29/09/2025: A very beautiful and elegant place with a lovely garden. Excellently managed by the staff. The food is excellent and fresh. Dishes for all palates, simple but sure to please even the most discerning palates. I recommend it.

28/09/2025: A Sunday lunch to forget: the fried appetizer arrived cold and soggy, a long wait for the first courses, which didn't arrive together, and to top it all off, one with a different pasta shape than the one requested, without even asking if the change was okay. Absent and inattentive service. The icing on the cake was the completely incorrect bill... 😅 Maybe a bad day, but I definitely won't stop by again.

Está muy bien situado con vistas impresionantes. Es uno de los favoritos para la gente local, lo que siempre es una buena señal. Nos presentaron este restaurante y Beppe hace años por nuestro buen amigo Luigi y nos reunimos con él y otros amigos cada vez que volvemos a Seiano. 19/08/2025: I went to dinner with my girlfriend and her family at "Da Umberto." It all happened by chance. We ordered two Cokes, two waters, and half a bottle of Ischia white wine. For appetizers, we had fried shrimp and calamari and vegetarian bruschetta. Both served just enough for five people. The fried sea bream was crispy, and you could tell it was fresh. We then ordered spaghetti with clams, deliciously spicy just right, with parsley and a generous amount of clams. A very light and fluffy pizza. Last but not least, three bucatini pasta with mussels and pecorino cheese, which I've always been reluctant to try. For the first time, I wanted to try this typical Neapolitan recipe. I made the decision after reading the reviews, and to this day, I don't think I'll ever try this dish anywhere else because I'll never find anything this good! Huge and delicious mussels with an intense flavor, perfectly cooked bucatini, and just the right amount of pecorino cheese that made everything perfectly balanced. The staff was superb, both in the dining room and the kitchen, as everything arrived on time. They also gave us tips on how to visit the beautiful places on Ischia. I'd add that I'm from the South and now live in the North, but when I find myself in places like this, I know how much potential there is in our region. Thanks for everything, I'd go back any day for my first cozze e pepe.

Compliments to the chef. Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent value for money... what more can I say? Highly recommended, we'll be back soon.

01/10/2025: A rip-off. Rip off. I even mentioned that I'm a tour guide, not for the discount, but to get a "non-touristy" price, but in the end I didn't even receive a receipt. For three chopped cherry tomatoes, 10 euros. For a double espresso, 7 euros. And then they tip themselves 10%. The food was okay, nothing exceptional. The atmosphere was awful: the owner was yelling and scolding one of the staff.

Always the same, Margherita provola and pepper made excellently I have tried others, but nothing is unbeatable! Before the pizza two giant crocche' made of potatoes of an unparalleled exquisiteness! Everyone is very kind, now the waiter of great professionalism and friendliness knows perfectly what we will order😂 Do we want to talk about the prices? We were looking only for a light lunch, since the temperatures were high. Food was amazing, drinks too, ingredients are high quality, the staff was kind and helpful, and very accomodating. Prices comparable with other similiar restaurants in this area. We highly recommend this place.
