29/10/2025: I don't often write restaurant reviews, but we had the best meal of our holiday here – almost fine dining, and at very reasonable prices. The historic building is truly a gem among Scilla's already beautiful architecture, and dining on the airy terrace overlooking the sea is particularly lovely. But what really made the evening special was the incredibly warm and welcoming sommelier, who guided us through the evening with charm and humor and clearly knows his stuff – even if you only order a single wine by the glass! Thank you for a wonderful last evening in Calabria. We'll be back!

24/10/2025: On our walk through the beautiful Chianalea neighborhood, we discovered this restaurant. It can be a bit annoying to climb a long staircase to reach the wonderful terrace overlooking the sea, but the effort is worth it because the views from there are magnificent. The entire restaurant is tastefully decorated. This carefully curated setting helped us achieve a very high level of gastronomic pleasure. We found the swordfish steaks to be very well seasoned and full of flavor. The tomato and burrata salad was a perfect accompaniment. The tomatoes tasted real, which is hard to find. Pizzo's truffle was perfectly cooked: we thought it was delicious. We paired the meal with a very smooth Greco Calabrian white wine. Both the maitre d' and the rest of the staff were impeccable in their work.

27/01/2026: I ate at this restaurant recommended by friends. It was my first time at this restaurant on Via Piave 133 in Cosensa. We were a group of seven. I immediately noticed the owner's hospitality, the cleanliness, and above all, the cuisine. The fish was cooked with simplicity and harmony, with a balance of flavors and imaginative presentation. I will definitely return. The fish was expertly prepared. Congratulations!

03/01/2026: It was my first time at this restaurant, and inspired by the many positive reviews, I wanted to try it for my birthday, so we went with my sweetheart. We had a great time, and the food was delicious, starting with the appetizer, which had several courses, all cooked very well and with care (personally, I would make the gnocchi with less oil because I couldn't finish them all). Otherwise, we had a great time, and the service was truly impeccable, and they even gave us excellent wine recommendations. I'm very satisfied.

20/01/2026: I've been here a few times and the food has always been good. The pasta and fish dishes are generously portioned. The atmosphere is simple, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, but it's perfect for those who enjoy excellent Calabrian home cooking. Today I had very fresh octopus and potatoes and a plate of paccheri pasta with swordfish. Both the pasta and the sauce were excellent, and I'd commend the chef. Ample free parking inside the restaurant. Fair price. Highly recommended.

27/02/2026: The preparation and quality of the fish were excellent, as were the bread and focaccia. The staff were extremely helpful: they welcomed us for lunch even though it was already 2:30 PM.

Mr. Marcello served the numerous dishes, accompanying them with detailed explanations about the origins of the products. The food was of the highest quality, cooked by Mrs. Giovanna. Everything was locally sourced. Congratulations 👏

20/10/2025: A Sunday family experience. Agriturismo Le Muraglie (Czech Republic) in the mountains. We ate divinely, to say the least. Excellent quality throughout. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it because it's truly worth it. Located in a peaceful and quiet spot. The place is perfect for my Sundays...call to book. We're already planning another Sunday there.

10/03/2026: I celebrated my 18th birthday at Miramare, and had a wonderful time. The staff was fantastic, the food was delicious, and all our guests left feeling happy and satisfied. You will be part of one of the most beautiful memories I'll have forever. Thank you so much, I couldn't have asked for anything better!

22/08/2025: On our way back from Paola, we decided to try this restaurant in the ancient village of Belmonte. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We took the chef up on a suggestion, and he prepared an excellent pacchero with amberjack. The price was perhaps a little steep...but you pay for quality food.

18/08/2025: I dined at Taverna Intru u Vicu with a group of friends. Let me start by saying that the location is stunning: both the terrace and the alleyway will surely provide guests with an unforgettable experience. The service was kind and friendly, without being intrusive, and the owner and waiter made us feel at home. The house wine, served during dinner, was also excellent. As for the menu, the owner's innovation was much appreciated. No dish was banal, and the flavors were well-balanced. The tuna on tomato steak and the pickled tuna (€16-18) are definitely worth trying as appetizers. I personally ordered the mixed fried fish (€22), which was good, fresh, and crispy, but perhaps a bit small for a main course. In conclusion, absolutely recommended for those looking for an unconventional dinner in an excellent location. For eight of us, with four appetizers, eight courses, wine, drinks, and two shared desserts, we spent about €50 each.

24/03/2026: Tropea, Lido Costa degli Dei, "Coast of the Gods" is a very nice small town beach. It has a beautiful sandy beach, located at the foot of the sanctuary of Santa Maria Dell Isola, a great place for a cloudless and sunny holiday.
