13/07/2026: Now the meal didn't go quite right. We ordered 2 pizzas, one of which, mushroom and ham, was ordered without ham and a bottle of white wine. The pizzas came quite quickly, but the ham was still in the mushroom pizza, so we returned it. We didn't get the bottle of wine even though we shouted for it several times. The mushroom pizza came back and turned out to be really greasy, had the ham just been moved away? Finally, we ordered two glasses of wine, because delivering the bottle seemed overwhelming even though there were several waiters around us. Our Pescatore pizza didn't satisfy either. The broken shells of the mussel crunched unpleasantly in our teeth. Quite disappointed, we started shouting for the bill several times and getting it too felt just as overwhelming as the bottle of wine. Finally, we decided to leave the entire restaurant because nothing seemed to work. Things finally started happening at the front door and the waiter even ran after us and shouted that the bill had not been paid. After we had spent our time explaining our actions and criticisms, the restaurant started looking for the tables where the customers had been sitting. After waiting and arguing, an older gentleman arrived who had taken our order. He wondered what exactly we were complaining about, you have received what you had ordered. No apology or respect for the treatment we received. We asked for a discount, to which he said that the bill is only €44.50!! We also tried to communicate in Italian, which is helpful, even the language barrier cannot be invoked in this situation. Points for the great views from the roof terrace. We cannot recommend pizzas and bottles of wine at this restaurant. Maybe you will get better service at the street level take away point. That's how it is ☹️

30/06/2026: They said 5 minutes, and we waited 40 minutes on the street at 10:00 PM with 5 kids for 3 Margherita pizzas. They asked for a blanket in an empty restaurant if we wanted to sit after waiting 40 minutes. No excuse. Very disrespectful, and the pizza was uncut. Please don't go, or go for a bad experience. They told us 5 minutes, and instead we waited 40 minutes on the street at 10:00 PM with 5 kids for 3 Margherita pizzas. They asked us to cover ourselves in an empty restaurant if we wanted to sit after waiting 40 minutes. No excuse. Very disrespectful, and the pizza was ENTIRE. Please don't go, or go for a bad experience.

08/08/2026: Servers barely knew any English. The food was terrible and didn’t compare at all to other places we’ve been at in Italy. The carbonara sauce was separated and had an aftertaste, seafood risotto was watery and had clams which were not on the menu, and the salmon penne smelled and tasted weird and barely had salmon in it. We were offered water when we arrived and it never came. When we asked to change the risotto for a different dish the servers got visibly annoyed and stormed off with the plate. Stay away from this place.

07/08/2026: I was there a couple of nights ago. The atmosphere was family-friendly and the pizza was excellent, cooked to perfection and the dough was perfect. Not to mention the staff were all very friendly.

17/05/2026: The welcome wasn't very warm. The young man didn't seem very keen on putting his best foot forward. His English, on the other hand, was fine. After some back-and-forth conversation, his 'cocky behavior' melted away too. The little man on the street who waved us inside was actually very friendly and hospitable. And the waiters at the accompanying restaurant made it a great experience all over again. They really enjoyed their work conjuring up a good atmosphere for their guests. The campsite's location is excellent for a day trip to Pompeii and a day trip to Naples by train. It is less than a 5-minute walk from the small station that takes you to the center of this raw, atmospheric city in 40 minutes. The sanitary facilities are really just barely adequate. You can barely turn around in the shower, let alone keep your clothes dry there. With ACSI, €25 is actually too much, but especially for a city campsite, it is fairly busy.

16/05/2026: The location is amazing, right across the archeological park. The restaurant has great food & service for reasonable pricing. They also have hotel rooms with great AC, beds and parking. They also have spots for campers as well.

05/07/2026: We wanted to get something to go, and we were mocked simply for asking a question about the food. Nevertheless, we got something, and it was simply overpriced and not tasty.

26/08/2026: While the garden is stunning, the food and service were a disappointment. The bread, meat, fish, and even dessert were quite dry and bland. It was very difficult to get a hold of the waiter and we had to ask for the check 4 separate times before finally getting it.

26/08/2026: Show off. Out of 14 meals in Italy (Rome, Naples, Sorrento, and Capri), this was by far the worst. 40 minutes after we sat down at the table, the waiter brought bread, but there was neither olive oil nor balsamic vinegar. I had to get up to have it brought to me. When they brought the wine, I alerted them that it was too warm. On a 30°C day, they served me red wine at room temperature, when it should have been served between 16-18°C. I insisted to the waiter that serving wine at that temperature ruins any wine. He didn't care and rolled his eyes. After 5 minutes, he returned with a bowl of ice to put in the wine glass. Ignorance and disrespect are something I no longer tolerate at 46 years old. Good place to go and see, but don't make the mistake of eating there. Food is only reasonable and far too expensive. Terrible service. This restaurant is nothing more than a money-making machine. It might hold up for a few tourists, but not for a Portuguese person and their family, who are used to Mediterranean food.

27/07/2026: ★★★★★ RistoArt da Nando was one of the highlights of our trip to the Amalfi Coast. If you're looking for authentic Campanian cuisine rather than a tourist menu, this is the place. Everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavour. The seafood was outstanding—from the perfectly cooked grilled fish and seafood salad to the delicious seafood pasta, packed with mussels, clams, prawns, and octopus. Even the simple tomato pasta was rich and comforting, and the fried anchovies were incredibly fresh and crispy. The atmosphere felt genuinely traditional, the ingredients were clearly high quality, and every dish tasted homemade. We also enjoyed a lovely local white wine that paired perfectly with the seafood. A true taste of Southern Italy. Highly recommended if you want authentic local food, fresh seafood, and a memorable dining experience in Vietri sul Mare. We would happily come back again.

08/05/2026: Vovo Pacomio is already a firm favourite in Caserta, popular for events and evenings as well as aperitifs and dinners. The spaces are meticulously maintained, with welcoming interiors and a wonderful internal garden. The atmosphere is warm, the furnishings are meticulously designed, and the food is delicious! We also experienced it in a different way, choosing it for our wedding, and it exceeded every expectation. Organizing a wedding for more than 100 people requires impeccable management, guaranteed by the professionalism of the Setaro family.
