03/12/2024: When you travel, it's hard to know what restaurant to choose for a good meal. We do a lot of searching on trip advisor and Google but there are many mixed reviews. The menus posted are often out of date. So, it was such a nice surprise to find a restaurant where we had an authentic Italian meal. The service and the food were excellent. We tried the fettuccine with meat sauce and the pasta (ravioli) with fresh tomatoes and stuffed with grouper and cheese. Both were served hot & the pasta was al dente. Both had wonderful flavor. They had many other meals on the menu that we would try if we were in Rome longer. Our server was Alex and he was delightful. Highly recommend this restaurant.

17/11/2024: Un’ottima carbonara (anche abbondante!) e poi una buona scaloppina al limone con contorno di patate al forno: persino troppo per il mio stomaco, quindi niente dolce. Prezzo più che ragionevole. Personale gentile e ambiente gradevole.

08/12/2024: The food was delicious and good value for money, but I just poured it away without tasting the wine. The staff who kept looking at their phones was unfriendly. It's not racial discrimination, just the staff is unfriendly to all guests.

11/08/2024: Small family dinner with different orders: two pizzas, a first course and a second course. They served us regularly together and we were all satisfied. First strictly pan-fried, fragrant and digestible pizzas, second course with authentic meat. An extra point certainly goes to the waiter who protected us from mosquitoes and bees with all natural methods so as not to ruin the taste of the dishes.

09/08/2024: The top, whether it's first courses, meat, appetizers, pizza, absolute top. Try the sea bass, asparagus and pecorino linguine. Oh mama

16/11/2024: Amazing restaurant in Rome! Honestly, in our top 3 restaurants we ate at in our 10 days in Italy! The fried zucchini flowers, eggplant Parmesan, and Cacio Pepe were among the best we had, We felt that the prices were very fair for the amount of food and the quality of food! Would definitely recommend and will return!

13/11/2024: Wow. This is a lovely little restaurant tucked away on Via di Montecatini. The whole neighborhood was swarming with people, but this was a little spot of quiet. We sat on the front patio and had the most amazing lunch. There were four of us, and we tried lots of things to share (fried meatballs, fried sardines, cachio e pepe, truffle pasta, a steak, fennel salad) which were all wonderful. We had the most amazing waiter! He brought us olive oil, balsamic vinegar and the freshest, best bread, and he was so much fun, engaging us in conversation and helping with wine selection and more. This meal was the best meal we had on our 11-day trip to the Mediterranean region, and we had been eating wonderful food the entire time; this was a food highlight and really stood out. It was not inexpensive, but we did eat for about 2 1/2 hours and bought a couple of bottles of olive oil and balsamic vinegar from them so we could have the memory of this meal at home. If you want a special meal in Roma, this is the place.

29/08/2024: It's a real scam, don't go there, you will eat dishes of indefinite flavor and consistency served by the only person on duty in the place (I don't dare call it a restaurant). The many positive reviews are definitely false and those who do this disgusting business should be arrested. You will see that even the (falsely indignant) response to this review is nothing more than a copy/paste of the responses given to other negative reviews made previously. If it weren't for the smartboxes these individuals would have already closed.

07/06/2024: We discovered Quanto Basta with Smart Box and despite the limited menu we were able to appreciate the refinement of the experience they offered us. Everything was good, environment, service and raw materials used expertly. In my exclusive opinion I appreciated the typology of the wine list regarding the typologies but I would like to invite you to use the refinement used in the dishes also in the cellars; there is a wonderful world to discover….. Recommended experience.

28/08/2024: Ambiente tranquillo, camerieri simpatici e disponibili. Purtroppo non ho potuto mangiare sul terrazzo con vista perché caldissimo. Primo piatto con sugo, guanciale e pecorino ottimo, grandi risultati per il palato anche da un piatto di fagioli e uno di bresaola presi come secondo. Vino bianco dalla carta buono. Da tornerci

10/11/2024: Small space, around 40/50 seats. Very nice, soft environment. We were welcomed by Mr. Stefano, very experienced, who listed the dishes and their particularities. Kind and professional, it was a pleasure for my ears to listen to him. Equally very polite is the young Francesco. Let's move on to the dishes. Everything excellent. Abundant starter, which can also be divided by 4 if desired, given the abundance. The polenta was excellent, the "real" one with sausage ragù, the one we had. Excellent fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, no cream, just mushrooms, excellent quality. The hand-rolled fettuccine is nice and thick. From the plate they would seem few, but don't be fooled, the plate is very deep. With water 52 euros, certainly not very cheap, but absolutely worth it. Parking in the area. Approved, we will be back

17/12/2024: Dopo aver prenotato un tavolo interno tempo prima per cena, recatomi al locale con i miei figli piccoli mi hanno detto che i posti interni erano stati dati tutti a una cena aziendale e che mi potevo accomodare ai tavoli fuori… alle mie proteste, l’addetta al locale anziché scusarsi o cercare una soluzione ridacchiava… mai più!

12/12/2024: Lo ricordavo meglio. Scorsa settimana ho festeggiato il mio compleanno insieme ad una mia amica. Inizialmente era un tavolo da 19 persone, dopo di che siamo diventati 15 ( purtroppo all’ultimo ci hanno bucato 4 persone) . Avevo prenotato alle ore 22.30. Ci hanno fatto sedere alle 23. Ci hanno preso le ordinazioni alle 23,30. Nel mentre .. ci hanno fatto palesemente notare il fastidio di dover sistemare il nostro tavolo CHE NON ERA ANCORA PRONTO, borbottando tra loro e mettendo in discussione che io avessi avvisato di avere un cane, un cocker ( nella prenotazione ovviamente non ho mai omesso ci fosse il cane, premesso che non mi presento mai in nessun posto, senza che si sappia se il mio cane è accettato o meno) ma la prossima volta, invece di prendere le ordinazioni veloci, siate più attenti e precisi. L’altra mia amica aveva un bulldog francese di 5 mesi, IN BORSA, totalmente invisibile e hanno commentato senza che potessimo sentirli, ma purtroppo sono stati poco attenti, con : “SVARIATI CANI” . Inoltre, nonostante ci abbiano tolto un tavolo, per darlo ad altre persone, ci hanno attaccati come sardine ( che alcuni di noi neanche sapevano dove appoggiare la bibita) portando le ordinazioni alla rinfusa, senza un criterio. Un caldo devastante. La mia amica festeggiava a mezzanotte e mentre le cantavamo “tanti auguri” , la torta è arrivata in corso d’opera , dopo aver ripetutamente sollecitato il desiderio che arrivasse alle 00.00 . Abbiamo richiesto in più (pagando in più oltre al pacchetto, ovviamente ) se si potesse mettere in mezzo qualche stuzzichino e ci è stato negato “ perché la cucina chiude alle 23.30” , beh grazie, se ci fate sedere mezz ora dopo, prendendo le ordinazioni un’ora dopo.. a quest’ora, in un’ora, avremmo mangiato mezzo locale! Il personale non mi è piaciuto. Per cercare di rimediare, ci hanno detto che sarebbe stato offerto un giro di shot, ma quando mai? Ormai la serata era finita. Terribile, una serata da dimenticare.

26/07/2024: Siamo andate venerdì sera con fiducia, perché conosciamo il posto e finora ci eravamo sempre trovate bene. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Il locale era privo di aria condizionata, molto caldo e mal aerato. Arrivate alle 8.15, abbiamo ordinato più o meno un quarto d'ora dopo; un'ora dopo sono arrivati 3 antipasti su 5, dopo un'altra mezz'ora abbiamo sollecitato l'arrivo degli altri, che non erano neppure da cuocere e quindi erano stati evidentemente dimenticati. Alle 10 stavamo ancora aspettando i primi, e nel frattempo venivano serviti tavoli arrivati dopo di noi. Abbiamo più volte sollecitato l'arrivo dell'ordinazione, ci è stato promesso che mancavano pochi minuti e che qualcuno sarebbe venuto a parlare con noi per scusarsi e spiegare, ma nessuna delle due cose è accadute. Alle 10.30 abbiamo deciso di pagare e andarcene. Sottolineo che il cameriere è stato molto disponibile, il gestore totalmente latitante lo ha lasciato solo a gestire questa situazione molto spiacevole. È un vero peccato, scoraggia dal tornare nuovamente.

26/07/2024: We went on Friday evening with confidence, because we know the place and up until now we had always had a good time. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience, from all points of view. The room had no air conditioning, very hot and poorly ventilated. Arriving at 8.15, we ordered more or less a quarter of an hour later; an hour later, 3 out of 5 starters arrived, after another half hour we asked for the others to arrive, which didn't even need to be cooked and had therefore obviously been forgotten. At 10 we were still waiting for the first courses, and in the meantime tables that had arrived after us were being served. We repeatedly asked for the order to arrive, we were promised that there were a few minutes left and that someone would come to speak to us to apologize and explain, but neither of these things happened. At 10.30 we decided to pay and leave. I underline that the waiter was very helpful, the totally fugitive manager left him alone to manage this very unpleasant situation. It's a real shame, it discourages us from coming back again.

28/08/2024: Buon locale con servizio cortese, rapido ed efficiente, non troppo caro e con pizze buone. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cordialità dei camerieri. Ci ritorneremo con piacere. Unico appunto la pulizia dei bagni.
