12/09/2025: Excellent campsite, although small, with shaded pitches, everything is very well-maintained and, above all, quiet. The manager and staff are super friendly and willing to make guests feel at home. Beautiful pool with loungers and umbrellas, well-stocked bar, barbecue area, and children's playground. Convenient location with the bus stop just a few meters away. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

09/12/2025: The chalet/restaurant boasts a welcoming atmosphere and a prime location on the seafront. The indoor dining room and outdoor terrace offer panoramic views of the beach. The food is top-notch, with a particularly popular pizza and a decent variety of dishes. Mussels and fried fish are the main dishes. The service is efficient and courteous. Reservations are highly recommended during the high season.

09/10/2025: We stopped going here after 10 years as regulars. Change of ownership was immediately noticeable in the food and service. Unfortunately. We tried a few times but now we are looking for a new favorite.

07/09/2025: A quiet place in a service area, with a rear entrance off the main road. It's a real pub, with outdoor seating. The cocktails are good, and table service offers a variety of tasty appetizers. The bartender is very friendly. Recommended.

11/12/2025: We met up with friends at this restaurant the day before yesterday, in an unplanned meeting that popped up by chance, as we were all en route to different destinations. The restaurant was offering a business lunch with a few well-executed dishes: the spaghetti alla chitarra (the pasta itself was exquisite) with seafood ragù was excellent, and the beef tagliata was very good (and I say this as a Tuscan). Chatting with the very kind waitress, we explained that we'd love to try the "Ascolana" olives and crema fritta (the classic fried appetizer from Macerata) because some of us had never tried them. The kitchen staff was kind enough to prepare them for us, even though they weren't scheduled for lunch: the execution was excellent, the crispy fried food flawlessly drizzling without a trace of oil, and the sweet and sour combination of the olives and crema fritta was delicious. Thank you for your hospitality!

12/10/2025: When I come to Civitanova, I often stop by to buy bread and a few sweets, and sometimes I've had an aperitif. They have a huge selection of croissants, pastries, cakes, and savory items like pizza, quiches, and deli items. Everything is delicious. It's a shame about the clerks, some of them very brusque. This morning, I found one who seemed particularly annoyed with serving me; her face reached the floor and her rude manner when I asked for information. Sometimes a smile wouldn't hurt, because if someone is polite, it would be equally appreciated to be reciprocated with kindness. Above all, a polite approach would be an added value for the establishment.

30/09/2025: Excellent, central location. You can have breakfast, a mid-day snack, and buy bread, pizza, and more. It's right across the street from the bus stop, and there's plenty of parking.

31/05/2025: I chose this place to celebrate my daughter's communion and I couldn't have made a better choice. A pleasantly refined place in the furnishings, family-run, with truly refined and never banal dishes. I managed to satisfy both those who love the most delicious cuisine and those who prefer tradition in one go. In short... high-level cuisine at a more than fair price! Compliments to Marco, Claudia and a special mention to Alice, very kind and very professional in presenting the dishes.

07/05/2025: I've been there for dinner with friends. The pizza was good and original. The fried food was a little too cold and scarce. Good beer and wine. Speedy service. Personally, I ate a burger that was a little smaller than normal. The price of dinner, for what we ate, was not very fair in my opinion. But today, unfortunately, it is common practice everywhere to pay disproportionately compared to what you eat.

15/09/2025: We stopped for an aperitif and then returned the next day for lunch. The owner was friendly and welcoming, excellent food and a lovely atmosphere.

26/08/2025: A small restaurant literally on the sea. The girls and the owner are very friendly and make you feel at home. They specialize in fish, but they also have meat-based first and second courses. Truly generous dishes, and the quality/price ratio is priceless. I didn't finish the second course (never happened before 🤪) and they gave it to me to take home. We didn't get to try the desserts; we were so full. There were three of us; two appetizers, three first courses, a second course, white and red wine, soft drink, water, two coffees, and two liqueurs, for €80. On vacation, where we'll definitely be back. Bravo!!!

08/12/2025: I had lunch today with my partner at this inn. We were greeted warmly and helpfully, even though it was a holiday and we hadn't booked. We arrived at 1:50 PM. The place is charming, and the lady in the dining room was smiling and helpful. Unfortunately, however, the wait and the food were disappointing. We ordered a first course with wild boar, a first course with duck, and a plate of mixed vegetables, along with water and house wine. Twenty minutes after ordering, we still didn't have water or wine. We had to ask the lady in the dining room, who very kindly took care of it. After waiting another ten minutes, we saw that the couple who arrived after us had received their first courses. We waited some more. After another ten minutes, we asked the lady if there were any problems with our order—after all, it was two first courses. After another ten minutes, ONLY one first course arrives. 2:45 PM After another five minutes, my partner's first course arrives. After about 40 minutes of waiting, we basically couldn't even eat together. While my partner and I were eating, the vegetable platter arrived, left on the table without any thought to AT LEAST remove my empty plate. The vegetables were covered in garlic and onion. I had asked before ordering what was in the mixed vegetable platter... and the garlic and onion condiment wasn't specified. Unfortunately, we don't eat garlic and onion, but that's just a matter of personal preference. The fact is, we didn't touch the vegetables. The house wine was good. We never received bread at the table. We left very disappointed. We hope it was just a "bad" day, like all restaurants can have.

08/12/2025: Excellent establishment, highly recommended restaurant. The Black Guard's beef stew is superb. If you're looking for authentic food and friendly, welcoming staff, you've found the right place! Well done, keep it up.

09/09/2025: Despite the crowd, they found us a table. We ordered pizza, but I saw some nice dishes, especially the delicious flaky crescia. The pizza, on the other hand, isn't exactly exceptional. Very thin, as unfortunately often happens. The staff was very efficient and friendly.

08/09/2025: The Umbrian-Marche pork butcher's tradition personified... everything was magnificent... We tried bread, the king of salami, ciauscolo, various cured meats, lentils, etc.... excellent! I'll definitely buy again... Maybe online

23/11/2025: Mutton in the arms—I've never had a worse meal in my life: served on a frozen plate, the meat was cold, but burned and tasteless, and seemed to have been pre-cooked and reheated before serving. The chef knew it was tasteless, so he generously added dried spices, which only worsened the flavor of the meat. The menu doesn't even include grilled vegetables, only gratin—which is usually prepared ahead of time. The mixed salad was fresh but bitter.
