16/04/2026: First time, lots of curiosity and a good predisposition. Let's start with the cuoppo, good products, but €12, considering the contents, seemed a bit too much. Pizzas: perhaps a little too topped and too much dough, and I would have preferred them a little more cooked. Filling: too much ricotta, it covers everything. I would have added a little more cooked ham and mozzarella, and also a little more oven. Desserts: Lemon Delizia, nothing like Sal's Delizia, which I've eaten several times. The filling and the topping are two different things and not all the same. The lemon flavor is imperceptible. Pastiera: good flavor, although I prefer the "original" version with ricotta and without the custard. I recommend serving it as per tradition 2-3 days. After production (filling more compact and a little drier. I didn't like the outside environment; it smells more like a festival shed than a restaurant. There is no paper menu and the online one is decidedly incomplete. Coca-Cola 33cl bottle and 1lt glass are too expensive. Excellent service. Overall, 4 stars, with room for improvement.
