25/06/2026: Good evening, I'm writing to you because some of our guests, to whom we had been happy to recommend your restaurant, asked us to share their feedback. First of all, they'd like to emphasize that they found the cuisine truly excellent and greatly appreciated the quality of the dishes. Unfortunately, however, the service experience didn't live up to their expectations. They told me they felt unwelcome upon arrival, despite having a reservation, and that they perceived the staff to be rather cold. They also noted some disorganization in the service, such as the main course being served while they were still eating their appetizer. What struck them most was the feeling of never being truly welcome throughout the entire evening, right up until the final farewell. I'd like to point out that this isn't meant as a complaint, but rather as constructive feedback. They specifically asked me to share it with you because they believe the cuisine is truly worthy, and it would be a shame if perceived lackluster service detracted from what was, gastronomically, an excellent experience. I'm sharing it with you in a spirit of collaboration, because I continue to happily recommend you to my guests and would be delighted to hear that the hospitality reflects the caliber of your cuisine.

07/08/2026: Waited nearly 1 hour for our food, and despite clearly ordering the seafood platter without fish, it still came with fish. When we asked to cancel it, the staff was incredibly rude and even threw the menu onto the table. Poor service and a terrible attitude. Would not recommend.

22/08/2026: The location is undoubtedly splendid: the restaurant is located directly on the beach, and the surrounding landscape is truly evocative. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience was very disappointing. I get the feeling that the restaurant is now exclusively geared towards tourists, with prices that, in my opinion, are completely out of proportion and inevitably end up alienating locals. We spent €61 for two first courses (spaghetti with tomato sauce and spaghetti with clams), a glass of unnamed, rather poor-quality wine, and a bottle of still tap water. I consider this to be decidedly excessive, especially considering what was offered. I regret leaving a negative review, especially because the pasta, all things considered, was not bad. However, the price and service made the experience anything but pleasant. I had been to this restaurant 6-7 years ago, and my memory was completely different. I found the atmosphere much simpler, more authentic, and more accessible. Today, however, a logic geared primarily toward tourism and price maximization seems to prevail, to the detriment of the relationship with local customers. Table service was also rather disorganized: the two starters arrived about 20 minutes apart, which is definitely not pleasant when you're sitting at a table together. It must be said that the waiters were kind and helpful, unlike the owner, whom I found arrogant, and the cashier, whom I found rude. In short, a beautiful location, but a disappointing experience. It's a shame, because the place has all the makings of an excellent restaurant, but the prices and organization have deprived it of much of its remembered charm.

20/08/2026: (Beware!!!!! The 5-star reviews appear to be fake — either written by bots or paid for.) During our week on the Amalfi Coast, this was by far the worst restaurant we visited. Yes, arriving by boat for dinner was a very authentic and charming experience, but unfortunately, everything after that was disappointing. The waiters rushed us to order and treated us more like part of a constant “tourist flow” than welcome guests. For a starter, my husband ordered the prawns — and they were a disaster. We have never seen prawns THAT small served in a restaurant. It honestly felt like a joke at the guests’ expense. For my main course, I ordered gnocchi with tomato sauce. The sauce was far too acidic — either they forgot to balance it properly, or there is something fundamentally wrong with the recipe. I ate half of it only because I was hungry. There are much better restaurants to choose from along the Amalfi Coast.

03/07/2026: Excellent, very fresh fish, we had 2 peppered mussels and a grilled one, 2 bottles of water, a lemon delight and a slice of watermelon, total €70, excellent value for money and then look around, the view alone is definitely worth it.

29/06/2026: Well, what can I say about this restaurant... Top-notch in every way. If you want to eat traditional seafood on the Naples waterfront, you absolutely have to go to Zi Teresa. EXQUISITE FOOD. IMPECCABLE SERVICE, the waiters are all super kind, helpful, friendly, and warm. The AMBIENCE is elegant, but you feel right at home with a spectacular view. Everything is wonderful. Highly recommended.

30/07/2026: We had dinner at 9:00 PM, three of us. We ordered a seafood appetizer (two slices of salmon and three anchovies on a bed of salad) and chicken, but after 10 minutes we were told they were out of stock. We ordered fish, but after a long while we were told there was only one portion. Finally, we ordered pasta and zucchini with mussels. A dish consisting of pureed boiled zucchini and two mussels. Extremely slow service, meager dishes, and a very high bill... Never again.

24/07/2026: I've been there several times with friends, good Neapolitan cuisine. A historic restaurant in the heart of Chiaia. It's usually crowded in the evenings and on weekends. A few traditional dishes, ranging from meat and seafood. A restaurant with a retro feel that reminds you of the old cellars that characterize the place. Prices are a bit high, but good considering the quality of the ingredients used. There are two dining rooms, well-stocked with kitchen accessories. The side dishes are also good.

18/12/2025: I had the privilege of enjoying this lovely meal with a splendid view of the sea. The pasta was delicious, and the service was very friendly, even though I had arrived (unbeknownst to me) before dinner opening time. Furthermore, the prices seemed fair considering the breathtaking view the restaurant offers.

28/09/2025: Excellent location, right on the sea (we're in Ischia, in the Sant'Angelo area). You pay the right amount and eat very well. We had spaghetti with octopus and potatoes... recommended.

21/06/2026: We were surprised; the pizza was excellent and melt-in-the-mouth. The ingredients were good; we ordered a pizza and a saltimbocca, where the baked potatoes were delicious. The atmosphere was simple but beautiful because it's outdoors. The prices were fair, the service was simple, and the pizzeria is located near the center of Contrada, a tiny and extremely quiet village. We'll definitely be back!

17/05/2026: The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming. The pizzas are light and easy to digest, truly delicious. The focaccia accompanied by sautéed vegetables is also sublime. All the ingredients used are top-quality. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. In short, a superb culinary experience!

11/08/2026: Be careful with summer hours! The ones listed on Google don't match the actual ones, and you risk finding them closed. It's a shame about the online disorganization; it would only take a moment to update them and save customers a wasted trip!

23/08/2026: I had lunch with my friends at a table of five. From start to finish, we felt the care and attention paid to the customer and, above all, to the dishes offered. The place is magnificent and the decor is meticulously maintained. The waiters were all very friendly and kind. The musical entertainment was spot on, with the right music and the right volume. Each dish was better than the last; the quality of the ingredients shines through in every dish. Compliments to the chef (who was also very friendly) and the wait staff, who made us feel welcome. A friend of mine is celiac, and they have very inclusive options for her as well. Highly recommended.

21/08/2026: The food was average, nothing special, especially considering the prices quoted... for example, the €18 caprese salad was served with mozzarella the size of a bite, or slightly larger, and not fresh because it "fizzed" in my mouth, served with three slices of tomato. The dinner began to decline immediately after we finished the bread; we were looked at strangely and with different eyes, very coldly, and no longer taken into consideration. We were abandoned at our table for the entire dinner. Another note to add: I had specifically requested meat over the phone and was told it would be available since I don't eat fish, but when I asked, once we arrived, I was told, "We don't have any today, it's sold out." With a menu essentially based on fish, there were only two choices... caprese and ravioli. After paying the €300 bill for four people, no one even said goodbye when we left, yet practically all the waiters passed us by. The only thing that deserved attention is the unique and different location.

03/07/2026: We had an unforgettable dinner at Il Flauto di Pan in Ravello — truly one of those rare evenings where everything comes together beautifully. We chose both the seafood tasting menu and the meat tasting menu, and every course was exceptional: refined, beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with outstanding quality ingredients and great care. Each dish felt thoughtful and elegant, without ever losing its soul. What made the evening even more special, though, was the people. The entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive in the most graceful way — always present when needed, but never intrusive. Everyone seemed to know their craft deeply, and together they created an experience that felt personal, seamless, and genuinely memorable. As it was my birthday dinner, they also surprised me with a small cake, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. And there was another moment I will always remember: the pianist was playing beautifully throughout the evening, and when I passed by to tell him how much I enjoyed his music, he kindly offered to play a piece chosen by me, for me. It was deeply touching. It was a magical evening in a magical place — the kind of experience that stays with you long after the night is over. Thank you to everyone at Il Flauto di Pan for making my birthday dinner so special.

25/06/2026: We're in Ravello... on the Amalfi Coast, and that alone would be enough. Add Villa Cimbrone, a stunning setting, a treasure trove of time travel. Chef Lorenzo Montoro masterfully handles the ingredients. Let the talented Teresa guide you on your wine tour. An experience that will remain in your heart and mind, worth more than the money in your pocket.

07/08/2026: An honest trattoria, in terms of food and prices. Good pans, without "heavy" oil, delicious flavors with filling portions. I asked for a 2nd glass of wine and it came almost....the bottle!!!! We had no problems with the waiters, quite the opposite.

05/08/2026: The view of the Temple of Neptune alone is worth it... The restaurant is nice and the food is good. Warm welcome. We always have a great time...

02/08/2026: A lovely restaurant opposite the temples of Paestum that makes truly excellent pizzas. We ate there several times during our stay because they were so good! The service was also very friendly.
