Preferred to book as the place is small. the prices are right for what you need. The trattoria that lets you experience the tastes and flavors of times gone by.

17/08/2024: Courtesy, availability, hospitality, quality are just some of the distinctive signs of the lido. The beach is wide, the sea spectacular, the sand pebbly and therefore not too fine. The services are all there. Exceptional restaurant with Michele's cuisine and Fabio's courtesy. Teresa then makes the difference at the reception with kindness and courtesy. In front of the beach there is the possibility of parking in Pinza with cars in the shade which is not bad. Overall, a very positive experience.

14/08/2024: We were returning from Annalisa's concert and stopped in this pizzeria. We ate aubergine parmigiana, pizza stuffed in different flavors and arancini. What can I say?! If you find yourself in Ardore I highly recommend you stop and enter without hesitation.

25/08/2024: La location è carina ma i tempi di attesa sono inaccettabili. Abbiamo ordinato tre pizze alle 21 che ci arrivate solo alle 22.30. Evidentemente c’è qualche problema di organizzazione in cucina.

14/07/2024: Posto esteticamente molto carino, adatto per bambini e adulti, vasto spazio bar, ristorante e tanti giochi anche per i bambini. I proprietari e lo staff super cordiali e simpatici, ci siamo sentiti accolti da subito. Cucina ottima e attenta pulizia. Abbiamo scelto uno dei periodi più tranquilli che è quello di inizio luglio ed è stato molto rilassante. Ritorneremo volentieri.

29/08/2024: LA CANTINA DELLA SUOCERA Consigliati da un amico, abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante e devo dire che abbiamo vissuto un’ottima esperienza gastronomica. Ci hanno portato una bruschetta di benvenuto e subito dopo una gentilissima Cameriera ha portato dell’acqua per il nostro cane , senza nessuna nostra richiesta. Abbiamo molto apprezzato questo gesto di cortesia. Proprietario molto affabile e presente che ci ha illustrato i piatti e consigliato anche un buon vino. Primi e secondi veramente buoni. Ottimo il servizio, ottima la qualità del cibo e la presentazione dei piatti . Prezzi onesti. Consiglio di provare questo ristorante perché è veramente una eccellenza.

28/08/2024: Unfortunately I wouldn't go back, we took an octopus and potatoes appetizer where the octopus was a bit rubbery and the pieces were too large, the first course was penne, mussels and potatoes. One positive note is that they also make gluten-free dishes and have gluten-free bread. Staff a little lazy, the place is quite close to the seafront so overall I would give it 3 out of 5 but I wouldn't go back.

13/06/2024: Great place located about 1.5 km outside Petrizzi along the Calabria to coast hike. The rooms are simple but with good beds. It is a real farm with crops and animals. Very beautiful. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. The food is local and prepared on the spot. Own handmade pasta good wine and generous portions. A great place to rest your legs after a day's hiking.

18/08/2024: Our recent visit to the restaurant turned out to be an absolute disaster in every way, except for the politeness of the waiters who tried to mitigate the bitterness of the experience. To begin with, despite booking a table, we were not guaranteed a seat at the table. We were forced to wait without any plausible explanation, despite having booked in advance. This was just the beginning of a series of disappointments. The menu left us perplexed: not only did the ingredients of the dishes not correspond to what was described, but we found ourselves faced with a menu provided on sheets of paper, without prices for water, desserts and drinks. This behavior, as well as being incorrect, is misleading for customers, who find themselves not knowing how much they will pay until the bill arrives. Speaking of the bill, the request to split it resulted in decidedly excessive rounding, leaving us with the bitter feeling of having been cheated. And as if that wasn't enough, when paying, we had to deal with an extremely rude and inattentive owner. To complete the picture, we were not provided with a receipt, but rather a copy from the seller, useless for tax purposes and clearly an attempt to circumvent the rules. The only positive note of the entire evening was the service of the waiters, who were polite and professional, and the quality raw materials. In summary, an experience that I do not recommend to anyone, a restaurant to absolutely avoid.

30/08/2024: Restaurant in the central area of ​​Tropea, positive experience with quality food.... excellent red tuna tataky and fried spatula. Excellent price/quality ratio. I recommend it!

14/08/2024: I'm very sorry, we've come back every year with pleasure but unfortunately this year the quality has plummeted... we waited more than 20 minutes at the table without anyone even coming to bring us water. Industrial grouper ravioli with a cream-based lemon cream that wasn't even in the 70s, the other first courses, scialatielli scampi and rocket (well on the rocket leaves on the plate) salty, fusillo allo scoglio not tied to the sauce which seemed to be made with frozen mix. Mixed fried fish, super greasy and soggy, with battered vegetables soaked in oil that we will probably digest in 15 days. Salad served in a central bowl without saucers for each diner 🙄. 4 first courses and 4 second courses €152 so €38 each.... In conclusion, perhaps the right dishes for the €15 work menu but not for the à la carte menu. We won't be back, sorry.

28/08/2024: ho ordinato pizza da asporto da mangiare sulla spiaggia per godermi il tramonto buona ma con dimensione piccola ero delusa ho fatto presente l errore e sono stati incredibilmente cortesi sopra le mie aspettative...l hanno immediatamente rifatta e non hanno voluto la differenza. in credibile al giorno d oggi grazie spero di tornare con gli amici perché oltre la gentilezza c era la qualità

26/08/2024: Si respira l'amore per il proprio lavoro finalizzato a soddisfare palati esigenti. Le piatanze offerte sono tutte freschissime con ingredienti rigorosamente selezionati. Abbiamo mangiato molte cose tutte di eccellente sapore e qualità. Insomma, tra tutti i posti che abbiamo girato in Calabria, questo è uno dei migliori per qualità/preparazione e prezzo giusto. Consigliato a chi cerca la qualità. Sicuramente torneremo!
