10/05/2025: Top marks, Saturday afternoon for lunch, impeccable service with Matteo and his colleague, excellent food (I recommend the artichoke heart as a starter and the veal with tuna sauce with asparagus for the second course). Well-structured wine list for every need. The place is ancient and well looked after, there is an air of times gone by. I won't comment on the quality/price ratio because my sister-in-law who had her birthday thought about it! From a peek at the menu I would say good in any case. 29/05/2025: Nunzio is an excellent waiter. He takes care of every detail at the table, is very attentive, and speaks well to languages. The pizza is simple but tasty, and the house wine pairs very well. I highly recommend stopping by and checking this place out.

I apologize to the owner for having given one star to the first review but due to a typo... it's worth all the 4 stars

25/05/2025: Good pizza, friendly staff, reasonable price. There were 6 of us and we took 6 pizzas including sausage and friarielli, diavola, parmigiana, burrata and they were all good. 3 bottles of water to drink and a medium beer. Bill of €17.25 per person, fair. Saraceno as far as I'm concerned is a point of reference in Bologna!

02/06/2025: I took two take-away pizzas last night without calling first. The staff was very kind and welcomed us right away, plus the pizzas were ready in a short time. Very good dough and quality raw materials. I will come back to try the fish!

22/05/2025: Soluzione adatta ad un pranzo di lavoro o cena informale. Atmosfera piacevole e positiva. Ottima qualità dei piatti, sia primi che pizze. Trovo molto interessante l'esperienza del ristorante formativo, in cui sono impegnati ragazzi in addestramento. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo e consigliamo di andarci.

18/05/2025: On the recommendation of the hotel staff we visited this restaurant and tried the lasagna. The lasagna was excellent and after we finished dinner the staff treated us to limoncello, a famous Italian lemon liqueur. Excellent after lasagna

12/05/2025: Food was overpriced for what we were served. Lasagne was nothing special despite what the price suggests. The tortellini in the broth was very salty which detracted from the broth flavour. The restaurant was very hot when we were there.

I am a vegetarian and I had a great time: high quality food, interesting and particular starter compared to the usual + spaghettone with pine nuts, cherry tomatoes, black olives and SPAZIALE crunchy breadcrumbs. I give the staff a 3 only because the girl didn't seem particularly enthusiastic about being at work, while the waiter was very very kind
