11/06/2026: I strongly suggest removing the "gluten-free option" label from the restaurant's description. The staff demonstrated a lack of knowledge of the procedures required to ensure safe service for people with celiac disease or intolerances, casting serious doubt on the reliability of the offerings. This, combined with disappointing service and food quality far below expectations, makes for an overall negative experience. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant!!!

12/04/2026: We've been coming here every year for 4 years now, but we've noticed that since last year the piadina has become thinner and therefore dry and hard... The fillings are plentiful, I had an Vecchioz with sausage, tomato, cheese, and chips, but instead of sausage, it was like a meatloaf cut into strips that was very dry... The piadina was hard and dry, and the filling was dry, I struggled to get it down, in fact, it stuck to my stomach and then I felt unwell... Otherwise, the staff is friendly, nothing to complain about.

28/04/2026: If you're in a hurry, don't go... For 1 appetizer to share between two (hand-sliced ​​ham), 2 main courses, and 1 side dish, 1 hour and 45 minutes... After about 25 minutes, the appetizer arrived, then after another 30/40 minutes, the side dish arrived, after 20 minutes, a main course, and after 5, the second main course... Sorry, but this is the first and last time; it's not cheap, by the way, but that's subjective.

20/04/2026: A truly enjoyable dinner, exceeding expectations. There were four of us, and we began by sharing a few appetizers, all interesting and well-executed: the fried cappelletti with sweet and sour sauce were crispy and flavorful, the soft omelette with bianchetto truffle was delicate yet fragrant, while the ravioli with XO sauce added a more original and bold touch. For my first course, I chose the agnolotti: simply delicious, well-made, and rich in flavor. Next, the "Bologna-style" cutlet, truly exquisite, prepared with great care and taste. The tiramisu, served directly at the table, was the perfect finale: fresh, creamy, and truly delicious. The quality of the ingredients and the value for money were also excellent. Sincere compliments to the chef and all the staff for the experience.

The atmosphere is warm, refined, and lively: a place that doesn't try to impress with special effects, but rather wins you over with details, flavor, and simplicity done well. We ordered the tagliatelle with white ragù, and they were delicious: homemade pasta, full flavors, perfect balance. A dish that speaks of authentic cuisine, expert hands, and that "heart" you feel when there's true passion behind it. Special thanks go to the two owners, Floreta and Sentiliano: hosts of a kind you find less and less often. Welcoming, friendly, courteous, capable of making you feel at ease in an instant, with that spontaneous kindness that isn't "service," it's genuine humanity. If you're passing through Recanati, don't miss this place: come in, sit down, and stay for a meal. 04/05/2026: Homemade food, well-prepared, with polite and friendly service and white tablecloths. The pork was cooked perfectly, juicy, and flavorful. The tiramisu was good and reasonably priced, and they were kind enough to leave a bottle of anise liqueur with the coffee. Good value for money.

If you want a sweet, peaceful atmosphere, where you can eat genuine home-cooked food...then Mamma Silva...will delight you with her strong, courageous hands...with her aromatic, tasty dishes, rich in summer, and with everything a chef's imagination can conjure up!!! ...all enhanced by the presence of Marika, the owner...a strong, young woman, but with a disarming sweetness...elegance and simplicity in everything she organizes...affable, kind...With a good meal, she makes all the difference!!! Thank you for the beautiful evening...where I chose well to celebrate my anniversary!!!!

24/08/2025: This is our 4th time back on vacation... very helpful staff, fresh fish, exceptional meat, specialty dishes, excellent service. Nothing to say. I highly recommend it. We always return for the tranquility of the place and to eat in Italy. Congratulations to everyone.
