19/10/2025: We've been to this place where the tables were dirty with hair and the service was poor, with orders forgotten. When it came time to pay, they presented us with another bill for items we hadn't ordered, and instead gave us two euros, a foreign currency, as change. The cashier tried to be friendly with inappropriate and out-of-place comments. Not recommended.

22/07/2025: Entramos despretensiosamente no restaurante e nos surpreendemos com um serviço excelente e uma comida maravilhosa. O dono nos recebeu muito bem e deu recomendações sobre o que pedir. Tudo estava extremamente fresco e delicioso. Recomendo a massa com frutos do mar e a torta de ricota de búfalo com pera. Nunca tínhamos comido nada igual. Parada obrigatória em Pompeia! Vale muito a vista!

21/10/2025: Nice place, attentive and friendly service, terrible food. If you really have to go, the peposo and pici all'aglione are good. The chef must have changed because in older photos the tagliatelle with wild boar looked good, while the ones they make now, served in this pan, are terrible. They taste like beef and are the color of beef, the pasta is dry, and the whole thing is saltless and flavorless. Even worse is the duck, which I really don't understand why it's pink with gray/brown streaks instead of red. So, lousy game, and to make matters worse, we all had stomach aches as soon as we got home. Especially for such a bad meal, €45 per person is absurd. Highly not recommended.

20/10/2025: We had lunch at this small restaurant in the center of Prato for our graduation. We were looking for a place to entertain friends afterward. We're from Vicenza and contacted the owner, Mr. Alessandro, who was immediately very accommodating to our requests. We trusted the positive reviews, and we were right. Good food, good wine...a great impression. Recommended.

19/09/2025: Nice and smiling service, but the food was not worth it. Hamburger and gelato were expensive and semi-finished. Toilet dirty and smelly. Disappointment and disgust. Price and quality did not match.

26/10/2025: An excellent gastro-pizzeria that produces light, delicious pizzas that are easy to digest. Excellent service, youthful and fast. The atmosphere is quiet and elegant, and the prices are pleasantly reasonable. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: It was supposed to be a Sunday at the end of summer. We chose to go to this restaurant where I had eaten a few years ago and was satisfied. We arrived at 1:30 PM as per our reservation. We sat down, and around 2:00 PM a waiter arrived and we ordered our entire lunch. Around 2:45 PM, we were served our appetizers, with some dishes that hadn't been listed on our order at all. Around 3:30 PM, after several requests, we asked how much longer we had for the entrees and were told at least half an hour. At this point, I asked for the bill and left. I understand that the restaurant was fully booked, but if you can serve 50 people, you also have to have enough staff in the kitchen. You can't just charge people and make them wait 3-4 hours at their table. It was an experience to forget, and I'll never go back. I'd suggest that the owners, since they're on social media, read the reviews every now and then to improve. P.s. Many people were complaining about the long wait times.

12/10/2025: Terrible. We waited over half an hour just to get our order, which they didn't even know how to take... after a two-hour wait, we ate a few appetizers, which were also very salty, and in the end we left without lunch. It was a huge disappointment. Highly not recommended.

05/10/2025: I don't understand why Google thinks it's a hotel instead of a restaurant, but let's move on. A beautiful and well-kept osteria, unfortunately the location really lets it down. The veranda is well-equipped but overlooks the street, so it makes little sense to have such large windows. The food was all excellent, very good, small portions but excellent flavor. Why 3 stars? For the service...slow and disorganized. It was completely full with only 2 waiters and one who did a bit of everything but poorly. Long waits both to sit at the table and to order, and also between courses. The overall organization was lacking. The service was incomplete and poor. It may have won 4 restaurants 10 years ago, but now it's just another osteria.

11/09/2025: Excellent restaurant with truly special dishes, exquisitely crafted, flavorful, and prepared. The service and courtesy are second to none. Reasonable prices.

18/10/2025: A chapter titled "CONFIDENTIALITY". Around 4:00 PM, we booked a table for four people that evening. Arriving at 9:03 PM, we were told to wait a few minutes outside the restaurant. The first 20 minutes passed, and when we asked about the timing, we were told that our table would be free shortly. Another 15 minutes later, we were still outside. We asked for an update, but instead of receiving any apologies for the disorganization, in a haughty and arrogant tone, they told us to wait a little longer because "it's Saturday; after all, it's only a 30-minute wait; etc., etc." Meanwhile, a table for six had become available, and it would have been nice to sit down. At 9:40 PM, we decided to leave: the girl at the entrance was not very surprised... obviously, it won't be the first time!! What can I say: TASTE, yes, but not much passion.

13/10/2025: The Capricciosa Pizza was AMAZING! The Diavola was good too. We also had a couple Frittatina Classica as an appetizer. Delicious. The deserts looked incredible but we were so stuffed we couldn't eat any more.

29/10/2025: Great experience! Attentive, professional, and polite staff! The pizza is truly excellent, and the mozzarella is real buffalo mozzarella! Highly recommended! We'll be back.

23/10/2025: The atmosphere is a bit cold but the pizza is excellent, the beer selection is good and the service is excellent.

07/11/2025: The food is very reasonably priced and also very good (we recommend ordering the pizzas). The staff are lovely and the views are incredible.

23/09/2025: The pasta or primo piatto is unparalleled, full of flavor, exquisite. The second course, to be honest, didn't live up to what we'd already eaten. The dessert was very tasty, and the service was nothing special.

02/11/2025: The atmosphere was really cozy from the moment we walked in the restaurant. The waiter was friendly and answered all of our questions related to the food and the food itself was very delicious. I highly recommend the tiramisu ;)

31/10/2025: Terrible experience: disastrous service, mediocre food (for those who cook at least a little at home), drinks limited to wine, beer, and soft drinks (no aperitifs, nothing else). Noisy dining room, tables too small and uncomfortable, total co-mingling with neighbors, and, if you're walking past, even worse. The worst part: the manager—asking if everything was okay at checkout—didn't respond adequately to the feedback we'd given. Avoid this place.

02/10/2025: While we did not stay at Al Barilotto, Giovanni treated us like family. We were staying a villa next door to Al Barilotto when our car scheduled to take us to Pompeii for the morning never showed up. We went to grab some breakfast next door and were greeted like close family. We ate some of the most delicious food while soaking in one of the best views on the Amalfi coast. Giovanni saw to every detail and spent time speaking with us about his hotel, family and the surrounding area. He then proceeded to connect us with a car service that not only showed up but arranged a private tour of Pompeii with an excellent guide on our ride back to Naples prior to our departure.Giovanni's warmth and hospitality was unmatched. I already know where I will be staying on my next trip to Positano!!

29/09/2025: We had a great experience staying here. Price was decent compared to other hotels in the area and the staff & service was amazing, made us feel like family!
