We ate at this restaurant recommended by the folks at the market next door. Antonio, the exemplary owner, made us feel right at home right away. Every course made me feel like I belonged to the city. One word: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The provola and potato pasta was devastating.

Food was more than amazing! We ate more dishes but we forgot to take pictures. The atmosphere is amazing, very local and authentic while the service by Pradeep is in high standards and very welcoming and professional. Prices were totally fair. Definitely recommended!

The food is incredibly good, we loved the place, if you come to Naples don't hesitate to visit it. The area where we stayed was also a great choice. This was our first time here. The place is beautiful, historic, and has a lovely atmosphere. The people who work there are polite and very attentive.
As for the food, we started with a selection of cured meats and cheeses—just the name. They brought a plate with four slices of salami, four slices of prosciutto, four slices of cheese (just one type of cheese), and lots of vegetables.
The pasta and mussels were quite good, but too salty, even for my girlfriend; she likes salty things.
For most people, it's a more touristy place.

The food was fabulous. The service from those we assume are the owners was also excellent: attentive, warm, and very friendly. The ambiance conveys the essence of a true Neapolitan osteria, with a tradition dating back to 1880, authentic and steeped in history. A highly recommended experience for anyone wanting to discover the real cuisine and hospitality of Naples.

Great experience. This is a place with a nice soul and history. You get a good insight into the history of the place through the pictures on the wall. The food is classic Italian with simple ingredients, wonderfully prepared and with lots of flavor.
The service is good, and you feel welcome. The atmosphere is lovely and you are a good distance away from the tourist traps.
Recommended to experience Italian osteria culture.

I ate well, but the prices were high and the portions were modest. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was quick and courteous. Two portions of octopus alla Luciana were good, but the portions were tiny. At €19 per portion, I honestly thought it was too much. I won't be returning.
