16/09/2025: This afternoon I visited your restaurant and, once again, the experience was unsatisfactory. After several similar occasions, I feel it's appropriate to leave this review. The service proved to be inattentive: the dining room staff (especially the woman in the black shirt and the woman in the gray shirt at the drive-thru) showed little courtesy and professionalism, speaking rudely. I arrived around 4:45 PM, with the restaurant practically empty, and I had to wait over 20 minutes for a McFlurry and a Happy Meal. Furthermore, the McFlurry was served completely melted and without the various toppings, and I had to request a replacement. Given the setting and the lack of attendance, this type of wait time and poor service is unacceptable. I hope you can take action to improve the overall level of service.

29/11/2025: I tried it almost by chance after finding it nearby, and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness. Everything was delicious. The only flaw (if I really had to find one) is that the takeout waiting area is small and crowded, so if you're sitting around for more than three people, you have to move around a bit to allow the staff to work.

25/10/2025: I'd give it zero stars if it were possible. We were completely ignored by the waitress. We asked twice for two different wines on the menu, but when they couldn't find any, instead of telling us, they completely ignored us until we asked again. Finally, they brought us a wine of their choice with not even two chips and a bill of almost €60, after trying to order three times. I totally don't recommend this place.

08/12/2025: Unfortunately, the wait times between courses were exorbitant. The gnocchi with ragù and the duck ragù were identical but still good. I asked for bread three times, but it never arrived. The fried vegetables were soaked in oil, practically squeezing themselves dry and therefore inedible. The chicken "in potacchio" was a bit small for three portions, in my opinion, but it was good pan-fried chicken, not "in potacchio" as per the Marche recipe. Definitely overpaid.

19/11/2025: Excellent service with attentive service from the waitresses and chef, fabulous dishes, delicious handmade tagliatelle, spectacular chicken in potacchio, delicious fried food and roast potatoes! Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back, served by the fantastic Chef Svetlana!

16/08/2025: Terrible service, bordering on embarrassing. We booked in the morning for that evening, and asked if pizza was available for dinner, since my son doesn't eat fish. Once we arrived, we were surprised to learn that the pizza dough was out (according to a manager). They served us terrible fried food; my fried fish had more vegetables than fish, but the porchetta sandwich was frozen and greasy, not to mention the size of the sandwich. So we didn't eat, and yet we paid 45 euros for: one fried food, one porchetta sandwich, two Ascoli olives, two fries, two soft drinks, and a beer. Ironically, the pizza was served at the table next to ours despite the supposed lack of dough. I wouldn't go back even if they paid me.

27/04/2025: I understand it's the only cafe open on site, but during the 20-minute break for a train change, I couldn't eat a sandwich. I waited in line to order a salami sandwich, then I went to the bathroom and still hadn't received it. I waited in line again to ask for my sandwich, which arrived piping hot, so I couldn't eat it (I hadn't asked for it to be reheated). Then, since my train was about to leave, I had to take it away, rolled up in tissues. I've never had a sandwich go uneaten in 20 minutes.

16/07/2025: La trattoria è in pieno centro a Loreto. Nelle vicinanze si trova parcheggio (a pagamento). Internamente le sale sono abbastanza spaziose con arredamenti un pò datati. Ci sono tavoli anche all'esterno comunque al coperto (dove abbiamo mangiato noi). Menù molto vario soprattutto a base carne. Noi abbiamo preso dei ravioli alla cacciatora strepitosi e degli ottimi gnocchetti con guanciale, pistacchi e zucchine. Per secondo una discreta tagliata al tartufo (la carne era un pò dura ed il tartufo non si sentiva molto). Per finire un dolce fantastico, una specie di tiramisù a semifreddo. Servizio buono anche se un pò distaccato e con poca empatia verso il cliente, forse anche per il fatto che il locale era strapieno quando siamo stati noi (ed era di mercoledì), infatti abbiamo dovuto aspettare molto tempo prima che si liberasse un tavolo, per cui è consigliata la prenotazione. Prezzi assolutamente competitivi per la qualità e quantità offerta nei piatti.

11/07/2025: Ho cenato presso questo ristorante ordinando un piatto di gnocchetti con zucchine e guanciale. Dopo aver fatto notare al cameriere che facevo fatica a trovare il guanciale nel piatto, il cameriere stesso mi ha confermato che sostanzialmente il piatto è fatto da gnocchetti e zucchine con una presenza di guanciale minima (presenza assolutamente irrilevante tanto all’occhio quanto al palato). Mi chiedo: l’aver trovato appena 4 pezzettini di guanciale della lunghezza di non più di mm 5 (lo spessore non voglio neanche citarlo) perché indicare il guanciale sull’indicazione del piatto presente sul menu? Per il resto nulla da eccepire sul posto e sul servizio reso.

15/12/2025: The sushi isn't bad, but the prices are definitely too high, especially for a place with no table service and disposable tableware. They don't even have a recycling bin for paper, so it has to be thrown in the trash. This is unacceptable in 2025.
