request is vehemently recommended. No, even unordered focaccie (2x) will be delivered with the salad and bresaola dish and will then be charged an outrageous € 14.00 if consumed carelessly. This approach absolutely speaks for pure rip-off! Never again!

04/03/2025: Appena si entra la cosa che si sente subito e’ uno sgradevole odore che si espande dalla pasticceria al ristorante! Nauseabondo…capisco che c’è una cucina a vista quindi emana odori non buoni purtroppo non è più il Vanni di una volta!Anche nella pasticceria entrando non c’è un buon odore peccato! La qualità di carne e pesce non è nemmeno buona dall’odore : ho preso delle vongole senza sapore. I piatti sono abbondanti ma preferisco la qualità alla quantità non ci tornerò più

09/02/2025: Sono stata sabato 8 febbraio avendo prenotato un aperitivo con delle amiche. Premetto l’ambiente freddo pur essendo un locale interno era necessario indossare il giubbotto. L’aperitivo di 11 euro aveva dei fritti duri con la mozzarella che pareva un mattone. Le pizzette gommose che sembravano stessero lì da ore. Le uniche cose che si salvavano le olive e le patatine. Il cameriere che non capiva e parlava a malapena l’italiano. Sinceramente una delusione andare da Vanni che è sempre stato un nome per noi romani

29/03/2025: The worst spaghetti carbonara I've ever eaten!! It's true that you have to wait a long time for your food because the waiter goes somewhere with a box and comes back with the same box (I assume with my dinner). The sauce is overweight and tasteless. It's a pity that I didn't read the reviews before visiting this place.

23/03/2025: Terrible and dirty place. The staff criticizes customers in their own language so they can't understand. I recommend not sitting down or even asking for water.
