Excellent food and more than fair prices.
I first came a few months ago, intrigued by the sign "Training Restaurant." I had a wonderful lunch among eager-to-learn young people, supported by attentive tutors who were always ready to correct any small imperfections and offer advice. Yesterday, taking advantage of a trip to Bologna, I returned for lunch and relived the same very positive experience. Congratulations, and see you next time!
27/02/2026: The place was very comfortable, and I really liked the atmosphere. The waiters were very kind and good, especially our waitress, Aurora Autiero, who served us almost the entire time. She's very kind and you can tell she knows her job. The food was good, a very nice experience, and I'll definitely do it again.

The products offered have bold flavors and aromas that take you on a journey, making you forget you're in Bologna.
09/03/2026: A wonderful experience in Greek cuisine, excellent dishes. I recommend the agliada, which is a creamy potato "mashed" style with garlic and almonds, which is a testament to the meeting between the Bologna potato and Greek tradition... the result is poetry... a must try!

27/02/2026: Very nice. A surprise. From the outside, it doesn't look like the gem it turns out to be. The Catalana (reservation required) is superb! And the tuna with a side dish was also spectacular!

08/02/2026: Beautiful place, very welcoming and patient staff...sometimes it takes a lot of patience. Very good dishes and a varied and original selection. The only drawback is a bit too much eucalyptus scent (?)...but that goes away.

18/02/2026: For many years, it's been a go-to place for modern macrobiotic cuisine with a wide selection of vegan options. I've stopped here many times for lunch, preferring the one-pot meal, which is always perfectly balanced. The food is also very varied; I don't think I've ever eaten the same thing. It's a quiet place, even when busy. It's always best to book a table. Colleagues who eat omnivores have told me the tortellini are exceptional; it's worth a visit.
[Addition: I apologize for the mistake; I called their stuffed pasta "tortellini," which obviously isn't meat-based... we non-Bolognese tend to call all tortellino-shaped pasta that, but obviously they're vegetarian here!]

09/02/2026: We had dinner on December 31, 2025, celebrating midnight at a typical Bolognese restaurant in the historic center. The staff made you feel right at home. Excellent à la carte food (we tried several local dishes), fast service, and reasonable prices. We also returned on January 1, 2026, for lunch, a sure thing. What can I say... eating and drinking well, having fun without too many formalities, is the best way to unwind. Thanks in particular to Mr. Luca and Beppe, they were impeccable! Recommended, and see you next time!
08/02/2026: The food and service were excellent, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by the noise level in the dining room. It was so loud it made it difficult to converse and enjoy our meal: we ate in a hurry to leave. It's a shame, because the quality is there, but I wouldn't return.

18/03/2026: A hidden treasure inside Mercato delle Erbe.
Also places tables right outside, for those who can't stand a slightly heavy fish smell from the market.
From carpaccio to salad and fried dishes, there is a feast of flavors with fresh ingredients (probably from the market).
Extremely well cooked and tasteful dishes.
Not to mention also a very good treat of salty and vinegary fish fillet with avocado.
As always the stuff was very polite, quick and professional.
The only blemish i want to mention is the charge of 2 € for taped water. Of course not for the money - because the prices are very reasonable - but for the mentality of most Italian restaurants.
You must visit this or similar places, to become a part of Bolognese culture.
18/03/2026: Excellent quality in a magical atmosphere. It's not cheap, but it's worth it for a hearty aperitivo.
