26/09/2025: The charcuterie and cheese platter for two was very good, varied, and filling. The only small flaw was that everything was a bit too salty for our tastes, but nothing serious, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The same goes for the torta al testo with mortadella, pecorino, and truffle cream. The service was perhaps a little slow to bring the platter (we waited half an hour and there was no one else eating), but the staff was super friendly and helpful, no complaints. The atmosphere is very relaxed, friendly, and not at all chaotic (at least on a Monday night), with the option of even watching a league match. The prices are absolutely fair, perhaps even affordable, for the quality and quantity they offer. We will definitely be back.

25/09/2025: I absolutely do not recommend it. I felt sick after eating here, and the place is dirty and has tables in the middle of the street.

14/08/2025: We discovered this place on the recommendation of local people, and we were absolutely delighted. As a family of five, we found everything we could possibly want to eat and drink. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the food was fantastic. We love Campanian cuisine, and here every dish on the menu is prepared to perfection.

07/11/2025: WARNING: The best croissant you've ever tasted! A perfect breakfast can be found in the center of Rome (not just on the outskirts of the city)! The authentic and warm atmosphere is the first thing you'll notice about this place, and when you peek inside you'll discover a realm of local specialties. Delicious cappuccino and the most delicious croissant ever, are my recommendation for this place. Cappuccino- 4.5€ Crossane-4.8€ (Maybe to high, but you have to know it is close center)

02/11/2025: Never again. We booked at 8:00 PM and had already been told they run a double shift and would have to vacate our table at 9:40 PM. Aware of this, we showed up punctually, fully respecting the work of others. After just 10 minutes of waiting, the appetizers and tapas arrived. I thought... how efficient... too bad they also brought the main courses and paella at the same time, without even letting us try the appetizers. At one point, there wasn't even room to put our glasses down, but the worst came when, just to hurry, they placed the hot paella pan on my 3-year-old daughter. They made me furious until the waiter realized they had gone much further. In the end, they didn't even clear away the appetizer plates, and we were forced to put them on the shelves in the restaurant to eat the meat, which had by then gone cold. We couldn't wait to finish and leave. By 9:00 PM, we were out of the restaurant. THANK YOU FOR RUINING OUR SATURDAY NIGHT NEVER AGAIN

10/10/2025: It's been 22 years, and today, October 8, 2025, I'm here again. Nothing has changed: the atmosphere, the waiters, everything is wonderful... Not to mention the EXCELLENT food. Even the simple salad is tastier than at other places. It must be thanks to this wonderful city that overflows with peace and, of course, the wonderful restaurant staff. Thank you so much!

04/10/2025: Great service, we were looking for some quick and easy pizzas to takeaway after a long flight. Staff were very welcoming, offered us seats, and a drink, while we waited. Food was ready very quickly and pizza were very tasty that we ate back at our apartment.

21/10/2025: Fratelli Medina is everything you dream about when coming to Naples for pizza! The pizza was absolutely incredible, perfectly baked, flavorful, and made with real passion. But what really stood out was the way we were treated like family. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth, made us feel at home, and turned a simple meal into a wonderful memory. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Naples!

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home with their friendly and welcoming vibe. The atmosphere is cozy, and you can tell they genuinely care about their food and their guests. I decided to give their pizza a try—and wow. Fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and flavors that just hit the spot. It’s the kind of place that makes you rethink your preferences. Whether you’re a die-hard pizza fan or someone like me who’s usually on the fence, this is a must-visit. Highly recommend stopping by for a slice and a smile. You won’t regret it!

05/10/2025: Anchovy meatballs: they were made only with homemade bread and a few pieces of anchovy, no tomato sauce, which would have balanced the flavor a bit. I ordered ravioli, fresh pasta from a local pasta factory, filled with potatoes and shrimp, with zucchini and shrimp pesto. The pasta was almost raw, the ravioli still stiff, and when cut, it was even more obvious that they needed a few more minutes of cooking. The description of the dish on the menu was impressive, but the actual dish on the table was decidedly less so. Value for money (€34) ✴️

The service was excellent; the staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. The food was very good; you could tell the fish was fresh and high-quality, and I appreciated the attention to detail here, too. Each course was a little masterpiece to admire before tasting. We loved all the dishes; I highly recommend the ravioli and the plate-warming dish. It was an experience that goes beyond just eating. It's the ideal place for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to discover the true flavor of Gaeta, through dishes that express the region with simplicity and passion.
