We ordered a Coke, a beer, and a potato chip. Overall, the chip was good, but it came with just one packet of ketchup and mayonnaise, hand-brought by the owner.
She always took our orders, and she was quite rude and unhelpful.
The waitresses who served us were very kind and friendly, so overall, a good place with an excellent selection of beers.
The bathroom was very clean.

03/03/2026: I chose this restaurant confident in the quality standards associated with its Michelin-starred status. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations.
What was most disappointing was the owner's unprofessionalism toward guests: unwelcoming attitude, poor communication, and a lack of attention to those who should feel like guests, not inconveniences.
The overall service also failed to live up to the setting and reputation: questionable timing and customer service that didn't meet the expected level.
This review isn't meant to be controversial, but rather to encourage reflection on how the overall experience—not just the cuisine—is crucial.
03/03/2026: When the cuisine isn't enough to compensate for the lack of style.
I returned to this restaurant with the highest expectations, mindful of the quality of the dishes, but unfortunately I must say that the welcome and service are not up to par.
The experience began with an almost excessive sales pitch (the oyster cart was presented before even consulting the menu), then descended into episodes of rare unpleasantness.
It is unacceptable that the owner would allow himself to mock a guest with completely inappropriate jokes: smugly correcting the pronunciation of a Champagne house chosen by my companion, then looking at me with a smile and ironically replying, "I thought roast chicken" is an act of unheard-of vulgarity in a supposedly elite setting.
The customer is not a target for the restaurateur's supposed wit, but a guest to be made comfortable.
Added to this was the inconsistent service, even though the dining room was not crowded. Serving a risotto (two portions because that's the only way to order it, but only my companion would have eaten it) with the cumbersomeness of two unnecessary plates made the meal uncomfortable and lacked the fluidity expected at this level.
Good cooking is a must for a Michelin-starred restaurant; knowing how to behave in the world and welcome guests with class is, evidently, a prerequisite for this management.
I'm attaching a photo of the two risottos just to fully convey the hilarity and lack of savoir-faire displayed.
A real shame.

I asked for a pink cake, and it came in yellow, red, and green. Avoid it; there are many other less famous places that put more passion into what they do!
02/12/2025: A DISASTER and my 6-year-old daughter's birthday party RUINED!
I ordered a cake for 20 people with a printed design and agreed upon flavors and prices (€65/70).
I went to pick it up and the price was €85 for no reason, I paid without a problem.
I asked if it should be kept in the refrigerator or freezer or can it be left out in the open... They told me to keep it in the refrigerator until I eat it. Okay, I followed the letter.
When I took it out of the refrigerator, the printed design was completely unsightly.
I immediately called the owner or whoever... and she only apologized and said there was nothing she could do... "It must have been a bad batch of wafers," she told me.
Meanwhile, my daughter started crying as soon as she could see it, and the photos of that party too. A beautiful memory!
From their side, I would have expected (at the very least) a refund or at least some other way when I called, but I don't think I should have been the one to ask for it. I even waited two days because after I sent him a photo of the cake, he only replied after two hours with "Oh my God."
Another thing that may have been overlooked... the cake's flavor was variegated with Nutella, and I expected to taste the Nutella that wasn't there. It was just a chocolate mousse.

15/12/2025: The products are excellent, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. Last year, I bought four or five panettone cakes from them for around €30 each. This year, the price went up (€33 each, €36 for the triple-chocolate one), and when I asked for a small discount on a purchase of eight panettone cakes (total €267), they said no, even rudely. Not even a €7 discount to round down. I still made the purchase, but I'll buy the next ones elsewhere. Small businesses complain because they're being squeezed by large-scale retail trade and giants like Amazon. If you continue to make huge margins on products that cost €5-6 to produce at most, you can't expect anything different. You've lost a customer.
