03/08/2025: Compliments to this restaurant, which I rate with an A+ overall! Cannellini gratin and amazing mussels... the seafood chitarra pasta was superb, with just the right amount of salt and parsley, perfectly moist, and the waiters were incredibly kind! In times when mediocrity reigns supreme, it's only right to compliment those who put in the effort and pamper you... and my husband and I are both very demanding people, so that says it all! WELL DONE!

06/10/2025: We had a family lunch at CiBo Ristorantino in Ascoli Piceno and had a great time. The restaurant is well-kept, welcoming, and has a quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing break in the historic center. The staff is friendly, always attentive but not intrusive. The menu offers traditional Marche dishes with a tasteful twist: everything is well-presented and of good quality. The Ascoli olives and cremini (a type of stuffed pasta) are well-made, but the pasta dishes are also delicious and well-balanced in flavor. The portions are just right, and the service time is reasonable. Prices are in line with the quality. In short: an elegant yet welcoming restaurant, ideal for families, where you can eat well and have a great time. Recommended

Cucina casalinga, affettati e formaggi ottimi (così come il pane), d’altronde i salumi di Carpegna sono famosi, cappelletti in brodo buoni ed abbondanti. Prezzo commovente. 16/08/2025: We stayed two nights with the kids over the August bank holiday weekend. Stunning panoramic views of the Marche hills. Nice, clean rooms. If I had to criticize them, I didn't find the mattress the most comfortable, but overall the room was fine. The food was truly amazing, and you could tell it was prepared by someone with years of experience! The pool was well-maintained, and a special thanks to the waiters and waitresses, who were all really nice and attentive. A pleasant holiday!

04/08/2025: Anyone who says the portions are generous is used to Borghese's programs, you eat little and spend too much, I'm used to eating well and not going hungry, finally a place where you eat and eat well too!!!!!!!!!
