23/08/2025: Excellent quality, abundant dishes, and a lot of passion from Mr. Antonio, who paid close attention to every detail throughout the evening.

30/11/2025: Fairly good. It was too quick to see us leave, clear the table, and be replaced by the next customer. Disturbingly efficient.

21/11/2025: The food was spectacular, the service was just okay, and then the bill came to €58. We gave them €60 and they kept the change. A total rip-off, plus they don't accept cards...

14/10/2025: We were looking forward to this Michelin star experience. The tasting menu options like in most Michelin star restaurants locked you into the same courses for the table, but we went ala carte based on options. It was a good dining experience, but not great especially for the price you are paying (~350 euro's per person with drinks).

21/12/2025: So, so… A well-known restaurant with a large seating capacity; table check-in is quite confusing. The same confusion is found in table service; nothing to complain about the friendliness of the staff; the dishes lack any particular flair. Convenient because it's right in the heart of Vomero.

10/12/2025: Unfortunately, Trattoria Vanvitelli isn't as good as it used to be. The staff is evasive, and I want to point out that the place wasn't full. The pizzas were disappointing; we were at a table of eight, and everyone complained and was disappointed. This place has always been a go-to for us. We will NEVER return!!

17/11/2025: It's incredible how I can agree with many negative reviews, even though I don't want to be destructive towards this place. We arrived for my dad's 80th birthday, and his wish was to eat a nice fried fish platter, shrimp, calamari, and mixed seafood. I told the owner that we would have preferred a first and second course without appetizers, so we could eat when we were hungrier.... Seven of us ordered, 3 seafood risottos and 4 spaghetti with clams and shrimp. The spaghetti was an excellent first course of cherry tomatoes and basil, yes, without parsley (the chef won't like it), the flavor of the fish was incredible, even the risottos were quite bland. For the second course, finally the long-awaited fried seafood platter, never seen a fried mixed seafood platter with cobs and fish heads, practically the only things to eat were the 4 shrimp and a few squid rounds. We were also very disappointed because, when I pointed out that there was nothing of the paranza variety, the owner nodded and said that unfortunately it was over, as if I had asked for a fruit salad and they only brought me the peels..... the only positive note was partly the bill, expected because perhaps they took into account the bad impression made.... at least I hope that is the case otherwise I would have had to give half a star.

22/12/2025: Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The food was unsavory and the staff unprofessional. The only redeeming feature was the location. Avoid.

22/12/2025: Total disappointment. We returned after a few years, but unfortunately things have changed: unqualified staff, poor food, and a rude cashier. Never going back.
