09/11/2025: A true dive into the 1980s. The focus is on substance: traditional Marche cuisine, enhanced by almost forgotten dishes like beans with pork rind and giblets, followed by tripe, grilled eggplant... And then there are the cured meats with a forgotten flavor—and all this just for appetizers. But the modernity continues throughout the courses: Campofilone macaroni with a ragù that takes you back to your childhood, followed by chicken, rabbit, and various masterfully cooked meats. Not a place for those seeking a sophisticated dish; for those seeking gourmet plating; for those demanding impeccable service. A place where you can relax and enjoy a laugh with friends, and why not, even with the "Chef" who makes sure to check if you liked each dish. One last tip: don't overdo the bread with the appetizers or you won't make it to dessert. That, too, is worth a mention. The lack of a fifth star—unfortunately—is due to the waiters, who are truly untrained. But this can be improved.

13/10/2025: I was a guest yesterday with a group from a MC association: I found the atmosphere very welcoming, tidy, and clean; the staff was attentive and helpful. The extensive menu was very well-curated and delicious, from appetizers to dessert. I'll be back with my family the next time I can to enjoy other delicacies.

15/09/2025: What can I say? I'd start by saying that the location is very charming and homey; you really feel at home. A wonderful welcome filled with smiles, warmth, and friendliness. A truly impressive menu and, above all, quality products, so I'd say it's worth a try. Friendly and professional service; the staff are truly dedicated. My rating is in line with many other places that strive to offer good food while keeping prices affordable for families. Everything is perfect, I'd say. 29/06/2025: Oggi a pranzo con la mia famiglia abbiamo assaggiato diversi piatti, tutti ottimi, cucinati con maestria, materia prima di ottima qualità, ambiente fresco e pulito, cortesia e rapidità nel personale di sala. Elencando i piatti abbiamo ordinato: parmigiana si mare fredda, tartare di tonno, gnocchi fatti in casa con crostacei e zafferano, carbonarabdi mare, scoglio, fritto senza spine. Per chiudere dessert esotico fatto con cremoso all'avocado e ricotta. Consiglio a chi piace il buon mangiare pugliese.

30/09/2025: Lovely place. We stayed only one night in September, the first mountain bike stop on the Sibillini ring, but we had a wonderful time. Helpful staff, wonderful rooms, fantastic breakfast, and a pool in an annex separate from the main building. They also have a storage area for e-bike charging. They're not very close to the village of Montefortino, but you can get there by bike in 10 minutes (uphill). Highly recommended.

04/12/2025: A lovely place right next to the sea, the dining room is spacious with an equally spacious summer terrace. The service is very professional, but the pizzas are the real stars: a very light and digestible Neapolitan dough made with quality ingredients. I went there for dinner and had a great time.

31/10/2025: Recommended by friends... it far exceeded our expectations with truly delicious pizzas (even for celiacs)! The owner is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed... an experience worth repeating!

04/12/2025: I highly recommend this place. I ordered the pulled pork burger, and it was anything but pulled pork. The meat wasn't shredded, but cubed, and it was also tough. So it seems like the chef is practicing his pulled pork preparation. Two half platters with 6 very thin slices of cheese and mixed salami for €25. Normally, we'd go to another restaurant further down the road. Because it was closed, we came to this place, which was our first and last time today. Unfortunately, running a restaurant isn't for everyone. It would be advisable to adjust prices to your capabilities. Two people paid €75, which I'd say isn't worth it for the service and quality we received, even though we only had two medium beers and a Coke for drinks.

11/08/2025: A wonderful discovery in Ascoli Piceno! It was a real surprise. The food is exceptional: every detail is carefully crafted, creating a perfect blend of flavors. What I appreciated most was the ability to customize the menu based on your preferences: there's a fixed price for each option, which varies based on what's included. Everything is excellent, from the dishes to the wines, which are truly excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant, even in the outdoor area, and the staff is super friendly. We'll definitely be back!
