02/08/2024: Excellent pizza and restaurant. Recommended by a true Neapolitan, it did not disappoint expectations. You have to come and try it

31/07/2024: It started out well with great starters (recommended by the waiter) but went on to be disaster with the main courses and the wine that was stated being from 2018 but the bottle we got were from 2023. We waited around 1 hour for our main courses wich were Puttanesca and Vongole. Horrible both (one extreme salty and one blend) and the waiter suddenly did not know any English when we complained (1 hour before he was fluent). If you go there, only take starters and leave directly after!

11/07/2024: Dishes based on cod and stockfish are recommended. The fried dishes and shellfish-based first courses are excellent. Traditional dishes such as Genoese and ragu are slightly disappointing

The menu is not as large as in other restaurants, but what is offered is impressive in terms of taste 👍🏼 Here the focus is on quality over quantity. We can't understand the current Google rating of 4.0 at all! Definitely worth a visit 😋

24/08/2024: This place is always busy . Service was good , pizzas and pasta were fine . It is not fine dining , it is pub grub , but that is fine . Everything on the menu is very reasonably priced so it is good value for money and the location is very good .

16/07/2024: Io, mia mamma e una nostra amica siamo state in questo bellissimo locale a metà giugno circa, dopo una passeggiata per Ischia! Cercavamo un posto per pranzo e tramite internet abbiamo trovato questo ristorante molto molto bello! Francesca è cordialissima, ha un bellissimo sorriso e modo di fare! Ci sentiamo accolte! Prendere la cremagliera che ci ha evitato i circa 200 gradini è stata un'esperienza simpatica! Dalla terrazza dove si mangia la vista è mozzafiato, di una bellezza rara. Anche il pranzo è stato molto soddisfacente, abbiamo mangiato bene e prodotti cucinati in maniera genuina! Torneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo!

25/07/2024: Dopo vari tentativi siamo finalmente riusciti a trovare posto da Stalino un lunedì. Ho mangiato un ottimo cibo a prezzi contenuti. Assegno ai loro spaghetti alle vongole il mio personale titolo di migliori dell’isola! E dopo aver ben mangiato, quando arriva il conto sarete ancor più felici. Vale l’indispensabile passeggiata (si raggiunge solo a piedi…)

16/07/2024: La taverna ideale sull’isola di Ischia! Non cercate altro qui c’è tutto. Cucina buonissima, di mare e di terra, gentilezza e attenzione agli ospiti. Vincenzo è un padrone di casa meraviglioso e i suoi collaboratori non sono di meno. Oggi a fine pranzo mi sono intrattenuta a conversare con Giovanni che, nonostante il lavoro e la stanchezza, ha ascoltato le mie “chiacchiere”. Ambiente rustico ma curato, ospitalità senza pari e cucina veramente super. Per chi lo ama consiglio il coniglio, veramente sublime, ma anche i frutti di mare e le alici grigliate. Per finire le loro zeppole e il rucolino della casa. Prezzi onesti per quello che offrono. Bravi ragazzi, complimenti! Sono Letizia di Napoli, quella con i tatuaggi ed amica di Pino il milanese!

28/08/2024: Really a stone's throw from the excavations and the center, convenient parking at the back. Themed and well-maintained rooms with everything you need, excellent breakfast in a room on the 4th floor overlooking the excavations. Friendly and helpful staff.

03/07/2024: Small place, few tables and open kitchen. Everything was delicious, freshly made tortillas, very good nachos and nice sangria. Do the dishes strictly respect the Spanish or Mexican tradition? I don't know but it doesn't matter because they are really delicious, even during the week! Courteous and professional service. Very recommended place

You may like it, but you may also not like it because in the end, apart from the sea and a few good restaurants, it offers nothing else. To think that many years ago there was only a diving center and just a few restaurants... Today, however, everything has changed! From "one basin" they managed to create many hotels, small bathing establishments, restaurant spaces, two of which were starred: "La Taverna del Capitano" 🌟 and the "Quattro Passi" which boasts 🌟 🌟 🌟 since November last year . We often go to restaurants, even starred ones, partly due to my deep innate curiosity, partly to train the so-called. “palate” and also to experience new emotions that only good food done properly can give you. Those who know me well, among other things, know that I always prefer the Amalfi coast to the Sorrento Peninsula, for a whole series of various reasons: the most important is the heart, then the rest that remains inside me. Yesterday we went to "Il Cantuccio" in Nerano and I must say that we ate well. High prices, but as I always say when you eat well I'm always happy to spend them. - A white wine, Falanghina, strictly still. - The inevitable Spaghetti alla Nerano, excellent! 😍 - A delicate and tasty clam souté. - FRESH fried calamari and you could feel all the flavour. (*I specify "fresh" because it also said frozen) - Chocolate profiterols, delicious and not cloying. Tiramisu: very good. A pleasant and tasty end-of-summer dinner was all there was to it!

30/07/2024: Amazing experience, great tasting food! Good calmari, pasta with tuna, gnocchi and seafood pasta was delicious. Waitress was nice and polite. Food took a bit of time to get ready. Wine was delicious. I recommend!
