10/10/2025: It's been 22 years, and today, October 8, 2025, I'm here again. Nothing has changed: the atmosphere, the waiters, everything is wonderful... Not to mention the EXCELLENT food. Even the simple salad is tastier than at other places. It must be thanks to this wonderful city that overflows with peace and, of course, the wonderful restaurant staff. Thank you so much!

04/10/2025: Great service, we were looking for some quick and easy pizzas to takeaway after a long flight. Staff were very welcoming, offered us seats, and a drink, while we waited. Food was ready very quickly and pizza were very tasty that we ate back at our apartment.

01/11/2025: Ill mannered waiter. Shoved us out of the restaurant in a rude manner when we reached the restaurant 15 minutes earlier prior to opening time.

14/11/2025: A stunning room in a fantastic estate. All this was complemented by a top-notch wellness center, where we enjoyed a couples massage and wine therapy. We also dined on site, where Chef Aldo offered a truly rich and sophisticated menu. Highly recommended

20/10/2025: The estate is a true oasis of peace, dedicated to relaxation and well-being. The cuisine features locally grown and harvested produce, expertly prepared by the chef, who communicates and shares his choices. The leavened products are all prepared on the estate using ancient grains and the wisdom of times gone by. The welcome is unparalleled, and Antonella, the hostess, conveys the warmth of someone who embraces this work with joy and passion.

01/11/2025: Last night I went to this place with my partner... what can I say? The cod bites were spectacular, and the pizza was equally as good. Excellent, friendly service, and, last but not least, the prices were fair. I hope to return soon.

22/06/2025: We spent a wonderful day in a welcoming structure. Food and food of absolute quality and first choice. The owners are very kind people and available to fulfill the requests of the most demanding. I would recommend it to everyone.

28/10/2025: A very welcoming place, lovingly run by Maria and her family. The food is delicious, as is their local wine. The Marinara pizza, prepared before our eyes, is a true specialty. A place we hope to return to. Marta, Woll, and Maja

24/10/2025: Excellent appetizer for two, even the seafood scialatielli ❤️ we've been there twice, and we also had the chance to try the pizza. Their pizza is also good 😍 also because it's top-rated with fries 😍

20/11/2025: 10 euro for a table, plates and forks is not same price meni and bill Please walk further into town and avoid this location.

07/10/2025: I used to stay at this restaurant across from the Cathedral; they're currently doing some renovations on the forecourt. Excellent aperitifs and a warm welcome.

17/10/2025: A bottle of water costs 9 euros and they don't warn us, they kept warning us about water, in the end it was 63 euros just for water. Lol

14/10/2025: We were looking forward to this Michelin star experience. The tasting menu options like in most Michelin star restaurants locked you into the same courses for the table, but we went ala carte based on options. It was a good dining experience, but not great especially for the price you are paying (~350 euro's per person with drinks).

01/11/2025: ..AWAY FROM THE CROWDS! Absolutely lovely restaurant in a quiet setting away from the center crowds, heat and noise. We were eager for light lunch and they had just what we wanted…a delicious seafood salad…and a limoncello spritz! We hope to get back for dinner

23/10/2025: Great place!!! Biden Gem, Outside of the crowds! Perfect.. Flavors were on it! The pasta with sea urchin, calamari, and lemon… perfect balance of flavors. Tiago, our waiter, On it!!! Gracias Tiago!! To the chef, Bravo!!!! Well done, great attention to details!!!! A must!!

23/10/2025: A pizza with grated lemon that was out of this world! I'll keep it in my heart! A truly great pizza. Nice, clean place in a beautiful location!

22/10/2025: The pizza was good, the service excellent and our company good as well. There was ajar off to the side and it seemed like half the town was packed in there for the football.

13/09/2025: Everything about our experience at l'Orangerie was excellent! The ambiance begins as you approach the restaurant through the the pool area warmly illuminated with candles. We are reminded of the deep history of this special place as we pass by a small section of exposed ancient Roman ruins upon which the Hotel was built. The restaurant staff was highly professional, kind and very attentive. Equally high praise to the Chef and the entire kitchen team for the preparation and presentation of a fantastic culinary experience that pleased us on every level. Grazie mille l'Orangerie!!

30/08/2025: The food was mediocre at best! Service was really bad! We got the vegetarian pasta which was slightly undercooked and the fish with potatoes which was tasting ok but a little chewy. The overall service was horrible! We had 3 different servers asking us for food and each of them had no idea what we had ordered so it was a chaos. It showered last night which is not their fault and to be be fair they moved us to a covered space but only after insisting a few times. There was light flickering on the side which spoilt the whole "vibe" of the "fancy" restaurant. The complimentary bread which we got felt "stale" and "chewy". I would expect to get fresh warm bread when I am paying so much price for the food. They seem to make the food and experience so "pricey" but the experience which they offer in return is terrible! Would not recommend again.

29/07/2025: Sono stata al Ristorante Sorrento e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. I piatti erano super buoni, cucinati con cura e davvero saporiti. Il servizio è ottimo: il personale è stato gentile, disponibile e mi ha fatta sentire subito la benvenuta. L’ambiente è accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Anche il prezzo è giusto, considerando l’alta qualità del cibo e l’attenzione che viene data al cliente. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

22/09/2025: I had dinner at Perbacco, a wonderful experience, top-quality food, excellent service, it's a wonderful and magical place.

11/09/2025: It started out as a wine bar and has evolved into a tavern. With a focus on the finest ingredients, it offers excellent traditional Cilento dishes, all paired with excellent wines. The tables are set in a garden of centuries-old olive trees, and the service is friendly and welcoming. A must-try... I didn't take any photos of the dishes; they're too good to bother with!

19/10/2025: A truly beautiful bar aesthetically and welcoming, it is located in Via Roma in the center of Salerno, good products at good prices, kind and professional staff

17/09/2025: Bar Santa Lucia 1921, Salerno, Italy We had breakfast here every morning during our stay and it was always fresh and delicious. In the evenings, we came back for cocktails which we also really enjoyed. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed and the service was great. We highly recommend this place! The bar is connected to a pizzeria, and they serve the best pizza in town!
