La cotoletta, bruciata dal lato "non visibile ".poi, me ne sono accorta verso la fine,che avevo il calice con la base spezzata. Ho gia mangiato meglio...

04/07/2025: We spent three nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable environment. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, yet pleasantly quiet at night. What truly made our experience outstanding was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to the young gentleman at reception—he is, without a doubt, one of the kindest people I have ever met, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The other receptionists, bartender, and restaurant staff were also exceptionally pleasant and attentive. Thanks to their warm hospitality, our stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for making us feel at home!

08/07/2025: We visited Fiore Mio in Faenza on a July evening. The place is welcoming and well-maintained, but extremely noisy: an evening spent at the table risks turning into a bit of an acoustic challenge. A few sound-absorbing panels would really make a difference. We ordered a Marinara (the dough cannot be changed) and a Parmigiana with three consistencies. I received the pizza first, while Giorgia 🍑 had to wait an additional three minutes—nothing serious, but noteworthy for a place that focuses on a refined experience. The Parmigiana is one of the gourmet pizzas offered: beautiful to look at, but a bit thin in the center and with a slightly undercooked sensation inside. The Marinara, on the other hand, stands out for the quality of the tomato, truly remarkable, but overall it didn't impress us as much as we expected, given the rave reviews we'd received previously. We spent €36.50 for two (two pizzas, water, and a Coke), a price in line with gourmet pizzerias, but one that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth given the less than satisfying experience. In short: a well-intentioned place, but overrated, at least in our experience. There's room for improvement both in the management of the space and in the balance of the pizzas.

08/07/2025: Unwelcoming and unfriendly. My daughter and I arrived today for dinner and were completely ignored by the many staff. Whilst we sat at one of the many empty tables, two others parties were served. We asked one of the waiters if we could order and he kindly asked the main waiter, who then completely ignored his request. Rude, ignorant and definitely not worth your time. Best swerved regardless of Michelin star rating I would recommend avoiding.

01/07/2025: Upscale seafood restaurant in a casual beachside setting. Food was delicious! Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend if you want a more modern take on Italian food. The ceviche was amazing!

07/07/2025: We felt mistreated by the staff. They didn't help us with a table. It was so early and they told us there was no daily menu. Very poor service, but judging by the reviews, we weren't lost. There are many delicious places in the surrounding area. Terrible customer service.

12/06/2025: The food isn't exceptional enough to make you come back. We also ordered pizzas, and butter knives made it impossible to cut them. We asked for other knives, and one of the waitresses ran off. Another waiter told us they were the only ones they had. A pizzeria without knives or pizza cutters? Ridiculous. The atmosphere is quite unpleasant. Waitresses walk very abruptly, like headless chickens, just staring all the time and wandering around like crazy. On the other hand, people who arrive without a reservation and decide to wait do so on the stairs, so you're constantly being watched, which is really unpleasant. You don't have any space to eat in peace. I got the feeling that all or almost all of them were new and very lost, lacking in customer service manners. Would I go back? No. Do I recommend it? No.

11/06/2025: The place, it must be said, looks good: clean, tidy, with a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the aesthetic aspect is the only really positive point of the evening. The service was disappointing in many ways. The waiters – present in adequate numbers, at least four – turned out to be inattentive and poorly prepared. If you entrust only one person with the task of taking orders, it is essential that this person is competent. Hearing that an unfiltered Ichnusa is “equal to a Weiss” is truly perplexing: it is a gross oversight that, in a restaurant, should not happen. Our table was ignored for long stretches: the dishes remained in front of us for an excessive amount of time, and we had to ask ourselves for the coffees to arrive. In general, the impression was that of an improvised service, with little attention to the customer experience. And let's come to the prices: totally disproportionate. I understand the price increases, I understand the seasonal costs and the increase in raw materials. But asking 14 or 15 euros for an absolutely average pizza - nothing special either in terms of ingredients or preparation - is unacceptable in my opinion. At these prices, the minimum is to offer a service that is up to par, and a product that stands out. I often go to restaurants and I am happy to spend for a quality experience. Unfortunately, in this case, the predominant feeling was that of being taken for a ride.

13/07/2025: Excellent food at reasonable prices and generous portions! Before ordering a main course, it's advisable to ask for the portion size and, if necessary, split it! The staff is friendly, informal, and very helpful.

12/07/2025: I ordered takeout pizzas. The owner was very friendly and understanding, and he still delivered them on time despite the busy schedule. I appreciated it and will be back for a sit-down dinner.

15/07/2025: Evite este restaurante, hay tantos buenos restaurantes en Venecia desafortunadamente este no es uno de ellos. Sí, es una buena ubicación, pero el servicio es horrible, platos pedidos que nunca llegaron a pesar de perseguir 3 veces. Comida devuelta tan no cocinada como se pidió. Inodoros no limpios. Terrible experiencia de tal vergüenza cuando solo estás en Venecia durante unos días.

13/07/2025: Ombra del Leone is a restaurant that seems promising at first, but after waiting an hour for the food, they bring out the main course before the appetizers. The food is poorly prepared or overly seasoned. With so many restaurant options in Venice, I recommend choosing somewhere else and not wasting your time here.

21/07/2025: We'd been here a couple of years ago. We came back for the quality of the food. I'm sorry to have to point out the interminable wait times: you can't sit down at 7:45 PM (with the place practically empty) and get up at 9:45 PM having only eaten one course each and a shared appetizer. We're talking about a mixed appetizer, a pasta dish, a portion of fries, and a mixed fried fish... as much as we care about the preparation and attention to detail, I'm sorry, but I can't justify it. I repeat, the quality of the food was very good, but the endless wait really got to us. Next time, we'll go elsewhere.

14/07/2025: Very original! Excellent Italian cuisine that takes us away from the classic and conventional pasta and pizza menus. There are also some, but the flavors are different. The ingredients are carefully chosen, everything is fresh and tasty. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the homemade decor highlights the overall effect: everything is beautiful, everything is delicious. Overall: a great time.

24/07/2025: Beautiful interior of old stone work. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We ordered the beef tartare that was a good portion but not a lot of flavor. My wife ordered the lasagna that was on the special…it tasted like it looked- dry. I ordered a special pasta with rabbit. The pasta was cooked to perfection but the rabbit and sauce lacked flavor to that of a traditional Italian rabbit dish that I grew up eating as child from the Island of Ischia. My girls split an order of ravioli filled with eggplant and they both finished their portion. The star of the night in appearance and flavor was the apricot cheese cake- the building and structure was beautiful but the food was a let down.

24/07/2025: We came in when the restaurant was full and had to take a table close to the toilet. 2 min later 2 tables came free and we asked to switch tables. The waiter just said 'no'. My advice, don't go there !
