14/05/2025: the price of the dinner was high. 12 euros for a thin slice of meat, 5 euros for a green salad, 2.50 for a cover charge was too much. 22 euros for a single course and then being hungry did not leave me happy.

10/05/2025: We loved this place, we were welcomed by super nice people who wanted us to eat well and feel good. We hadn't booked but the owner made sure to find us a table despite the huge crowds on this Saturday evening. I advise you to book. The dishes were delicious, and the prices really great. It was our last evening in Reggio and we left with great memories thanks to this restaurant. Thanks again to the whole team ♥️♥️♥️

01/06/2025: Cocktail bar 🍸 very welcoming, very central in the historic center of Tropea. Efficient staff, Libero super kind and truly original cocktails.

11/04/2025: I liked it so much that I came 3 days in a row of the 4 that I was in the area. Everything I tried was exquisite and the service was top-notch. Congratulations to the chef and staff.

19/03/2025: You pay dearly 1 spaghetti with ragù 1 slice of roast meat 1 fried potato half a glass of loose wine 1 poached truffle €34.50 no offense I didn't take the fish to keep the bill modestly I'm not on holiday but I work on the road as a truck driver... and I won't even deny that last night I had to get up to go to the bathroom in the open air and it's not over yet I had to stop at 10.30 always to go to the bathroom.. been fitennu I won't stop there anymore

17/05/2025: Picking up a pizza: Overall, it's okay, but nothing special. The selection is very large and good. I would definitely recommend the arancini.

08/02/2025: We always eat a few slices of pizza here when we're passing through. There are many different tastes. Everything tastes wonderful. And the prices are modest too. Always happy again. 😃

11/05/2025: Non ci siamo, per i prezzi che hanno dovrebbero cucinare meglio e prodotti di maggiore qualità. Il vino poi è proprio esagerato, un bianco di Iuzzolini da 5€ lo vendono 18€, il 350% di ricarico mi sembra troppo. Il risotto pieno d'olio e senza sapore

06/06/2025: Everything was great except the food. The swordfish literally tasted like charcoal, the veal steak was very disappointing compared to the quality you get at other restaurants in the vicinity. I do have to say that the employees were very nice and attentive.

01/06/2025: We had a really great dinner at Le Volpi e l’Uva. For Tropea, it has average prices (compared to the rest of Italy it is a bit expensive though). We had the red onion pasta and clam pasta and we loved both but we would definitely recommend the red onion pasta. The portion sizes were great. The service was friendly and the restaurant is down a quiet street. It’s a lovey casual and cosy restaurant.

26/05/2025: Decent experience at Casa Mastroianni, good quality food and friendly and helpful staff. One thing that made me turn up my nose is the ATM is not recognized, it's not the first time it happens to me. Let's say a place without infamy and without praise.

08/06/2025: We really had a wonderful evening. The seafood appetizer was super fresh and impeccably prepared, the linguine alla pescatora was rich in fish and enchanted our palate....you have to try the pizza because it is delicious. The strawberry cake with ice cream...their desserts...everything is spectacular. I can't say anything about the service...everyone was very kind...the owner is truly an exceptional person. Try it to believe it

03/06/2025: We had dinner with my family at Mateo's restaurant during a one-day visit to Diamante. The pizza we ate there beat the iconic Neapolitan pizzerias recommended on all travel portals. The pizza on white sauce with Italian mortadella is simply "heaven in your mouth". The owner and his wife Agnieszka are wonderfully hospitable people. We recommend it wholeheartedly!

16/05/2025: Devo dire che lo reputo il posto migliore di tutta la città di Diamante e zone limitrofe, per mangiare pesce fresco. Personale molto gentile e disponibile ad accogliere ogni nostra esigenza. Il cibo era ottimo, pesce fresco, la mia tagliata di tonno era veramente buona! Il fritto non pensante e le patate top. Si mangia praticamente fronte mare, il mare ti culla mentre assaggi questi sapori deliziosi. Consiglio per un pranzo in famiglia e romantico per una coppia. Il conto è stato veramente onesto per quello che abbiamo preso. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

26/05/2025: As soon as we entered we immediately felt like we were in an episode of Montalbano. Everything was excellent, authentic and delicious flavors with the sound of the sea in the background.

26/05/2025: Authentic Calabrian flavors. All delicious. We had swordfish caponata, Tropea salad with seared tuna and onions, mezze maniche with tuna sauce and bruschetta. A delight with a sea view

02/06/2025: We are at the seaside and the fish on the pizza was frozen and rubbery. Not worth it.

02/06/2025: This was the best value for money in all my holiday, very good prices, great food (desperate for Nero di seppia) asked for it as risotto and we were not disappointed. Staff rushed and don't hang around for you to add to your order, but over all very happy

14/05/2025: Ristorante/Pizzeria MARIS Sulla spiaggia di Nocera Terinese, il Ristorante MARIS è una vera scoperta. Niente ostentazione, solo genuinità e sapori che parlano da soli. Appena arrivano le prime portate di pesce, si resta in silenzio. Perché i sapori sorprendono, emozionano, e fanno chiudere la bocca… per aprire il cuore. Un ringraziamento speciale al giovane che ci ha serviti con gentilezza e attenzione – figlio dei proprietari – a cui va un complimento sincero, così come ai suoi genitori: accoglienza familiare, autentica, sentita. Se siete in zona, fatevi questo regalo. E se, come noi, avrete anche la fortuna di trovarvi in ottima compagnia… sarà semplicemente perfetto.

21/04/2025: We stopped at this place on our way back from a walk with a couple of friends. A place we didn't know but we were satisfied and happy with. We ordered pizzas, all very good and we finished with an excellent lemon sorbet. Recommended place and definitely worth returning to.

02/06/2025: We ordered a mixed appetizer and scialatelle with red shrimp and pachino tomatoes, accompanied by an organic white wine, all recommended by the waiters, very professional and welcoming. The location is suggestive and the quality of the products is superb. Tonino, the owner, a very hospitable and generous person, made us taste some very good local liqueurs. Unique experience, we can't wait to come back!

02/06/2025: The star is for the beautiful setting by the sea. The food is standard tourist fare; there's nothing special on the menu, and some of the items on the menu weren't available. The downside was the service: no smiles, no friendliness. We were just paying, and as we left, our waitress deliberately looked away instead of saying goodbye.
