23/07/2026: We found this restaurant by chance, and it turned out to be one of our favorite places in Sorrento. The waitress was incredibly kind and welcoming. She took the time to recommend dishes, and every suggestion was absolutely delicious. The food was excellent, and the service made us feel truly welcome. Another pleasant surprise was the service charge, which was noticeably lower than at many other restaurants in Sorrento. It offered fantastic value for both the quality of the food and the overall experience. In the evening, there's live music, which creates a lovely atmosphere and makes dinner even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this restaurant—100% worth visiting!

11/06/2026: Excellent pizza, cooked in a hybrid gas and wood-fired oven. The dough is simple and light, the flavor is exceptional and very digestible. When you're feeling hungry, order a double-crust pizza and add the toppings. The family-sized pizzas (up to 3 flavors) are often larger than the box itself. Home delivery service, always highly recommended.

11/07/2026: We ate at this restaurant recommended by the folks at the market next door. Antonio, the exemplary owner, made us feel right at home right away. Every course made me feel like I belonged to the city. One word: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The provola and potato pasta was devastating.

11/07/2026: I was there recently with a friend of mine. Nice place and good service. The bill was a bit steep for what we got: two appetizers (one of which was two bruschettas for €9), two main courses, two waters, and a Coke for €80.

19/07/2026: I'm forced to give one star because I can't give zero. (Didn't have time to try the food.) €20 per person for a Sunday, and as a French tourist. We were told we were "French" tourists. The staff were very unpleasant, unfriendly, haughty, and didn't listen to their customers. We had to change sunbeds several times because "it's reserved." All the sunbeds seemed reserved, but no one was using them, and there were no signs to warn us. We were placed near garbage cans, and then they double-checked if we had actually paid for sunbeds—this is disrespectful. The place is beautiful, but the beach club is a real turn-off. Luckily, not all Italians are like that. Absolutely avoid this place!!!

15/07/2026: My husband and I spent some time in Sorrento now in July 2026 and went to this beach everyday. I have been coming to Sorrento every year for the past 20 years and usually always visit the beaches in Sorrento. Last year we discovered La Marinella in the town right next to Sorrento and couldn't be happier. Staff are so friendly, facilities are fantastic, toilets are constantly cleaned so always clean. Nice showers, great food. Also access to the sea via beach or 3 other ways. A lot more spacious than the other beaches as well. We had lunch at the restaurant a couple times, which we really enjoyed as well. Staff friendly, food very good with a great variety to choose from . If you are looking for a lovely spot. This is it. La marinella beach see you again!!

01/06/2026: The worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The appetizer was inedible. We waited 45 minutes for the pasta, asked several times what was happening and were told it was coming (all of this took place in Italian, by the way), and finally we told them to cancel the order and left. No apology, no explanation. They didn’t care in the least.

17/05/2026: *No card allowed; only cash!* Very crowdy place but authentic atmosphere. We had to wait a little bit to be seated. Food was good.

05/07/2026: I seriously don't understand the positive reviews. We went for lunch on a Sunday, and honestly, we were quite disappointed, disappointed, and bitter. The service is slow, disorganized, and distracted: it's clear they're hiring unskilled workers illegally to save on wages. We can easily draw a veil over the food: the first courses were microwaved sauces, tasteless. Honestly, from a place like this (and for what we paid), I expected more. Full stop.

01/04/2026: I booked a pastiera for March 30th and they asked for a €5 deposit (thank goodness they settled for so little), but they found it easier to misunderstand and book it three days in advance. They then withheld the deposit, which I therefore lost, and charged me for not picking it up on the day they had scheduled. If they had wanted the €5 as a charitable contribution, I would have given it to them anyway. Terrible experience. I will never go there again and I advise everyone against going there.

04/02/2026: I was pleasantly surprised by the service, courtesy, and speed, as well as the good food. Everything was good, but there was one small surprise: the grilled bluefish I ordered was much more like sea bass...😀😉 But it's still good...🙂 I recommend booking given the crowds, especially on Sunday lunchtime.

01/02/2026: We were in Bacoli for an art exhibition and it was late for lunch. The staff were kind, genuine, and helpful; they welcomed us almost closing time with care and practicality. The fish was fresh and authentic, delicious yet simple to prepare. The chef and staff are worthy of special mention; the waiter, Enzo, took special care of our table. We'll be back!

03/07/2026: The service was good and atmosphere also, with the piano guy and singer playing nice live music. But the food really didn’t live up to the standard for a 2 star Michelin restaurant , and we paid 600€ per person for the tasting menu and wine pairing. Tasting menu didn’t even include meat. Le monzu was way better and cheaper.

09/08/2026: Awful food, disrispectful and rude staff. The bolognese was disastrous, so I told the staff that I did not want to pay for it. They were SHOUTING at us, that we “don’t want to pay for it and it is not their problem”. In the end we had to pay 18€ for the awful bolognese.

09/08/2026: Absolutely disgusting food. Bolognese was awful we only ate 1 bite and told them that we won’t pay for it. The owner shouted at my face in Italian that we just don’t want to pay. Also they just give you a piece of paper about what you ordered there is no bill. Awful. Never ever go here.

18/04/2026: Staff was very rude, very hesitant to give balsamic vinegar and refused to give us Parmesan for our all expenses paid meal. Would not go again, food sucked.

07/04/2026: We came to an almost empty restaurant (only two tables were occupied) and ordered wine and appetizers. To our surprise, the waiter explicitly said that “this is not a bar,” clearly implying that we were not welcome. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and he seemed annoyed that he had to serve us. A very unfriendly place – definitely not recommended.

03/07/2026: Excellent, very fresh fish, we had 2 peppered mussels and a grilled one, 2 bottles of water, a lemon delight and a slice of watermelon, total €70, excellent value for money and then look around, the view alone is definitely worth it.

29/06/2026: Well, what can I say about this restaurant... Top-notch in every way. If you want to eat traditional seafood on the Naples waterfront, you absolutely have to go to Zi Teresa. EXQUISITE FOOD. IMPECCABLE SERVICE, the waiters are all super kind, helpful, friendly, and warm. The AMBIENCE is elegant, but you feel right at home with a spectacular view. Everything is wonderful. Highly recommended.
