19/03/2026: My favorite pizza for at least 15 years. I don't go back regularly due to time constraints. Tonight, after having been away for about a year, the pizza wasn't the same. In my opinion and taste, it was a little overcooked and a bit lacking in toppings (you can't have four half Alice fillets on a pizza that's called "Csnrabrico"). The sauce was good as always, but the oil and mozzarella weren't the same as always (to my taste, that is). I tried four pizzas (two more gourmet, a marinara and a margherita—I asked for it with buffalo mozzarella, but I don't think it was—searching until the very end for that flavor I remembered. Unfortunately, this time, I didn't find it. I'll try again to see if it was, as I think, just a bad night. The wine list was excellent with decent prices. The pizza prices, in my opinion, were high compared to tonight's overall quality and the objective cost of the ingredients.

13/08/2026: Everything was delicious and of good quality. The only downside was that it was hot; the air conditioning wasn't very efficient. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

14/07/2026: I was invited to have pizza for dinner at this pizzeria, and the experience was quite positive. I say quite positive because, out of three pizzas we ordered, I didn't think all of them were as excellent as many people describe them to be: the Margherita with buffalo mozzarella was certainly delicious, but the one with mortadella and stracciata was too messy and heavy. We also had a gluten-free pizza, which was good but not exceptional. The fried foods were average. The prices were very high (at least for the seasonal pizzas). The service was a bit slow, and the wait was quite long even though there weren't many people in the place. I have nothing to complain about, however, about the building itself; it's very modern. Parking is easy to find.

13/07/2026: We've been to this renowned pizzeria several times. The place is very nice and modern. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The pizzas, as always, never disappoint. All are excellent, from the simple marinara to the more daring version for those who like to try something new. The fried foods are excellent. The only flaw: the menu isn't updated. Several pizzas that were on the menu were missing. It's a shame. Recommended anyway, because it's worth it.

14/08/2026: I've read many completely inappropriate comments, but La Trattoria da Peppino is a unique, family-run restaurant with a very warm atmosphere. We entered the intimate world of chef and owner Raffaele, who welcomed us with a genuine smile into his small restaurant, adorned with photos on the walls depicting the history of the place and a part of his own (this touched me deeply). We went there every night of our stay because we always ate very well. The food is cooked to order, so there might be a slight wait, but it's perfectly normal when you're served fresh ingredients prepared to order! I recommend the linguine alla vongole, as well as the meatballs and zitti alla genovese, which are also excellent! A huge thank you to Raffaele and his team for the wonderful dinners we enjoyed there, which always left us with a smile and truly memorable culinary experiences! Go for it without hesitation, seriously!

11/08/2026: The food was incredible but the best part is actually the owner. We came the first night here, had the spaghetti allo scoglio - bravissimo! Felt like eating at my grandpa’s house: simple, kind, with the owner suggesting things and making the effort to understand us in English. We came back a second time, as we wanted the spaghetti alle vongole. When he told us he did not have it, he offered us all possible seafood alternatives (even those that were not originally in the menu!). However, at the end, he actually TOOK HIS PHONE, CALLED THE STORE AND GOT US FRESH VONGOLE! Such a sweetheart! Everything we had was amazing! Make sure to order seafood pastas, meatballs or “aubergineballs”. It might take a while (the restaurant is small and quite packed) but it will be spectacular! 👏 Embrace the spirit, come with open heart and have fun eating at a real Italian place 🇮🇹💛

12/08/2026: If I could give Max Ristorante more than 5 stars…I would. My family and I were only staying in Positano for 3 nights and had we found this place on our first night, we would have been here everyday! We came here on our second night by chance of accommodation for 12 and they had space. Thank goodness they did. Everything we ordered was made to perfection. The service was impeccable; personable service, gorgeous and serene atmosphere, and the feeling of just being home with your family. I have to give a shout out to the spaghetti pomodori and seafood risotto. Just so darn good we came back on our third and final night. Somehow everything that exceeded our expectations the night before skyrocketed even higher! What a beautiful place. If I am ever back in Positano, this will be my first stop. Grazie!

04/12/2025: I had to try it because I wouldn't be myself. I considered three places and chose this one. They were very well cleaned. Served cold with salt and lemon and local wine. I really enjoyed them. A great place for a quick snack. The young man serving me was very polite. It's worth the effort and trying it out 😊 The price is very reasonable. Sitting at a small table outside is a bit uncomfortable, but that's the atmosphere of Naples.

16/12/2025: I think it's fair to say that this pizzeria/restaurant is a must-visit for Ischia residents. The place is simple and welcoming, and the staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The fried foods are delicious, the pizza is good, and the meat is excellent. Fair prices.
