12/10/2025: A small gem in the Parma Oltretorrente area, where tradition and modernity meet, become acquainted, and decide to forge a fruitful relationship.
Every detail is meticulously cared for: from the colorful entrance where you're welcomed and escorted to your table by the exquisite courtesy of the host, to the warm, small dining room whose only remaining tradition is the white cotton napkin, where you sit in comfortable armchairs and are served and pampered by a refined and smiling lady (despite it being the second shift on a busy Saturday night), to the tidy and impeccable restroom.
They had already won us over here.
Then, suddenly, you're hit like a blow in the face by the seafood aroma of the spaghetti with butter and caviar (I'm simplifying, I'll post a photo of the menu), and that's how you understand that the name of this little restaurant isn't just a sign but a true Opera Viva.
A dinner for two, but suitable for everyone.
Two courses each + water, wine, coffee, and one dessert (shared out of greed because we were already full given the reasonable size of the dishes. Finally.)
Open kitchen.
We'll definitely be back with a couple of couples to try it out.

08/09/2025: We had lunch at Trattoria Oppici, and as always, everything went perfectly. The appetizers were high-quality and very generous. The gnocco fritto was delicious and light. The dishes and desserts were very carefully prepared. The wine list was impressive and certainly unmatched by other restaurants in the area.

18/09/2025: I visited this place with a group of friends. Let's start with the fact that the service is meticulously cared for by the owner, who is very friendly and takes great care and passion in explaining each dish they serve. We took his advice, and for an appetizer he recommended fried mushrooms with turmeric mayonnaise, which, needless to say, were AMAZING. The mayonnaise helps offset the slight flavor of the fried mushrooms, which are so light and delicate that they blend perfectly with the mayonnaise. Then we continued with a first course. I was persuaded to order tagliolini with mushrooms. I was very hesitant because I'm not usually a fan of them, but these were DELICIOUS. Handmade tagliolini made that day and a mushroom sauce that had an incredible aroma. To finish, a lovely dessert, of which there's always room. The price isn't excessive, around €50 per person. Obviously, if you want to add a good bottle of wine, you'll spend a little more, but it's worth it. I always recommend booking because the place is ALWAYS FULL. They also accept dogs and are treated with special care. Another important thing is that the cleanliness is impeccable.

and I've never had the slightest hesitation to say anything was wrong. Everything was perfect, from the food to the quality, and the service was always prompt and attentive. And I'm very picky about some things. In my opinion, this is a restaurant that deserves an award. 👍👍

04/10/2025: I went last night for an aperitif with two friends because they'd spoken highly of it and I was curious.
I have to say, 10 out of 10!!!
We had the Deluxe menu with a bottle of wine, and what can I say? Everything was excellent.
The place is beautiful, understated, not "posh," but still elegant. The staff is very friendly and gives you time to enjoy the food, although they can sometimes seem "slow," which is understandable given the amount of work they do (the restaurant is full).
I highly recommend it both for a great aperitif (and the company is a plus) and for a seafood dinner.
It's important to book to avoid wasting time.
27/09/2025: It was one of the very few noteworthy seafood restaurants in Parma, then they started to downgrade the quality a bit, leading to a change of location. Seats have almost doubled, the service is clumsy, unprepared, and disorganized. The attention to guests has completely disappeared; before, the owner (who wasn't even there the other night) took care of the guests; it was intimate and refined, a pampering experience. Today, the feeling is that of a pizzeria, with abundant food but inferior quality, with service that shouts into the intercom connected to the kitchen, rushes, gets the dishes wrong, forgets to open your wine, not to mention the wait to eat. I'm very sorry to be so blunt, but that was our experience. This place has completely lost its identity. I hope they want and can recover; at that point, we'll gladly return. Two stars of encouragement.

13/10/2025: Extremely disappointing in terms of reliability.
This visit was meant to be our second time at the restaurant, as our first experience had been truly excellent. Precisely for this reason, we decided to return and, as is normal with restaurants of this level, we planned our trip and hotel stay well in advance in order to secure a reservation on a specific date.
We made our booking back in July for October 30th (lunch). However, only two weeks before the date, the restaurant informed us that—due to an alleged issue with their reservation system—they would be closed that day.
From an establishment of this category, we would have expected far greater professionalism and accuracy in managing reservations, especially considering the long notice with which we booked.
The cancellation was communicated far too late, and no viable alternative on the same day was offered, making it impossible for us to reorganize our visit.
Such a lack of reliability is truly disappointing and undermines the trust one should be able to place in a restaurant of this standard.
18/09/2025: Our dinner at Inkiostro was spectacular! The execution and creativity of the dishes was of the highest level, without being “inaccessibly” unique. Many pleasant surprises and balanced textures with flavors. This restaurant deserves a higher Michelin rating!!

17/10/2025: We followed the experience to learn how Parmigiano Reggiano is made. I recommend it to everyone, and we ended up having lunch here on site. Excellent.
The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions.
The preparation and products were excellent. Highly recommended!
12/10/2025: We booked the tour + tasting + light lunch, and it was amazing. Lorenzo (our guide) is a force of nature and extremely knowledgeable. In the tasting, the 24-month-old won (for us). Everything was excellent—well done and worthy of praise!
