28/09/2025: Ideal for families, quiet atmosphere and fast service even with children.

28/09/2025: We were very satisfied here this evening. The prociutto e funghi con cipolle pizza was one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten. The grilled fish platter was 10 out of 10. The fish, prawns, and calamari were juicy and hot. The long platter on which everything was arranged was a sight to behold, and all for €25. We paid €4 for the 1/4 glass of very good house wine, red/white. The pizza was €10 plus €1 for the extra onions. I think the photos speak for themselves.

08/10/2025: Last Saturday, my wife and I went to this pizzeria, and what happened was absolutely shameful. I had a reservation for 8:30 PM. I arrived on time, told the waiter I had a reservation, and asked for a table. He told me to ask a colleague, so I waited. After waiting about 10 minutes, I asked the same waiter if it was finally possible to sit down. The answer was always the same: "You have to ask a colleague, but I couldn't tell who this colleague was." Meanwhile, other people arrived and were promptly seated, and I thought: "They must have a reservation before me." But that wasn't the case at all. Shortly afterward, a couple I know arrived, and despite having, by their own admission, a reservation after mine, for 9:30 PM, they were promptly seated. At this point, I've had enough, and I'm very impatient, so I go and talk to the owner and explain what happened. He still, almost unsure of what to do, tells me that the waiter made a mistake, but at the same time does nothing to correct his and his waiters' incompetence. At this point, after this shameful response, my wife and I left, and we will never return to this place. Everything was completely sloppy, but above all, shameful. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I forgot, I gave it one star, but in reality, I shouldn't have even given that.

05/10/2025: Honestly, the restaurant is unhygienic and the pizzas are tasteless.

17/09/2025: Good place for a simple meal, decent cuisine. Too bad we couldn't enjoy a sea view, but overall the food is still satisfactory and the flavors are quite classic.

10/09/2025: I had the pleasure of dining here last night. The place is very elegant and pleasant. We were served by very kind and helpful waiters, always ready to recommend the right food. We started with a delicious shrimp cocktail, followed by spaghetti with clams and gnocchi with pesto and shrimp, all accompanied by a fruity white wine that made the dinner incredibly tasty. We finished with a panna cotta and an apple tart. Nothing to add, everything was perfect. The sound of the waves in the background created a magical atmosphere. If you love good food, this is a must-try, highly recommended!

29/07/2025: Nourriture très bonne, nous avions pris une pièce de boeuf angus à se partager avec mon mari, c'était vraiment excellent ! Maiiiiis, je trouve le prix un peu excessif, ils pourraient le justifier par la vue mais il n'y a que deux tables qui ont vue sur le lac donc même pas. Nous avons mangé là lors d'un bel orage avec grêlons. Comme le restaurant est totalement vitré (parois amovibles) nous avons eu un peu peur pour nous quand les grêlons tapaient sur les parois. Comme c'est amovible, l'eau rentre dans le restaurant (plusieurs femmes ont eu leur sac à main trempé à cause de cela). Comme il pleuvait, ils ont dû fermer les parois. Il y avait un bruit ambiant, on ne s'entendait même plus avec mon mari et ma fille... Ma fille a reçu son plat bien avant nous, elle avait pratiquement fini lorsque nous avons été servis... Longue attente pour recevoir l'addition et je n'étais pas encore levée de ma chaise qu'on installait déjà une autre famille à notre table... Donc en résumé, très bon mais ça ne vaut pas le prix ni la qualité du service.

27/07/2025: Ottimo il pesce di lago ( lucco e sarde) Servizio impeccabile. Ha una bellissima veranda sul lago, si gode una bella vista, centrale, sul corso. I primi sono espressi, valgono l' attesa

31/10/2025: We wanted to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and we booked for 15/16 people about a week in advance, saying it wouldn't be a problem. Instead, the night before, 10 minutes before closing time, they cancelled, saying there were too many of us. SHAMEFUL. IF THEY COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. NOT RECOMMENDED.

27/10/2025: Second review one year later: Saturday, October 25, 2025 I'm at the counter drinking coffee. The barista is preparing a glass of Coke for outside customers. He takes a pre-opened 330cl glass bottle with 2/3 of the drink in it, pours 1/3 of it into the glass, adds 3-4 ice cubes, and tops up with sparkling water (from the centralized system). And there you have it, the new Coke extra light...at full price. It deserves a complaint. Saturday afternoon, we sit outside for an aperitif. The waiter (B......) is talking to a colleague, and after a couple of minutes, we ask if we can order. He says yes, but perhaps annoyed by the request, he walks past us and goes to take the order from another table where some young girls had just sat down (perhaps B...... was trying to show off his charm). Then he continues clearing other tables without even looking at us again. No big deal, there are plenty of other places in the square where kindness and efficiency are in abundance. If the place goes bankrupt and they let him go, who knows who'll blame it. Take it easy, dear B............

20/09/2025: There's nothing wrong with this place, located in the historic part of Milazzo. The very kind young waiter served us impeccably. That said, waiting an hour and a half for a plate of seafood spaghetti is unacceptable. Out of respect for the people accompanying us, I didn't leave early.

10/09/2025: We stumbled upon Il Giardino di Sicilia Milazzo while looking for a place to grab dinner. It was a perfect experience! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is absolutely amazing! We ordered many different dishes and they even gave us a tasting portion of each dish for the table so everyone could try what the other was having. It was such a pleasant experience and i am tempted to book another flight to sicily simply to come back and eat here!

04/10/2025: I stayed at the Stella Hotel in September 2025. The rooms were a bit dated, but impeccably clean. They entered the room when they were told not to. The waiter was very friendly, and the dinners and breakfasts were good. It's a shame about the inappropriate comments about guests made by the owner in the morning at breakfast, who evidently thought he couldn't be heard despite there being no door between the dining room and where he was sitting. The hotel was OK, but it's a shame about the owner's manners.

07/09/2025: We stayed at Hotel Stella the first week of September, a fantastic experience! The very attentive staff, available for both requests and advice, guided us and welcomed us in the best possible way. The rooms, though minimal, are always clean, equipped with everything we need, and easily accessible by elevator. We took advantage of the dinner-included option and were not disappointed. The menu is always varied and the dishes are always delicious, as is the breakfast. We also want to extend a huge thank you to the waiter, who made us smile every evening and every morning—thank you! The location is central, overlooking the Avisio River. The only drawback is that parking is a bit far away, but still private and therefore always available. The price is reasonable, if not low, considering the offerings and the area. In short, a highly recommended place that we will definitely return to. Thanks again for the wonderful experience! ❤️

22/10/2025: I've been there more than once and I had a great time, the staff is very friendly, the food is very good, I recommend it to everyone... I'm going back at the end of the month to celebrate my birthday 🎉🎉🎉

15/08/2025: First time at this restaurant, very welcoming, bright, and located in the heart of Staffolo, with a magnificent view of the landscape and the surrounding area. We were immediately welcomed and looked after by the very friendly, cheerful staff (my friend didn't take our table away, don't worry 🤣🤣), but above all, very professional and expert in their work. There's a wide selection of dishes to choose from, all delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and most importantly, reasonably priced for the service provided. I highly recommend this restaurant, not only for the professionalism and kindness of the staff, but also for the excellent cuisine and warm welcome. Since I often vacation in Staffolo, I'll definitely be back.

07/06/2025: A cena con amici. Location semplice ma nella campagna il che già mette bene. Per la cena....diciamo che mi evoca molto un pranzo domenicale, mi spiego meglio: Materie prime buone, cucina semplice, essenziale e senza fronzoli....se non esageri con le quantità ti alzi non appesantito e digerisci bene! Il cibo risulta buono, sapori casalinghi. Diciamo che si percepisce un po' di risparmio nell'insieme (tipologie di piatti) ma non nella qualità. Il servizio a buffet è praticamente una mensa con fila ...con sparecchiamento tra una portata e l'altra e finale 30 euro solo cibo e acqua, extra tutto il resto. Nell'insieme più che sufficiente, rapporto qualità prezzo abbastanza adeguato

04/06/2025: Con menù a prezzo fisso si mangia ottimo cibo e in quantità. Il posto è immerso nella natura e ci sono animali e piante a volontà. Ci è piaciuto tantissimo e speriamo di tornarci presto.

29/10/2025: THE CURED MEATS APPETIZER PROMISES, ON THE MENU, A SELECTION OF CHEESES, BUT INSTEAD THEY ONLY BRING YOU ONE PIECE THAT YOU HAVE TO SHARE. IF YOU ASK FOR EXPLANATION, THEY THROW THE MENU IN YOUR FACE. THE MIXED ROAST INCLUDES LAMB, BUT THEY DON'T WARN YOU THAT IT'S UNAVAILABLE AND, ON THEIR OWN INITIATIVE, THEY BRING YOU SOMETHING ELSE YOU DIDN'T REQUEST. LASTLY, THE RAW POTATOES. WHEN YOU POINTED OUT THE SHORTCOMINGS AND THEIR LACK OF SERIOUSNESS, THEY OFFERED YOU A 1 EURO DISCOUNT AFTER A BRIEF CONSULTATION WITH THE OWNER IN THE KITCHEN. VERY EVERYTHING.

16/11/2025: A guarantee, always good and kind, the owners of the place, with authentic dishes. Every time I pass through this area from Rome to Reggio Emilia, I stop alone for lunch. Authentic and good. Thank you.

08/10/2025: I went to the La Palma Restaurant in Orvieto, Italy. The service was kind and attentive, but the food left something to be desired.
