31/01/2026: DA MIMMO? More like, DIMMI: how can one of the classic restaurants of Calabria fail to cook pasta al dente? The obscene price gives false hope expectations of a pleasant eating experience. And the atmosphere? Sterile and without character. Italy's migration problems would be fixed if the foreigners were made to eat here even for free - the UN would call their fleeing a humanitarian crisis and drag whoever was in charge of the portion sizes before the Hague. The waiting staff were competent and well-mannered. I wish them the future happiness of serving rather than extorting the customer, whether it be in fine dining, catering or 5 euro pizza.

13/01/2026: A beautiful seaside location, spectacular appetizers and pizza. Service is a bit slapdash compared to the restaurant's appearance (waiters with clipboards and a hideous serving trolley), but still fast.

16/01/2026: Excellent venue, with a swimming pool and private beach, it is a purely summer venue, even if in winter there are often many evening events, one of the most beautiful venues in Reggio Calabria

14/11/2025: An evening spent with four friends, all of whom shared the same idea: we ordered the huge house appetizer, which filled us up perfectly. I must say, the selection was excellent, with many dishes and delicious seafood, and a quiet, intimate atmosphere.

20/10/2025: A Sunday family experience. Agriturismo Le Muraglie (Czech Republic) in the mountains. We ate divinely, to say the least. Excellent quality throughout. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it because it's truly worth it. Located in a peaceful and quiet spot. The place is perfect for my Sundays...call to book. We're already planning another Sunday there.

22/08/2025: On our way back from Paola, we decided to try this restaurant in the ancient village of Belmonte. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We took the chef up on a suggestion, and he prepared an excellent pacchero with amberjack. The price was perhaps a little steep...but you pay for quality food.

18/08/2025: I dined at Taverna Intru u Vicu with a group of friends. Let me start by saying that the location is stunning: both the terrace and the alleyway will surely provide guests with an unforgettable experience. The service was kind and friendly, without being intrusive, and the owner and waiter made us feel at home. The house wine, served during dinner, was also excellent. As for the menu, the owner's innovation was much appreciated. No dish was banal, and the flavors were well-balanced. The tuna on tomato steak and the pickled tuna (€16-18) are definitely worth trying as appetizers. I personally ordered the mixed fried fish (€22), which was good, fresh, and crispy, but perhaps a bit small for a main course. In conclusion, absolutely recommended for those looking for an unconventional dinner in an excellent location. For eight of us, with four appetizers, eight courses, wine, drinks, and two shared desserts, we spent about €50 each.

01/02/2026: We were there in September 2025 and I just found myself thinking about it again tonight. The service was lovely, the wine was excellent, and the view was unforgettable. Such a great spot for a date — beautiful atmosphere and an all-around wonderful experience.
