We tried several pizzas and were impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the truly excellent dough. I particularly appreciated the attention to presentation, including the personalized paper napkins with the restaurant's logo. A truly fantastic experience! I started with a cacio e pepe frittata, which was simply spectacular: creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You could taste the quality of the ingredients from the first bite. The pizza was the perfect confirmation: light, well-leavened, and highly digestible dough, with fresh toppings.
