When we arrived in Italy, we agreed not to eat at the same restaurant twice. We sat here on the second evening and the food and service were so good that we said we couldn't find anything better, we ate here twelve times in six days (bolognese, carbonara, lasagne, gnocci, pizza, tiramisu, everything was perfect every time). On the last evening, the owner/manager was not there and the waitress who spoke had an unreasonably strange style, she wanted to persuade us for gnocci instead of bolognese, I told her I wanted bolognese and she just left us there without a word. We received the food still in the usual quality, finally when we wanted to ask for dessert (tiramisu) she said they couldn't make it and there were still 2 hours until closing. Nevertheless, we give everything 5 stars because the place, the food and the owner deserve it. Thank you for everything!

Ero in giro per Napoli,passando davanti al ristorante.Il cameriere mi chiede se volevo pranzare e con molta gentilezza mi ha convinto a pranzare nel suo ristorante. Ordino un scialatiello allo scoglio,bontà unica ho fatto anche la scarpetta.La gentilezza del cameriere Ciro è stata veramente gradita , molto bravo e molto attento su ogni cosa. Mi è dispiaciuto non ritornare a cena, perché dopo una giornata di escursioni ero a pezzi...ma tornerò ancora a Napoli e tornerò sicuramente in questo ristorante perché è veramente il top,si mangia da diooooo👏👏👏👏 complimenti Lo consiglio a tutti

I have been to Fratelli Medina several times throughout the years. The people here are friendly and the food is exceptional. It is a very casual place to have dinner and to people watch. Their prices are very good. I will always return.
