06/12/2024: Ampia varietà di risotti, alcuni molto insoliti. Provato quelli al limone e alle noci, davvero eccellenti, sia per delicatezza degli ingredienti che per cottura e qualità del riso. Buonissimo anche ossobuco, molto tenero. Beppe è gentile e efficientissimo ( e ci si chiede come faccia a fare tutto da solo visto che non ti fa aspettare) Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo. I prezzi sono contenuti, il che non guasta mai. Da ultimo: sulla qualità di un ristorante si deve dare un giudizio il giorno successivo perché la buona digestione è indice della sua qualità. E qui il punteggio è pieno!

25/11/2024: Partendo dal presupposto come gia detto da altri che il buon Beppe è l'unico factotum nonchè Deus et Machina...e come tale va giudicato!* non tanto nella qualità che è ottima ma su alcuni ritardi nel servizio che potrebbero verificarsi se il locale fosse completo cosa che peraltro succede di frequente tant'è che consiglio vivamente la prenotazione del tavolo come pure anche del granitico risotto allo zafferano e ossobuco di Beppe, piatto da considerarsi "unico" per palati normali e a dir poco spaziale. Quindi tornando a bomba, ottimi primi ma pure i dolci non sono da meno e in stile partenopeo come lo stesso titolare, vedi pastiera innanzitutto (ma il tutto tassativamente self-made!)...vari risotti all averdi etc secondi con brasato e antipasti di affettati tipici....carta vini adeguata, anche se a volte aggiornata sul momento, Prezzi più che allineati alla media della città se non addirittura parchi in un ambiente tranquillo e senza fronzoli posto "nello storico quartiere oltretorrente" (del quale lo stesso Beppe con i suoi oltre 20 anni di emerita professione è a pieno titolo parte integrante) un Rione glorioso che purtroppo oggi, e lo dico non senza amarezza, non è più il rappresentante tipico della ns. parmigianità...Siamo quindi stati più che bene, e con noi tutti gli altri commensali presenti (tra cui due ragazze giapponesi;-)) e con cui non è difficile il socializzare dato l'ambiente intimo e catalizzante ed è un vero piacere anche il solo ammirare Beppe nel districarsi fra i tavoli, con efficiente solerzia, attenzione e rara dedizione. Noi ci siamo ripromessi di tornare per gustare altre portate dell'interessante menù dato che mio malgrado e per fortuna (prenotandolo, ho infatti avuto modo di degustarlo quasi centellinandolo), ma in questa occasione mi sono letteralmente "ingosato" di solo risotto c.osso buco....e non ce ne stava davvero più!.....nel caso sappiatevi regolare. Concludendo: Bravo Beppe!!**** (* riferito ai commenti "pungenti" che ho letto e che non possono considerarsi recensioni nè tantomeno attendibili; ma solo cattiveria gratuite di persone dal finto palato fine, e un classico relazionarsi del parmigiano spocchioso e destrutturato.)

17/12/2024: My first time at Locanda Mariella did not disappoint my (very high) expectations. I chose the fish-based menu and I really appreciated the Asian influence which is clear in every course. The menu included a tasting of hot focaccia with mortadella, a scallop appetizer (my absolute favourite, a perfect dish), a first course with squid ink, salmon accompanied by cardoncello mushroom and a dessert of your choice (I chose the broken down trifle). The competence of the managers is excellent both as regards the food and the choice of wines. A few minutes of conversation with them certainly enriched me. In my opinion the bill could afford to be even higher. The environment is discreet and very pleasant. The snow-covered fields around the inn made everything even more special. I hope to return soon to try the other menus, I have rarely felt so comfortable in a restaurant.

26/09/2024: I have asked myself several times what to expect from a Michelin Starred Restaurant. I had the pleasure and honor of participating in a company lunch in this restaurant, where the menu was agreed upon. It was a magnificent emotional journey, where nothing was left to chance: from the welcome to the service, from the dishes offered to the paired wines. I was struck by almost all the dishes, where the search for particular combinations was perceived, to express taste, technique and imagination. From the entrance: oyster, apple and dill to the pre-dessert and the final small pastry and sweets. Elegant dishes, with exhaustive explanation for each dish offered. All Exciting 🌟

13/07/2024: Bellissima esperienza, tutto buono e bravi tutti! Siamo stati in questo bel ristorante con un gruppo di oltre cinquanta persone; la sala era grande e si riusciva benissimo a parlare, cosa non sempre facile nei luoghi che accettano comitive. Il menu era ricco, tutti i piatti sono stati apprezzati (affettati misti, gnocco fritto, bis di primi _ tortelli di erbetta e maltagliati al ragù _ spalla cotta e patate fritte, con insalata; dolce caffè e ammazzacaffè) con ottimo lambrusco e prosecco ad un prezzo davvero competitivo; servizio impeccabile, veloce e attento. Una tappa obbligatoria per chi visita Fontanellato, la sua Rocca e il suo Santuario! Consigliato caldamente, bravi tutti!

13/12/2024: Corporate greetings dinner: Very positive experience both in terms of hospitality and food. The dining room staff took the right amount of attention in proposing the dishes on the menu and in presenting them when served, among other things with extreme promptness. High quality of the dishes and very well combined flavours: gnocchi and octopus absolutely worth trying! Furthermore, attention to raw materials and the choice of seasonality should not be overlooked. We will definitely be back!

11/08/2024: Damn, how good!!! We booked at Trattoria Loca Bianca after reading the great reviews, and I must say we made a fantastic discovery. The place is very beautiful and welcoming, with an attention to detail that is immediately striking: nothing is left to chance. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, we felt treated with white gloves. Let's now move on to the food: the goose appetizer was a true delicacy, a culinary experience that started things off in the best possible way. The first ones? One better than the other, truly unforgettable. Not to mention the second courses, an explosion of flavor in every bite. Despite everything, we didn't miss dessert: those were delicious too! The value for money is excellent, especially considering the quality of the food and the excellent service. Keep up the good work, we will definitely be back!
